  1. Bow’s Arch Foresters (Hemresa) Finding a location Bow’s Arch Quarry The dwarves did their part on the large rock to the east. A crew of elves under command Killian started collecting and cutting down wood. Large logs are piling up, ready for construction. Killian made a pact with his earthly deity that he would never let the size of the forest shrink. Two of his apprentices channel their magic to the tree stumps. Green leaves and small branches almost instantaneously sprout out of the fresh stumps. HSS: Bow's Arch Quarry

Bow’s Arch Quarry (Hemresa) Finding a location Nar Bilu, Gideon and the diplomats, talked all night about strategy, city planning and the benefits of the location. The plan was finished by dawn. Wig Glin and his crew of dwarves started at first sun. Stout dwarves sweating for days. Already after a few days one fourth of the big rock on the east side of town was cut down upgraded to stone bricks. Enough stone to build a fortification. Enough tore down for the city plan of Bow’s Arch. Bow’s Arch Forresters I'd like to claim the following University of Petraea credit (APPROVED): Trade & Law - manufacturing
  3. Bow’s Arch Fishery (Hemresa) Finding a location Bow’s Arch Quarry Bow’s Arch Forresters Bow’s Arch Storage Now that the construction is up and running, defences are acceptable and the races of Hemresa have joined forces the next priority is to become self-sufficient. A small farm just ahead supplies crops in different forms, which suits the elves but can never be enough for the dwarves. They need meat, in whatever form they can get it. A couple of half elves made a strong building at the corner of town, at the shore of the sea. It seems that not only the lands are fertile, but also the waters in this region overflow with life. The minute the half elves start fishing, the nets fill themselves without much effort. They use whatever necessary, even magic, to stock up and fill our warehouse.
  4. Lord VonBelticus was pacing the room when a hooded man entered. VonBelticus Good, your here. Hooded man Why did you call for this meeting to be a secret? VonBelticus We can't let this letter get to the drow, Cassius. As he said so he laid a letter on the table 002 by TheUtilityBelt32, on Flickr VonBelticus Two days ago I got a message from one of my scouts. I've already sent copys of the contents to Lords DeGothia and Simon. Cassius Well then, if it's so important open it! Cassius grabed for the letter but VonBelticus got to it first. He opened it and put it down on the table. 003 by TheUtilityBelt32, on Flickr Cassius It's a map. It's the coast? VonBelticus My scout found a drow camp near Burnby. He managged to swipe this from them before they left headed toward the sea. Cassius It's war plans! They're bringing there fleet to attack the coast! Drowned Town

On the far western border of Burnby, there is a town that dates from the time of the Kaliphlin Conquest. When the guilds were formed, it was abandoned in favor of newer settlements. However, over time, the river Avonmora, once the lifeblood of the town, grew until it covered the entire valley. Only the tallest buildings poked above the water. Nobody knows exactly when, but sometime in the last three hundred years the area was resettled by exiles from both Mitgardia and Kaliphlin. They fashioned homes out of wood, and built them on top of the ruins. Now they fly the Avalonian colors. Fishing is a major part of their economy. Guards are posted to keep an eye out for bears in the winter months. They like to steal the fish. People store and gut fish away from their homes, so that they will stay clean. The organs are thrown back into the river, so that the May nourish the other fish and continue the cycle. Due to all the fish, there is a large cat population. Since they have no farmland or animals, a lot of the supplies must be imported. Using barges made of logs, they float up and down the river, selling fish and trading for supplies. While they're traveling, the rivermen live in their barges. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This was one of those really fas builds. I really enjoyed building it, and hope you like looking at it! I'd also like to claim the following: Shipping by Water Fishing Oceanside or river scene C&c welcome!
