    Depending on what do you see as worth. If you are a LEGO Winter Village set collector, then yes for completeness. If you plan to collect all trains LEGO ever released then yes. If you think you can do a better job MOCing your own Xmas train, then no. If you plan to speculate on it, then it's maybe. There is risk the LEGO bauble could burst or LEGO release another Xmas train and future resale value of this Xmas train could go down. For me since it is somewhat similar to the Xmas train I MOC a couple of years ago, I don't plan on getting this one.

    How about the old 8094 Technic Control Center? Would that work for your situation? It seems like you don't like to program, so maybe a dozen or so LEGO 9V train speed controllers? As to the guess, it is a machine that makes a lot of motor noises, like the machine that goes ping in Monty Python.

    First over $100 set was also the first set I bought myself. It was 7710 Push Train. It was the least expensive train set at the time I could find. I had to walk to several stores downtown to hunt for the best price on sale. No Internet back then.

    Good work. That periscope would be a bit spooky to the enemy. It may not meet Ideas acceptable content guidelines to get to the voting stage.

    People who care will read them. If the terms aren't agreeable then they won't use the site or sign the contract. You can try to negotiate with the site's owners different terms or ask for changes that are more acceptable to you. Then it's up to the site's owners to decide whether they would want sign a specific agreement with you on your terms or tell you no. If they say no, then you can go elsewhere or live with their terms if you really must use their service. On the other hand, if you're running a business and blindly copying someone else's TOS to use as your own without understanding them fully, then you could be putting yourself and your business at risk.
