There’s pictures out for some March sets like Disney/Harry Potter so we should be getting pictures of any Star Wars coming out then soon. Off the top of my head there are 4-5 coming in March?

Dude I CANNOT wait for the Invisible Hand images!

Hey call me crazy but now that the rumor that says that the shock gunship is retiring this year masaaaaaaybe means the 150$ set this year it’s a regular gunship possibly live action based

Also now that we see that many sets won’t reach the 2 year life spam im worried that the grogu Kelleran Beq set will retire December 2025 I really want to stock on those to at least get a full batallion worth of 501st troopers plus some companies

Me too!  I am excited to see all of the midi scale ships (the executor was an incredible build).  I am also really intrigued by the Tantive IV hallway with (is it 7 minifigs including Fives?).  Excited to see pictures of that one as well.

Invisible Hand?? Where was that rumoured?

Back in October, it was stated to be 75377, with 557 pieces, for (supposedly) $52.99 USD. It’s one of the upcoming midi-scale ships, though this one is said to have a small hangar for Jedi Starfighters, as well as the ability to separate the front and back halves. I’m looking forward to that feature.

Since both 2023 501st battle packs routinely go for $15 now, you can purchase one of each, put the specialist/officer helmets on the generic 332nd troopers, and have the same ratio of generic 501st with helmet holes to cost as Beq's speeder, plus 6 other clones for each time you do it.

Brick Fanatics reported it here, crediting a promobricks guy- Max Bautde. Seems reliable.

I believe so, which is really good at $55.

Ah, thanks! I forgot about it because I am not into midi-scale.

I went to four stores today looking for the new battle pack. Showed up at a lego store literally a single minute after it opened and their stock was immediately emptied. Went to two separate targets- nothing. Found three copies at kohl's- which was good, because I was with two friends of mine also searching. The demand for this pack has been insane- to go to four separate stores and come away with one copy each is nuts. (Most January sets were stocked, just not that set. Ironically, every copy of that juniors set was still there for all three stores, since the target audience of a 4+ set isn't rushing the shelves day one). There were still a number in stock online so I got three there, but I'd be surprised if I didn't get hit with the retroactive backorder like I have with other in-demand sets in the past.

Gosh, that’s tough. I went to a LEGO store near me on the 28th of December in the late evening and there were at least 150 of the Battle Pack lining the shelves, it was insane. Oddly though, not a single copy of the 4+ set.

Oh good grief. Brickfanatics is alread trying to bait readers into panic-buying the new clone trooper battle pack. Yeah... it's selling out fast day 1, it's a great set, but geez I'll probably be able to find it at Wal-Mart later this month if not now, probably at a discount not too far down the road.

Gotta save that money for some of the TPM sets coming out later, sending LEGO a message we want MORE...

This is the worst I've seen for a wide-release lego set- it's those people who buy literal scores of copies. Like, I get that you want an army, but try to restrain yourself to, like 6-8copies in the opening week. These guys who post hauls of 50+ of them drive me nuts. I saw a guy post 16 copies before the set even released.

That's insane. Thankfully, I'm not much of an army builder, and I don't think I can ever remember wanting a set that I couldn't eventually get between release and retirement. I actually saw the set at my local Wal Mart yesterday and passed... it's probably still there but I'm in no hurry to get one.

So I’ve opened my new battle pack and first clone I put together has a misprint on the helmet. First time I’ve come across it, kind of hilarious he just looks really sad.

The Grogu escape set including two 501st clones is a bit disappointing, but also no surprise :shrug_oh_well: I’ve really had it with 501st clones, no more please  At least the Kelleran minifig should be cool!

And I’m hopeful for some March reveals soon! Almost everything else scheduled for that month has been revealed in the meantime. My highlights will definitely be the two anniversary minifigs  I wonder if they’ll have some special anniversary packaging!

I've had a good number. 212th trooper in 2014, TIE pilot in 2016, 501st trooper in 2020, etc. Luckily, lego will replace the part if you call them about it.

Do you live in a more rural area? I live in a suburb of Chicago and me and my friends were searching stores in multiple suburbs we didn't even live in before we found anything.

I do wonder what the appeal of that set is meant to be. That BARC Speeder is either going to be giant for $30, or the set'll be super overpriced. 501st troopers are readily available (I think the amount of people who care about having a generic 501st trooper with helmet holes but don't realize you can/don't want to get them by buying the specialist and 332nd pack for a much greater clone-cost ratio is a pretty small amount), and Grogu is everywhere. Lego seems to be banking on Kellaran, who is cool, but I don't think he can carry a set by himself.

