  1. I do love #9464 Vampyre Hearse, and always use it in my Halloween setup. I got to wondering - how about an old-school hearse carriage? https://plus.google....830184135846814 https://plus.google....830184135846814 https://plus.google....830184135846814 https://plus.google....830184135846814 https://plus.google....830184135846814 Should have taken a picture of them side-by-side... maybe next week!

    MOC: Monster Wagon

Happy Halloween! Presenting my Monster Wagon for transporting monsters, ghosts, zombies, ghouls to their Halloween haunt. Ghosts don't seem too happy in the back. With Ghost Train:
  3. Hey there! People are doing it, so I'll do it too. These are my MOCs from the contest: Alarming Avatar: Monster Bash: The monsters and fighters are spooking it up at the haunted house! With party games such as "pin the spider on the web", a bubbly hot tub, and some scary tunes, they're bound to have a frightening time! -Sci
  4. This is a creation originally built for the Monster Bash contest, but it couldn't be entered because it's on a 12x20 base (which must have been 16x16 to be entered). To stand out, I decided to locate my monster fighters and monsters party on a boat. It's supposed to be a steamboat, as Monster Fighters has a mildly steampunk theme. I never got around to getting a Monster Fighters set before, so I didn't have the minifigures that would be really helpful for the theme. So I went out to buy the 3 smallest Monster Fighters sets, to find out that they were on sale at the Lego Store , because the line is getting discontinued . The monster fighters have agreed with the monsters that they are no longer enemies. They go out on a steam boat one evening to have a party in the centre of a lake. The fireplace is normally used to boil water to run the steam engine, but the witch has found it useful for cooking. (Sorry. You can barely see the pot in the witch's hand.) Three monster fighters (Ann, Jack, & Rodney) and a swamp monster enjoy swimming in the lake in the evening. The swamp monster hunts fish for the group to eat (shown handing one over to Frank). The mummie jumps in to join them, which is probably not such a great idea for what he is. A ghost is chained to the roof to light the dark path when the boat is driven. The water wheel is stopped, so the zombie stands there to drink his wine. Fun fact: Unlike how they're typically portrayed in fiction, zombies are generally not more dangerous or aggressive than the people that they were before they died. However, the way that they are often shown in film resembles their actual behaviour when drunk. In case if your interested in seeing this again, you can see the page on MOCpages.

    Ninjago Costumes

Out shopping for Halloween Costumes (not for myself, obviously), I stumbled upon these. Um, they're quite obviously the Ninjago characters, but they've been changed a bit. -Sci
  6. A witch enters a pumpkin carving contest. She decides to cheat and use magic instead of actually carving the pumpkin.
  7. A man participating in holiday festivities realizes he is in danger from forces beyond his reckoning... This is my first attempt at a horror-type film. While I am pleased with the result, there are (as always) places for improvement. Comments, constructive criticism, and suggestions for the future are most welcome. Please enjoy Predation!
  8. I partnered up with a very talented animator Garrett Barati on this Halloween themed brickfilm. Enjoy!

    [MOC] Silhouette Stealth Fighter

A futuristic military aircraft with a Halloween color-scheme! It took me a while to give it a name. Possibilities included "Reaper" (which I had used for a different MOC), "Shadow" (which is used often), and "All Havoc's Eve" (which sounded too clunky).
  10. Have a happy Halloween!

    (MOC) Abandoned Mansion

This is an Abandoned Mansion I made for Halloween which I have posted on Cuusoo as a Modular design. http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/29482
  14. So for Halloween this year my son asked me to build a MOC of something 'Halloween/Spooky/Creepy to display in our home'. I was more than happy to oblige him with this MOC of a Cemetary Gate and Headless Horseman and a roving bone collector. Of course after not building of doing anything with Legos for almost 9 months, the MOC bug has reared its ugly head and bitten me again, so now this creation is slated to become part of a much larger display that my kids are giving me input on including tombstones, masuleums, trees, and a bunch of other creepy/spooky things. Plus with the whole line of Monster Fighters being released and it being Halloween and all this is just to good of a time not to get back into building.
