    How about this: It has some holes, but its my first try... For center one you can use a round panel.

    Where on Eart did you find that dome pieces. Looks really like the real thing, you migh add some lime stickers on the dome.

    The suit is more or less complete. The shape turned out really great and even though the weight went up to 1600 grams it can still walk and do OTHER FUNCTIONS which will be revealed in the video. Expect a video and a full descrištion somewhere this week.

    Now thats just crazy! I love all the colors and details. I suggest you to fix pictures so they are visible.

    Like everyone else said it has to do with endurance and mechanical sturdyness. Old ones quickly lost the friction power or broke.

    I also watched the movie AND ALSO have this model in plan... I wish you best of luck, you will need some hard springs and tough suspension.