I am also excited. If the Tantive IV hallway set is done well, given the subject matter and figure count, it might be a contender for top 10 system star wars sets.

The confirmation that the Grogu Escape set has 501st definitely means I'll skip it and just buy Beq on bricklink. I already have more than enough BARCs, Grogus, and 501st troopers from over the years. But hey, that just means one less thing I have to worry about getting.

Meh. A high figure counts doesn't mean much to me if none of them are new or interesting, except for Fives of course  Undoubtedly my highlight of the set, if not the entire wave  Malak is cool too I guess, but I don't care much for Legends

Finally built the Bad Batch set and its amazing! Need to say that the Mandalorian Starfighter from a few years ago was very flimsy and hard to pose amongst other builds due to its wide footprint. I am enjoying the Bad Batch shuttle a lot more. It makes me want to check out the show. Hearing how great Endor was received I'm sort of bugged I missed out on the $70 set, hoping to snag it at a Barnes and Noble in the coming months. Excited to see what we get next year for play sets. I'd enjoy a new Tie Fighter at around 70-80 bucks like the 2012 version. The newer ships have been too small for my taste. But given inflation the scale of the 2012 model would probably be $100 in a modern context. Frustrating.

I’d love if they redid the Grogu mould to incorporate the bulky ‘collar’ that makes his silhouette distinctive - the figure feels so lacking without it. The best mods I’ve seen so far include the mandrake earmuff piece from Harry Potter which is pretty good, although I can see that making the figure’s neck larger would probably cause issues with the figure’s overall profile.

As much as it would dent the value for money of the set further, a smaller BARC speeder would be quite appealing IMO. Lego have done such a great job with the Hoth and Endor speeder bikes over the past couple of years, making them detailed yet compact, that it would be sweet to see the same approach taken with BARCs. Beyond that, maybe a side build of part of the temple could be included, but again it’s unlikely.

Childish Landino Chronicles has posted a 25th Lego Star Wars anniversary logo Leaks (not TPM).

Has a teal glow and shows an R2 silhouette.

Looks like the special box art maybe…I like it!

Bring it on.

I’ve been lucky in 20 years of collecting Lego that I’ve only ever had two issues one was from the stormtrooper magazine last year as they didn’t have a head (which isn’t the biggest thing in the world) and then this with the plain trooper. Do they just give you a replacement helmet or the whole bag that it came in? Also do misprints still have a ridiculously high value to certain collectors?

im hoping with the boarding set that they will give the fleet troopers different heads following from what Lego have been doing recently and mixing up like in the hoth pack, it kind of annoys me that all the fleet troopers have had just the same head and look like a clone army when put together 😂.

with the Grogu escape has it been confirmed or not confirmed if there is an anniversary figure coming with it? As at this point that might be the sets only saving point

It is a nice set. While the Marauder is a little small, it looks great, and can be compacted well. I've currently got it sitting on my "hero ship" shelf alongside the ghost, falcon, Razor Crest, Ahsoka's shuttle, and TBOBF era Slave One.

Was the speeder bike chase (I assume that's the $70 endor set, though it's $80 at the retailers around me) that well-recieved? The speeders might be the best yet, but I don't know that it looks all that great with only the two trees.

Yeah, I know you only really care about new figs, but to be fair, the set itself is something we've never had before, and on a value level, 7 figs in a set that cheap is great, especially since IIRC the piece count isn't super low.

That would be nice, but I don't think we'll get that anytime soon.

It's funny to me that the battle packs keep including downsized versions of canon clone vehicles when a fig scaled BARC with sidecar would be perfect for the $20 battle packs.

That logo is perfect- R2 illuminating a hologram of the lego brick as a callback to the leia hologram, it being a lego R2, that classic metallic, almost kenner-like style.

This would imply they're all full-sized- the endor pack had 5, with two being the smaller style. So your predictions seem pretty likely- it's probably not going to be child anakin or another R2.

Happy that the brickheadz multi-pack is TPM. Hopefully there’s some great choices. Maul, Qui-Gon, Jar Jar makes the most sense, so I’ll PREDICT those. The fourth is a bit trickier. Would love it to be Queen Amidala!

Droideka, Boonta Eve Podrace Diorama, Brickheadz pack, and polybag AAT is a decent start. I am really hoping for 2/3 more larger sets. I’ll save my thoughts for the future set ideas.

I hope we get full 25th anniversary box art, I still kick myself to this day over not getting a single one of the 20th anniversary sets, especially that fantastic Slave I

This rumor that the 25th anniversary figures will have a 25th anniversary back print is horrible if true. Like that completely ruins the look of these must needed characters.
