Nice MOC. I like the floor tiling and wall and windows decorations. They are very detailed and give some colour to the monotonous gray library walls. The map with tiles is a great idea.

This is a beautiful castle. The stonework is amazingly detailed. Equally impressive is the land behind the castle - the rocks with some plants and trees. Good luck in the contest.

Well done! The diorama itself is amazing. I was most impressed with the architectural style. Good luck in the contest.

I'm almost done with sorting my medieval diorama. The build started more than 6 months ago, and was displayed at two exhibitions. While not on display I kept it stored under a bed or out in the open in the living room, so there's no need to mention the dust. Prior to disassembly of the diorama, I used a brush for dusting which was effective, but time consuming. Does anyone have any better ideas? I tried using a hairdrier before, but it's not effective as much - the dust gets back pretty quickly.

Nice building for the first time. I like the window in the first floor. It looks great with the arch. The second and third floor are not so interesting, why not stick with the first floor window? At least the window in the third floor could be split into two windows. The decorations on the roof are nice and simple. The access to the roof via the back side balcony is a great idea. Well done.

The names of the 2H 2013 sets are interesting. When are more details on these sets expected?

When my nephews come for a visit, I let them play with my sorted bricks. It doesn't work anymore to give them the unsorted bricks in a bucket. The first hour or so is ok, however, after a couple of days, I just know more sorting is needed. They're not often at my place, so I let them enjoy. (In their words: It's not fair I have so many bricks, and it's even worse if they're not allowed to play). I used several boxes with drawers and zip bags, and sort by part and colour, depending on the number of specific bricks. If your collection plans to grow over the next year or to, it's good to keep in mind a system that can be rearranged for better use.

I have to admit that I expected something very different from what I see on the picture. The car is my least favourite, as I prefer the detailed buildings in the series. The colour scheme is nice though with tan and dark tan in combination with brown windows. Roof looks amazing, only the 'tower' is sticking out a bit - it looks too tall and sort of empty/without decorations as in CC or TH. As for other details that cannot be seen here or are too small, I'll wait for better pictures to comment. However, in general, I am liking it.

Thanks for the lovely review. I haven't seen these new Friends' sets around, but they're definitely a 'must-buy' because of the new animals. Despite the cartoonish looks, they're a nice addition to be included in MOCs.

Grogall, thanks for your information. Here's a bunch of my questions, if they can be answered. The theater sounds interesting, but until the pictures are out, I can't imaging how it looks. The roof design is of interest, is it a sloped roof covered in round tiles? What is meant by 'Chinese style theater'? Is it of Chinese architecture with 'pointy extensions'? What is the light brown colour? Is the release date known?

Nice work. I've been considering building a small train station for a while, but it's still too big of a challenge. I like the outside detailing on the platform. The inside is a bit too spacious, and the heat from the fireplace is easily 'lost' high under the roof.

Nice work. The landscape is fantastic, my favourite detail are the stone stairs, carved into the rocks. Good luck at the contest.

This is a nice entry. The house looks interesting, and stands out in comparison to other WV buildings. However, my favourite details are the statue and snow covered tree with the fountain. They're both nice ideas, and clever builds.

I find it astonishing, making a model 20-times the size of a set, and keeping all the details. I really like the how they did the rounded windows. Despite having an unlimited amount of bricks, this is still an impressive job, just maximizing some of the elements. I'd like to see it in person, if it's on exhibition somewhere.

The last house you made looks beautiful. The whole diorama is amazing, and I like finding small details that impress me. -

January is getting closer, and I was wondering about room responsibles. When should we decide who's in charge and make the payment for rooms? -
It's a lovely scene with many interesting details. I like the ice-skaters on the frozen sea-banks near the mermaid sculpture, the fish being caught, people carrying Christmas tree and the man sweeping the chimney. The buildings are nice build as well with interestingly detailed facades.

Your modulars just keep getting better (and they were great from the start)! I like the simple and clean design with small details - a smart use of masonry brick, lion heads, railing, and lights by the door. The interior is equally impressive. I'd rent the penthouse immediately. It would be great to see all your buildings in a layout. I find them very inspiring.

Great building with lots of lovely details. Floor tiling is my favourite.

Well done! The colour is a bit unusual, but work well. It makes the building livelier in a way. The interior is simple, yet effective. My favourite is the bath tub, and I bet the fig having a bath is enjoying the nice view.

Great work (again)! You caught the spirit of the dark land, and the swamp is a nice addition. I really like the dark green/purple flower there. The coach with horses is equally fantastic. Good luck in the CCCX!

This looks very nice for WV series. You should definitely build it with bricks. The snowblower is a nice detail.

I'm not familiar with the Lone Ranger story, but I'm excited with the number of horses appearing in these sets. Hopefully, they will be both in black and white as opposed to the LOTR's redish brown horses. It would be nice to have more variety in the new horse specie.
