  1. LEGO Ideas - LEGO Ideas Third 2017 Review Results
  2. Well look what we have here... LEGO Ideas - Pirate Ship Ride
  3. Were there any notable LEGO employees and/or representatives who attended there, or is that something for another day?
  4. If we were to ever see a "big bang" Pirates theme set in space, I think it should fuse much of the typical technological hallmarks of modern science fiction (space freighters, starfighters, spacesuits, etc.) with the stylistic sensibilities of the eighteenth century. But, having said that, they shouldn't just lazily throw thrusters onto a earth bound sailing vessel and call it a day, if you know what I'm hinting at...
  5. I'd at least want to see a Bright Green recolor of that hairpiece for a new, generic comic variant, not necessarily an outright variant based upon the Arkham games.
  6. I'm not sure if we'll ever see them interact, but they will indeed be in the same film together: Wikipedia - Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2
  7. How are kids and/or adults selected for test groups? Are they randomly selected, or are they perhaps selected by survey/questionnaire?
  8. Screen Rant - Wreck-It Ralph 2 First Look Images Feature Disney Princesses I think he just looks "vintage", so to speak. Having a female protagonist as its main character, I'd imagine that any potential Lego sets we may see from this movie may be minidoll based ones, if we are to presume that it will be primarily merchandised towards girls.
  9. I'd really love to see that Ultraman become a reality, but besides that...
  10. I've also proposed elsewhere that they should recolor that particular hairpiece for Joker. Personally, I think it would work quite well for a variant inspired after the one seen in the Rocksteady Arkham games.
  11. You're most welcome! Again, best of luck to you!
  12. If anything, I think most discussion of the Creator Expert automobile line (preceding each set's official press release) usually takes place in the general Creator discussion topic for that year. That what I remembered was the case with last year's London Bus, whereas the discussion then moved over to the official press release topic when that set was announced by TLG.
  13. Well, having seen that we didn't see a teaser attached to Solo after all, your speculation now seems much more plausible in retrospect. But man, that's still a long gap in time between our first official look at the sequel's logo, and TTG's July release date.
  14. The other thing about Ninjago (and many other similar action/adventure lines), is that there's usually never a single hero who's the main focal point, with many of these themes rather making the team as a whole the focal point instead. I suppose many kids relate to that better, as a team of protagonists is comparable to their own troop of friends; but still, it would be cool to see at least one action/adventure theme in the near future with a singular, star protagonist.
  15. There are a few other fan sites that have been offering a similar opportunity, but if anyone here has a Brickset account, staff there are taking questions from users to ask TLG designers over at this week's Fan Media Days event in Billund, Denmark: Brickset - Brickset at the LEGO Fan Media Days
  16. By references, do you mean just call-backs and/or spoofs of certain elements and scenes from those franchises, or are you expecting actual cameos from them? They're both franchises of 20th Century Fox's, but I don't know whether they'd be willing or not to share their characters with Warner Brothers for even small cameos.
  17. Congratulations @fillishave on your project becoming a LEGO Ideas Staff Pick!
  18. Agreed, but usually that's the only unique part of each individual BrickHeadz set anyway. With human characters, they usually all share the same construction for their body and face, unless they're wearing a helmet or armor.
  19. We really need to see more characters like that from in-house action/adventure themes, ones that would be taking inspiration from the type of source material you've cited there.
  20. From the LEGO Flash movie? Sure, I kinda could see that being a possibility for the DK book.
  21. Who are the individual builders of each of these? The pictures are all just static Flickr links.
  22. Given all the Disney themed BrickHeadz we've seen this year, I'd hope to see a Rocketeer one some time soon.