  6. Rowain Boleman peered over the lighthouse tower's walls into the misty fog that hung over the rocky northern Avalonian coast. "I get no action out here, I wish I had been assigned to the Nocturnus/Avalonian border. I mean, what's out here besides rocks and dreary weather?" he said, looking disgustedly at the blurry horizon. As he did so, something caught his attention. "Is that... sails?" He took off his helmet to see better. After a few moments had passed, the blurry apparation came more clearly into focus. "Those are most definitely black sails," he said. Just as he was about to go downstairs to alert the captain of the tower, he heard a flapping noise. Startled, he turned and pointed his spear in the direction of the noise. All he saw was a large grey osprey, staring at him intently. "It's just a stupid bird" he said, annoyed with his own skittishness. The bird's gaze seemed to intensify, as he went to shoo it away. "Get out of - aaaaaak!" A shooting pain blasted through his body, with the intensity of lightning. Stunned he fell to the ground, unconscious. Silently, the osprey took to the air, gliding out toward the sea. Thirty minutes later, when Rowain didn't come to change guards for the 5 time that week, Brant Grayson, captain of the tower, went up to personally give him a lecture. "Rowain!" he shouted. When there was no answer, he walked around the corner in a fury. But that fury was gone in an instant when he saw his unreliable underling lying on the floor. Running over he took his pulse, which was barely discernible."Rowain, can you hear me?!" he yelled. Rowain's eyes opened slightly. "What happened? Who did this to you?" asked Brant. "Bird... Sails..." was the reply. "What? What do you mean? What bird? What sails?". "Sa... sails...". Looking up, Brant's eyes scanned the sea. "There's nothing out there, what are you saying?' But Rowain gave no answer, and his eyes started to close. "Rowain! Stay with me!" The battle hardened captain knew that Rowain was about to close his eyes forever. Right before his eyes closed all the way though, he lifted a hand up to grab Brants shirt. With great effort, the dying man said with as much intensity as he could muster, "Black... sails!" and with that, he went limp, his eyes no longer seeing. Drawing his fingers over Rowain's eyes to close them, Brant stood up. "I won't let your death be in vain, "he promised. After a proper burial, Captain Brant instructed one of his soldiers to ride swiftly to Albion to report the strange death, and the sighting of black sails. What these happenings could mean, he could only guess, and all his guesses left him feeling very unsettled. And that's my entry for the Ch 2 Prologue (Avalonia). Sorry for the not so good pictures. I was really pressed for time, since I came up with this last minute, so I had to rush. Plus the pictures were taken inside at night, so the lighting is below par. 75% of the build itself was done yesterday/last night, though the rock base was mostly done on Saturday. But it was fun. Mostly. I was trying to kind of get a dreary rocky shore feel for this build, kind of like you see in the Scotland area, and that was kind of a new experience for me, along with the water technique. I should note that the blury-ness of the first couple pictures was on purpose to give it a foggy look. So C&C are definitely welcome! EDIT: Here are some better pictures of the build, along with one highlighting the light brick use to make this a light house.
  7. Challange II - The road to civil war - new leadership - arrivals It is hard to tell if the residents of Hemresa are satisfied with the new leadership. However, it seems it does not disencourage them so far. Everybody works hard to build and protect Hemresa, and thus Avalonia. A still disturbed Nar Bilu was called to the edge of the forest near the location where Bow's Arch is being build. The construction is taking longer than planned. The elves made some sort of platform. They helped him on top so he could get a good view of the area. Loud noises of cheering came from the road ahead. To his joy a caravan of small carts arrived. Craftsmen, soldiers and complete families he recognized from all over Avalonia came to help build and inhabit this new town. Humans of Albion and Hemresa Elves of Hemskog Dwarves of Hemkulle And even the half elves of Mount Raven (Nocturnus - challange I) All came to help out the new Lords of Avalonia to protect their beloved lands of the dark clouds hanging over Historica.
  8. The town of Bow’s Arch (Hemresa) In the early days of the Civil War, which started in Nocturnus, Nar Bilu ordered the start of a new order within the Hemresa Legion. He foresaw that, if he survived all the local wars, he needed an army worthy of the final battle. In the meantime this army could give support to everyone who is in need and loyal to our cause. Till the last penny, Nar Bilu is prepared to invest in this town. He will donate these buildings to the best of their trade, he could find in Hemresa or Albion, who are willing to follow his course. He consulted his friend Gideon and Rogueang for the best strategy. He even got Gideon to help with the architecture and planning. The recent drow activity and the rumours that are spreading gives Bow’s Arch a high priority. Bow’s Arch is highest priority, we have to find a secret location, suitable for our plans and finish before the drow reach our borders. The constructor, who made his posts in Albion, was the first to arrive at the Southern Tower. Only hours later Gideon also arrived. Both were summoned to Nar Bilu’s quarters. The three men searched the Hemresa map for a suitable location. It has to be remote and kept secret until Nar Bilu is ready to reveal it to the rest of the world. Fortunately Hemresa, being a Mystic Isle, has enough of these. The basics are put on paper, location… check, number and architecture of buildings… check, city planning… check. Now it’s time to recruit some blue collar and put this project in motion. Nar Bilu, Wig Glin, Yillia d’Nathill together with Gideon, Killian his loyal druid and enough craftsmen are to leave by morning to find a suitable corner of Hemresa to start building the town of Bow’s Arch. Val Kyri was send out to track down, capture and sentence Robin Rascal. By dawn all commanders, with an escort, left the Southern Tower in different directions to perform their tasks. (sorry Gideon - I made you a fleshie) After a day’s travel Nar Bilu’s party arrived at the designated location. Then the druid tapped his shoulder and whispered something in his ear. The druid had sensed a vein of natural magic close by and advised to build right on top of it. Second advantage of this spot was that it was near water and solid rock. Nar Bilu consulted the whole night with his party. In terms of warfare, defence and commercial value, plans are ready. The only thing now stopping us is the lack of qualified people. Nar Bilu already sends out Yillia d’Nathill to recruit the best of the best. This village has to become the birthplace of legendary archers. The location was hard to find, somehow magic seems to hide itself perfectly. Which will come in handy for our secret project. Nar Bilu only informed Rogueang of his plans, but not the location.
