Here's my latest Star Trek: The Next Generation build - a recreation of the Enterprise-D transporter room with a Technic mechanism that allows you to assemble your away team on the transporter plate, then spin a lever to watch them dematerialize and disappear. You can also spin the lever counter-clockwise to reverse the process and beam them back up! Instructions are available now on Rebrickable. The set is 1,146 pieces and should cost just over $100/€100 to assemble, depending on location, availability, postage etc. The MOC also recreates the rest of the Enterprise-D transporter room, from the main door and the green girder walls to Chief Miles O'Brien's transporter console. I've used a General Tagge minifig head with some Medium Nougat coiled hair to make a minifig version of the hardest-working engineer in Starfleet. Finally, the elevated front panel of the transporter room includes a recreation of the iconic LCARS computer graphics from the transporter console, so you can tap at them and supply your own 'bleep-bloop' sound effects while you transport your crew. Since getting the Enterprise-D set for Christmas, I've been working on lots of playscale builds to give the minifigs something to do, including a bridge diorama and a viewscreen with microscale ships, both of which are also available on Rebrickable. Lego released an Enterprise-D set last year with a great selection of the Next Generation cast as minifigures, but just a small display stand to line them up on. As an alternative, I've designed this bridge diorama using the Studio software. I've been rewatching TNG for the past few months and it was a really fun challenge trying to capture all the little details of the iconic bridge design using real bricks. There are lots of reference photos to work from, but my favourite resource was this 3D rendering of the bridge on Gene Roddenberry's archive website - well worth a visit for any Star Trek fan! It was very satisfying figuring out how to recreate details like the Okudagram console graphics using stacked coloured plates, or the curved wooden panel using dinosaur tails and candle pieces. The diorama is done at a compressed scale compared to the actual filming set, but I wanted something that could comfortably fit on a shelf alongside the Enterprise while still capturing all the most important elements. I'm currently working away on a modular extension which will add the viewscreen portion of the bridge, and which could be attached or displayed separately. I'd love to do a few more TNG-inspired models while we're waiting for more official sets from Lego. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this design!

Hey Guys,i need some Advice on this one. I`m planning this futuristic Garbage Truck for my imaginative Lego City-Future Theme. The Bodywork is pretty much done and i think it is recognizeale as a Garbage Truck.The two large orange Pieces are already in my Parts Bin and all the little Bits might be in there too.Maybe some Bricks need to be bricklinked or i need to buy them in the little Lego Shop in my Hometown. I`m still not sure how to make this Big Boy hover above the Ground.I would love to use something that fits in the Wheel Wells and only sticks out a little bit, you know,classic sci fi Hovercar Stuff. Maybe some shiftable Dishes or Pods. Feel free to share any Ideas.I also added the lxf File so you can poke around a little bit.Maybe you might have some Ideas to improve the whole Thing.I like it very much,but i still think something is missing.Something catchy....like a Push Bar or Guard Rails.... Any Idea would be much apprechiated. The rounded Rearend calls for a Nickname...Hunchback maybe?Still not happy with the lower rear End (behind the rear Fenders) Scifi-Garbage Hauler.lxf

Armed with a sawed-off shotgun and a powerful sniper rifle, this intergalactic bounty hunter is prepared for any threat. I really doubled down on the sci-fi soldier influences for this new version, pulling from Samus, Doomguy, Master Chief, and the Titan Spectre armor from Destiny. Special thanks to L.A. Miranda, Constraction Deva, and Djokson for helping to bring this version to life. Their input and techniques went the longest way for this new version, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Blacktron is back! Hello from Italy! Tonight I share my latest build: a big, bad and totally black armoured personnel carrier. It's based on U-59 Explosive Truck from Joe 90, a 1960s British science-fiction television series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson (the same producers of U.F.O. It's called B-59 where B stands for Blacktron, in fact this six-wheel APC is the new and lethal groud vehicle of Blacktron. The little ATV on the right is based on the Amphicat, a six-wheel-drive, skid steer amphibious all-terrain vehicle manufactured in the '60s by Mobility Unlimited Inc. of Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Amphicat was also used by Moonbase Alpha personnel in the television series Space: 1999. Back view and tank entrance. The interior with many details. Here's a small rendition of the police spinner from Blade Runner 2049. I wanted to build it almost completely in metallic silver, which wasn't so easy capturing the shape properly. The gun on the top is inspired by some concept art like this one. In the movie there's a drone instead integrated into the vehicle. Hope you like it :) Best, Johannes

