  1. Maybe they are still trying to work out the structural integrity of Saturn V. What works in LDD may not transfer well to real Earth gravity.
  2. Very nice set up. That's quite a collection of classic space.
  3. Well done. Stickers looks great.
  4. Nice collection.
  5. It could have been based off the Windhoff Cargo Sprinter.
  6. GTi - VDub fan base Ship in Bottle - Avast me hearties Tram - rail fans need some love I would vote for Voltron too.
  7. Ewoks did tried to roast Han Solo over an open fire. Watch out for traps. It seems kind of far fetch that Dooku should have been Jar-Jar. Although, Dooku's exit might be more appropriate for Jar-Jar than a clown retirement. Day 275 of 365: Death of Count Dooku by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  8. Have you tried contacting someone else at BrickLink who has authority to make or approve ToS exceptions and waiver fees? Perhaps management or the owners.
  9. Feels like it is oriented more towards minifigure collectors than builders.
  10. My rovers for this year's Febrovery. I haven't done Febrovery before and it was fun. Smiley Rover by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Bat Rover by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  11. It would be funny if their review committee used our voting data to make their decision.
  12. There is already a discussion on this over in the Embassy forum: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/94814-lego-ideas-discussion/&page=92
  13. I suspect the labour costs of doing careful inspection and tamper sensors cost are not high on the retailer's priority list. It is a problem but it is not big enough yet for a business case to do more. Retailers can also send returned items off to an liquidation auction and let winning bidders deal with the AS-IS goods. Retailers can still make some money and it is not their problem any longer.
  14. Welcome aboard, lapidar. Do you still have your monorail?
  15. Welcome to Eurobricks, JakeChambers.
  16. Welcome aboard, Martin. I have 2 VWs too.
  17. Yay, Voltron may still have a chance. Not disappointed.
  18. I may have foreseen his fate back in 2015. Day 329 of 365: Clowning Around by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  19. Yay, time to dig up the old zombie collection and find some real brainz.
  20. I do not have a large collection contrary to what my spouse thinks. I use shelves mounted to walls for displaying. I also separate my stuff into stuff I display at home and stuff I display at LUG events, conventions, etc. The event stuff I keep boxed away until needed. I've seen some AFOLs used a shed as a LEGO man cave. Some concerns could be security against theft, temperature/comfort, strong winds.
  21. Lurking guests do not have access to see some forums like the Embassy.
  22. CAT 5A: Blunderbuss Wedding | dr_spock | Sea Rats | for Mardier
  23. It was discovered that Eslandola had been holding secret diplomatic intercourse with Mardier. The Marderian supreme commander was determined to have closer diplomatic ties despite the hostilities between the two nations. Unfortunately, there was a setback from the accidental blundering of the blunderbuss incident. Blunderbuss Wedding by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  24. Using a V2 IR Receiver would allow for more current draw. The same is true using an Sbrick. Then you are limited by the Power Functions battery box resetable fuse cut off current of 750mA-800mA. You can disable the fuse in the battery box or make your own battery power supply. Care should be taken not to melt the PF motor windings' thin insulation with too much current/heat.
  25. Cat bodily fluids that didn't wash off.