  9. Bow’s Arch Storage (Hemresa) Finding a location Bow’s Arch Quarry Bow’s Arch Forresters The dwarves did finished their first job taking down one fourth of the large rock to the east. First priority is that we can store the raw materials, building equipment and rations somewhere save. With the help of everyone available, a storehouse is finished within a week. ground floor 1st floor For the eye a small warehouse, but nothing about that is true. A dungeon like labyrinth of caves dwell within these walls. Enough storage facility to hold food and materials for over a hundred good men. To keep thieves and other shadows of the dark away and the progress of Bow’s Arch save, the dwarves made some defensive possibilities on top of the warehouse. Now we are ready to really start our town. I like to claim the following University of Petraea credit (APPROVED): Architecture - wall techniques (wooden walls)
  10. Here we are: Steve the Dwarf's forge. After the arriving of Alexander Vandangant and the arriving of upcoming war's news, the council of Hidden Garden decided to rebuild the village as it was once, before going in ruins. The forge is an essential part of the village and it was one of the first part to be reconstructed. This freebuild will be part of Avalonian Task 4 - Historican Settlements in the category Craftsmen/Merchant - Arms & Armor: Blacksmith. As a part of the Doctorate of Historica Programm I'd like to claim 1 point for manufacturing. C&C are always welcome, Enjoy!
  11. Ch II - Prologue - Listening In... by mpoh98, on Flickr "Feren, what about the Drow? Have you heard the rumors?” Feren, and his archer master and friend, Robin, were strolling down the street of the massive castle Marrock Fortress. Robin, always inquisitive, had heard rumors spread by the Marrock farmers, and now wondered if his Lord knows about them. Feren inclined his head thoughtfully. “Yes, in a way. I have heard from my spy agency that there are rumors about the Drow invading our land. But I have not heard them personally myself, or if they have come this far inland to our island.” Just as Robin was about to respond, their fine tuned ears heard whispering, faintly carried along by the wind. Feren scowled silently. That whispering was in no language from Avalonia, it was barely perceptible. Feren, motioning silence, slowly drew his sword, making not a sound. Quietly he and Robin inched along the wall, concentrating on following the faint murmur. Slowly they approached the corner of the building. As Feren listened, he realized it was a man, and a Drow conversing. Feren’s eyebrows drew together thoughtfully. A Drow could only mean trouble. Listening closely, he was able to catch snatches of the conversation. “…….yes, we have finally arri……Lord Terrowin, prepare your troops……….Drow…….invasi……” Feren nearly exploded with surprise. Lord Terrowin was a popular Lord among the leaders of Marrock, and one of his trusted advisors. Feren’s eyebrows clashed together in anger. This man, his friend, had sold himself over to the Drow. He could barely contain the anger inside, and, if it wasn’t for Robin restraining him, he almost dashed around the corner. Controlling himself, Feren and Robin silently ran off, back to the keep, deep in thought. ‘This news is not good,’ Feren thought, what could it mean? ‘If only I could have heard the full conversation.’ For know, all he could do was ready his men, and wait for what was to come…. but, Feren vowed, whatever was coming, he would keep Marrock safe from this evil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4th Wall: Whew! 12. One of the Hemresa scouts arrived with haste at the gate of the Southern Tower asking for an audience with Nar Bilu or one of the diplomats. He was in luck, because Nar Bilu and his loyal crew were in town for a meeting with the architect of Bow’s Arch. The scout entered the great hall under escort of two guards, of which one approached the table to ask Nar Bilu for a brief moment of his time. He stood up, walked to the man and shook his hand. He told Nar Bilu what he overheard: I was wandering the woods one the east side of Hemresa when I was alarmed by a hooded man. I hid behind the first tree I could find. The hooded man stopped just five feet in front of me, impatiently waiting for what turned out to be another hooded man. The second man had a strange colour in his face and talked with a dark voice, a drow. The drow traded a pouch full of gems in return for a stack of letters. They both stood there analyzing the letters. The papers turned out to be maps of Avalonia with marks on them. He said that their scouts marked every Avalonian strategic location they could find. The drow thanked the hooded man, ending his