Lego BrickHeadz 2018 - Rumors & Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Not bad! All those printed polka dot parts are certainly going to be useful to others. -
Hey, congratulations on your Grand Dukedom! I didn't even notice that yesterday!

Oh, I forgot about that one aspect. Both of those sets each sit within very different price ranges, so I don't know how someone could argue that. But, since you brought up the Three-In-One rollercoaster, I suppose Lego could do a bumper car set for that line of Creator instead. Hey, perhaps it would be Space themed this time!

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Digger of Bricks replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
By the way, unless you've already seen this posted over on the Series 18 discussion topic, if you (or anyone else) have any questions regarding the future of the Collectable Minifigure line... -
Do you talk about Lego outside EB?

If you're also asking about other places on the web besides here, sure, Flickr! There are lots of fan builders whom I idolize there who aren't here on Eurobricks, so you get to converse with them on Flickr instead! Having said that though, I still wish they were here on Eurobricks too. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Digger of Bricks replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
If The Lego Movie 2 leaves any of its characters unmade, it will result in a few grumbles from the fans. But, if a second CMS for The Lego Batman Movie were left undone, DC Comics fans here would be marching up to TLG headquarters with their custom BrickArms. -
By the way, if anyone here have any questions pertaining to Series 18, the Collectable Minifigure line in general, or past and future CMSs, the YouTube channel Beyond the Brick is asking fans to submit them for a chance to ask those questions to designers attending the Fan Media Days event in Billund, Denmark this week.

By the way, I just recently came across this one LEGO Ideas project that I thought was kinda cool... Magnetic Bumper Cars by Bricky_Brick ...and I was wondering if you guys think this concept could be adopted by the Fairground line down the road. If so, would this project clash with the preexisting Fairground line, much like how so many modular building Ideas projects clash with the preexisting Creator Expert line?

The LEGO Movie 2: References Predictions?
Digger of Bricks replied to Dorayaki's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Licensed themes are fine and all of course, but I do hope that the majority of the focus is kept on original characters from in-house themes of days gone by, whether they be cameos or supporting roles. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Digger of Bricks replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Unless TLG decide not to uphold it, Series 19 just has to be a given for either May or September, as we've so far seen at least one standard CMS per year. -

Future DC Super Heroes Rumors & Speculation
Digger of Bricks replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
Why would you say such a thing like that? Are you perhaps just teasing @JosiahJVL? -
There are a lot of commemorative milestones that TLG have either overlooked or responded to in a underwhelming manner, especially ones of their own; so, I wouldn't be too optimistic. Plus, regarding CMS lines, Lego probably has many of their future lines planned ahead of time, so I don't think they'd be pulling out any stops to reconfigure their planned lineup now.

The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Digger of Bricks replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I think the lack of color (for the most part) is what makes fans of Classic Space indifferent to Star Wars, so at least Overwatch looks to have that going for it.- 991 replies

As a subtheme of Friends, I do think the subject of space tourism would work well for such a line. -

The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Digger of Bricks replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
As many of you probably already know, Blizzard Entertainment earlier this week announced a partnership with TLG for Overwatch sets to come possibly early next year. While it may be yet another licensed property, it does boast a rather colorful host of characters and their respective rides; so, perhaps both Space and Sci-Fi fans in general may find something to come away with from this upcoming line.- 991 replies

I do always appreciate such discussions myself too, especially if one is highlighting the work of others who aren't Eurobricks members.

Future LEGO Pirates Set Speculation
Digger of Bricks replied to David Thomsen's topic in LEGO Pirates
For those interested... -
Looks even better up close, with so many little details and touches! I mean, the Pirates theme saturates nearly every part of the ride! Looking earnestly forwards to whatever this set may mean for the theme's future! Slowly but surely...

Danm, they really did go above and beyond with that building! Second to the hotel, my next favorite build would have to be the black and blue sports car, as it vaguely reminds me of a Bugatti Chiron! By the way, have we ever seen that bellhop torso design before?
