    I had great catch at a garage sale yesterday, 3 sets `used with box` as they would say at BL, 150 USD at that condition average, for 20 euros

    As long as you are up against a comparable skilled builder aye, that gives someone an idea how they are `rated`. But ending up against a far skilled builder (say for example, me vs Gabe to name one) only could work demotivating.

    My latest MoC creation, this one is indeed inspired by the Blood Elves of World of Warcraft. I wanted to do one since the beginning of the year, it was on my year goals, and now that one can be scratched off with this entry in category b for the Avalonian civil war part. "Aaaand here I need to take a left turn, and theeen.... ooops" Oops indeed. Suddenly hagen came out of the bushes as he followed the map the crazy Fox oracle had given to him, and found himself eye to eye with Elves. But these didn`t seem like ordinary elves... no, these must indeed be those mysterious lost elves, the tribe the oracle had send him to to recruit them in their effort against the malicious drow. The warrior maiden introduced herself as Kel`Halle, Blood Knight of the Sanguine Elves. He learned that over a decade ago, their civilisation was ravaged by an army of dead creatures, hoarded to their lands by the drow. Yes, they would be more then willing to help in the war effort! The details of the tower, using the Chima wings as well as the 10x1 slope The typical signposts The pond Surrounding landscape And of course, with the phoenix the symbol of the Sin`Dorei, I just wanted to represent it somewhere, settling for an image in the roof in the end That`s my entry for a camp or staging post in this challenge, and the end of my participation for the Avalonian chapter as I lack time for even starting a C entry. Comments more then welcome!

    I have a question that I don`t immediatly find back in the topics of GoH. Being part of Mitgardia, does that mean all occassional, non related to some sub competition, freebuilds HAVE to be set in the Mitgardian theme? Concretely, I`m currently tinkering on a small pagoda style build, for a nephews chinese birthday buffet where everyone has to bring a piece of the table ornament, so of course the `strange uncle` is tinkering with his bricks. But the only oriental part of the guilds if going by the various descriptions is set in Kaliphim apparently. So if I build the thingie, and post it, does that then count for the Quarterly Freebuilds for Mitgardia? Or does it fall out of calculation as it is set in another guild? My sigfig for example wouldn`t be in it, as an armoured knight doesn`t really fit in with the look...

    I think I do, wizard wands and staves with those 1x1 `clamps` on them, then the leaves inverted on the underside of the stud right? Guessing by what I could see above the scout with the brown hood (right above his back)

    Sure, I can put it aside until then (we`re talking the big BeLug layout?), phase three is `in stone` so I don`t need the brownies for now anyways. Basically, anything that is in this folder on MoCPages can be brought along (including myself, I have the whole weekend available) bar the sigfig, he`s hoping builds and being replaced with another generic medieval figure where applicable (same goes for the flags though, I only have two of the yellow ones it seems)