conversation with: “You tell your lord, Robin Rascal, that he will be rewarded when we conquer these lands”. After they separated I rushed immediately to you. Nar Bilu was very grateful for this newly obtained intelligence, but he was also very troubled. He summoned two of this most loyal knights. Both were send to the different ends of Avalonia to inform Rogueang and Da Gothia of the betrayal of Robin Rascal’s band of mercenaries and the plans of the drow. When Nar Bilu sat back down at the table he struck his fist on the table. Bow’s Arch is highest priority, we have to find a secret location, suitable for our plans and finish before the drow reach our borders. Nar Bilu and Wig Glin together with Gideon’s architects and enough craftsmen are to leave by morning to find a suitable corner of Hemresa to start building the town of Bow’s Arch. Yillia d’Nathill was send out to round up specialists to inhabit this secret town. The second priority is for a legion of soldiers, under command of Val Kyri, to track down, capture and sentence Robin Rascal. By dawn all commanders, with an escort, leave the Southern Tower in different directions to perform their tasks.
  13. Hemresa is one of the most fertile of the Mystic Isles. Farmers settle the fields surrounding the Hemresa road. Ploughed lands with vegetables and fruit trees sprout from every corner. Small villages spring from the ground and economy on Hemresa start to flourish. Together with his elven henchmen, Nar Bilu rides to the elven Lord Rothilline who has a settlement to even with Raavage. Nar Bilu is welcomed into the community of the elves and is led to their leader. They feast all night. Besides the festivity they discusses a strategy and both decide to take part of this mission. Nocturnus should not fall in the hands of The Black Spire. It would be bad for business and they will most certainly cross borders if they manage to conquer Nocturnus. Rothilline agrees to accompany the wood elves and fight the war against the Black Spire. 16. Despite Lord Ssilyrrlith wishes, General Grimm still believes the Noct has some allies and there are enough opposers of the Black spire in other parts of Historica who can and will help. General Grimm himself travels into the far ends of Historica to seek out these allies. Suited in the Hemresa breastplate he once received from Nar Bilu, his heads to the centre part of Avalonia. On the break of dawn the Hemresa druid, called Killian, searches the Woods surrounding the Northern Tower for herbs and mushrooms, when a unfamiliar sound whispers in his ears and gets his attention. Killian sneaks up on the sound and from the east à dark man in armour approaches. Before the man can even notice the druid, roots sprout from the soil beneath him, strangling him and lifting him over twenty feet above the ground. The thundering sound of the magic alarms the guards at the Southern Tower, they haste to the scene. Under strict escort of the finest guards he enters the room and sits down at a designated seat. A moment later Nar Bilu arrives, looks surprised and falls in the arms of his friend. They talk for hours, about the old days until Grimm explained what is happening to Nocturnus. They negotiated the rest of the night and part of the morning, to come to an agreement. Nar Bilu is going to head to Nocturnus, accompanied by a reasonable sized regiment to aid his old friend of the east. By Avalonian law it feels like treason to Nar Bilu, but his old friendship with General Grimm, he feels obligated to send some form of reinforcements to his aid. To recent events of Drow encounters on Hemresa, Nar Bilu decides that most of his legion will be left to guard his beloved Hemresa. He decides to ride proudly with the Avalonian flag. His title of Sha of Elves will make it easier to recruit more elves on the way to Nocturnus. Continue to Challenge 1B... 17. Story 2.1 continues... The great advantage of today’s raid is that we are familiar with the area, all the weaknesses and secret passages of the building. On the far eastern end of the wall, against the mountain foot is a path leading into Hemresa. It will be guarded, but it will be one of the easiest way in. I send out the two hunters to scout the area and report back, what we have to deal with. Awaiting only a few hundred yards behind the scout team, my legion prepares for battle. The scouts return. A brief and positive report, nothing the legion can’t handle. Three swordsmen and two backup archers guarding the passage. From behind the bushes we unleash a volley of arrows... all five were hit, only to be alarmed. None seem to mind arrows are sticking from their torsos. What are these creatures. Our swordsmen stampede into the blockade with pace. When they encounter the enemy they finally see what they are really up with. Undead creatures, zombified soldiers, maybe even friends from the past. They slash and stab without success. One soldier runs back to collect intel. Nar Bilu consults amongst his men. One of the hunters steps forward to inform that we have to cut off their heads to silent them. Nar Bilu, the swordsman and the dwarven soldiers speed back to the front line, where the legion bravely holds off the enemy without casualties. Now three against one and the knowlegde how to kill them, the creatures stand no chance. Nar Bilu slays the last black robed undead soldier. The fight is over within seconds. Hemresa, we are home. With great cheers the Hemresa legion enters their settlement. Nar’Bilu and the team leaders discuss tactics and everyone rushes to their posts. Again we have a 360 degree visual of the Hemresa road west and main land Avalonia to the east. It is time to plan how to re-conquer what is ours. First thing is the treetop watchtowers southwest of here, then the caves to the southeast. I hope the creatures left our small village in one piece. Hemresa village will be third on our list. When we got the strategic settlements back, it will be time to figure out where these creatures came from. Two teams of scouts were send into the hunted grounds of Hemresa to make report of what is ahead. After a brief periode, we are summoned for what is called Book II - Civil War: continue reading I'd like to claim the following University of Petraea credits: landscape design (flowers and dense foliage) military science (fortification) anthropology (life in Avalonia) Geography (mountains or cliffs)

    Crossing Lake Talon

Since rogueang released the Historica Settlements task, I've starting planning a dock scene and this is the ferry that makes trips back and forth between Vanguard and the mainland where the crop fields are located. The swift breeze rolls off the lake and blows in Headil's long hair. The young lad enjoyed making trips with his father to see the fields. Amidst the grunts of the rowers, Lenfel makes sure his son doesn't fall into the water that he stares into so deeply. Lenfel holding his curious son and Gela having drink after going to see Atlas. The Captain of the ferry with the plank used for boarding beside him. Reagan Lanthorn returning to the city with her guards. Eli enjoying the lake scenery. I mainly posted this to get another freebuild done before the first deadline comes and I think I might be able to get another private vessel posted before the end of the month. Thanks for viewing!
  19. Nar Bilu and a small regiment of woodelves leave Hemresa to assist his old friend Grimm with the battle over Nocturnus. His title of Sha of Elves will make it easier to recruit more elves on the way to Nocturnus. Nar Bilu remembers an elven lord protecting the border of Mitgardia and Nocturnus, on the foot of Rakath. After a weeks journey, Nar Bilu reaches the defence structure protecting the pathway leading to the snow elves. Solid rocks, icy roads and dead trees cut this scene. The People of Vanguard

I have put together some figs that I've been wanting to post for a while. I know the picture quality may not be the best, but I am unable to get outside to photograph them as it is snowing where I am. Heres some information to describe the roles of some of the people. Vanguard, the capital city of Vanhorn, sits on a rocky island surrounded by Lake Talon. The River of Rhondurion feeds the lake and is the path that shipping vessels use to get to Vanguard from the open ocean. The docks are able to accommodate up to five different ships due to the importance of import and export in Vanguard’s economy. The Outer Wall flanks the perimeter of the island. About twenty feet tall, the Outer Wall has three gates. They are the Northern, the Southern, and the Western gates. The Western gate is the main entry to the city and is surrounded by the docks, which form the port. It is guarded by two watchmen. There is a large rock protruding from the water rather close to the docks and a watchtower sits on it. There is only one person who mans this tower, and that is the Lake Watcher. I start with some new troops. Tiberius Denmire - Lake Watcher Lynx Oden - Gate Watchman Crux Tranus - Gate Watchman Archers that stand along the Outer Wall with a redesigned Captains' Uniform. Artemis Redd - Captain Ezra Raine Barthos Malone Colin Vorne Kaleb Ploge Seanus Faun Elven Factions The elves in Vanhorn are divided into several factions, which are labeled by color. The Green Faction, led by Eremir Lanthorn. The Red Faction, led by Reagan Lanthorn. The Brown Faction, led by Seraphine Oakin. (Credit to Ecc. for the uniform design.) Villagers of Vanguard Gela Shiloh, a bar owner. Atlas the Strong - Standing at a staggering seven feet three inches tall, Atlas is employed as the blacksmith for Vanguard. He has always been crafty with his hands and built his house on a lone hill on the wooded shores of Lake Talon, nor far from the crop fields. He is also a werewolf who cannot control where or when he changes, this is why he chooses a more solitary lifestyle. Atlas’ house doubles as his workshop and messengers come to deliver new orders from the Council or civilian orders. - Atlas spends his weekends hunting or at Gela’s bar playing cards with his friends. Atlas has had relations with Gela in the past, but both were and are still unwilling to fully commit to each other. Atlas could not put Gela in the danger of living with him and the wolf constantly fighting to surface. They remain good friends and acknowledge that there is something more between them. - The transformations occur at random and with little warning. Once Atlas becomes a wolf, he can no is no longer himself, so he tries to escape to the woods or his house whenever it begins to happen. Just inside the door of his house, there is a massive post that supports the loft section above. Over time, the post has become scratched and clawed at from the wolf. Lucinda Raven - Lucinda works as the private assassin of the Council and is well skilled in carrying out her tasks. She is a half-elf clad in dark brown robes, hides several daggers in her robes, and has a bow strapped to her pack on her horse saddle. Her horse is a black draft stallion named Ridgewood. Lucinda never carries more than three days worth of food, avidly hunting for herself and Ridgewood. Eli Rune, a horse trainer and farrier. Luka Torgon, a milker. Houses of Vanguard House of Sesilion - Lenfel- Chief of Agriculture - Heandil (Son) - Bugler of Vanguard o Lenfel oversees all agricultural affairs in Vanguard. Due to limited space on the island, the majority of the fields sit on the opposite shores of Lake Talon. Heandil, who is roughly fifteen years of age, works as the Bugler of Vanguard. Every morning, he goes around the city playing a melody to wake the people as day breaks. House of Conclan - Wolfar - Vendor - Dale (Brother) - Carpenter o The Conclan Brothers are the sons of the late Councilman, Blade Conclan. Blade died from sickness that he caught during his diplomatic travels to other lands. The remaining Councilmen went about choosing a replacement, as they wanted to keep to the tradition of seven members and a two-thirds vote needed to pass an Ordinance in Vanhorn. The Council didn’t overlook the elven population that had risen considerably in the recent years. They elected myself, Lord Eremir Lanthorn, to the Council so I could represent my race in the political arena. House of Bern - Lord Christopher Bern - Jordana Bern (Wife) - Sebastian Bern (Son) - Regulus Bern (Son) o Christopher is a merchant who has worked his way up to become the wealthiest citizen of Vanguard. He lives with his family in a mansion upon Obtilious Peak, a high, stand-alone piece of rock that juts out from the rest of the city. The highest point in the city is the Tower of Vanguard, which is the focal point of the entire city and is located among the fortifications inside the Inner Wall. And some Kailphlin Traders Crew of a trading vessel from Kaliphlin. Thanks for viewing my new figs!

    Avalonian Postcards

The Burnby tourism office is proud to present their new line of collectable postcards, featuring iconic Avalonian scenes and vistas. New designs will be released sporadically throughout the month of February. Postcard! by Carson Haupt, on Flickr Feel free to post your own too, I think it'd be great if we had like a guild tourism push like the Kaliphlins did earlier.
  24. Since I just joined GoH, I thought I'd post a build I did over the weekend, since someone said I should post some back story builds of my sig fig. If there was a challenge I should/could post this in, I'd like to. Anyways, without further ado, here's a cottage in the woods of the lands of Sir Brychan Cedry of Avalonia - I hope the pictures are the right size. There's more pics of the interior/details in this link (I didn't want to have to resize a whole bunch of pics) - http://s889.photobuc.../?sort=3&page=1

    Figbarf

One day, about a month ago, I was bored. Very bored. So, long story short, I caught the bug and was soon figbarfing all over the place. Assorted orcs, goblins and trolls. A minor house from Mitgardia. A wandering Nocturnian. Mitgardian highlanders, accompanied by a dwarf and a rare domestic yeti. The lady Carrabarra, of Kaliphlin, and her entourage. And lastly a badly photographed pink knight.