The Goodbury Group are proud to present their latest in NulGrav racing machines: The Starling Mark IX Speeder bike. Unveiled recently to celebrate the bi-centenary of Goodbury's foray into high performance bikes, the Starling Mark IX will be put through its paces on the world stage at the Dakar Rally of 2175. Racing Pilot Tab "Redline" Aeron has made it clear she plans to win while pushing the bike to its limits. -- My entry to the LSB 2017 contest. I heard about it about a week ago and had to turn my hand to a speederbike to enter! This probably took about six hours of work and I can't even say how many parts I used. At the very core (as the base building off point) is a simple horse saddle and it just moves from there. The real inspiration for this was the amazing art of Chris Foss. Not only do I have the recent art-book presenting his work, I also have the Terran Trade Authority handbooks which used a lot of his work. Hope you liked this. Comments etc are welcome.

Hi guys! I've been really into Stephen King's The Dark Tower series lately. So far I've read the first 4 books and I love this saga so much that I decided to start a LEGO project, customizing minifigs and recreating some scenes from the books, but also expanding it and introducing my own ideas and doing cross-overs with other characters from different universes, since TDT could allow that very well. For those who don't know, The Dark Tower mixes the old west with sci-fi and high tech stuff in a world where dimensions are connected by different portals. I am currently sharing my pics via Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr (@Lego_DarkTower if anyone feels like following) but I would love to get your sincere feedback as LEGO collectors, since in social media most of my followers are just fans of The Dark Tower. Hello everyone! Here my latest build, the S.H.A.D.O. Interceptor, also known as Moonbase Interceptor that is the primary defence spacecraft of the secret SHADO Moonbase. The S.H.A.D.O. Interceptor appeared in the 1970s British television sci-fi show UFO. The Interceptors are white and red one-seater space fighters used over the Moon and in Earth's orbit, equipped only with a self-destroying frontal nuclear missile. The Interceptors, usually, fly in groups of three during a period of red alert. During the flight, the three missiles are fired almost simultaneously. These spacecraft can't fly in Earth's atmosphere, for unknown reasons. My brick built Interceptor has also a detailed interior, lifting the top it's possible to see the cockpit and the jet engine on the back. Below the back view. The Kunai Corporation are pleased to unveil their latest skybike, the Teoshi-guruma! Fast and manoeuvrable, it is perfect for the racing circuit but also a popular sport Skybike for fans and riders. Here Gates Rusch sets the pace for a race at NuTokyo Raceway. I once again challenged myself to an odd part. This time the wheelbarrow. Teoshi-guruma is Japanese for hand-cart. . I took what would certainly be labelled a "single use" part by most and discovered that it has a wealth of connection points, not to mention is has practically got a 1x2 plate as part of the structure. I threw together a futuristic race-track as a stand, the back of the "A" plates is lifted by a pair of mudguards to angle the track. Also worth mentioning: on the bottom of the bike is a tail-fin piece that I used SNOT techniques to invert as the bike looked pretty empty underneath. I like to design around the idea of greys/blacks and metallic as the functioning mechanical parts and the colourful fairings and chassis on top. However, my Least Amount of Parts challenge still escapes me, I keep getting carried away. Comments, questions and critique welcome!

I. R. Gorilla, racer from the planet Epa is very good at attracting sponsorship. Though sometimes things get a little silly. I was looking through parts today, with speeder bikes on the brain and thus the K-Type bike Potassium Powered was born. I have also set myself a "challenge" to use strange parts as a MOC seed, or to take something that could be called "single use" and create something entirely different. I think this one came out pretty well! My brother was rather amused at least, apparently I've even managed to make something using the banana look cool!

I got the Idea for this MOC from someone else`s Creation where you could see a blue/yellow Tuk Tuk standing next to a Flower Market. I really liked the Idea of building a semi futuristic Tuk Tuk and so i started one by myself. I designed my MOC using LDD and instead of three Wheels,my Tuk Tuk got the "Lego City Future" Treatment,which means no Wheels but some Repulsor or Antigravity Engines to lift this Vehicle above the Ground a few Inches.After the basic Construction was done,i tried to decorate it with colorful Lights and some Flowers,since real Tuk Tuks are often beautifully decorated. The Driver is very proud of this little Beauty and enjoys showing his City to Tourists...exept if there`s one who constantly hits the Drivers Head with his oversized Camera,this gets annoying very fast. Hello, today I show you my latest build, the S.H.A.D.O. mobile "evo" from 70's British TV series UFO. The show's basic premise is that in 1980 Earth is being visited and attacked by aliens from a dying planet and humans are being covertly harvested for their organs by the aliens. The show's main cast of characters are members of a secret, high-technology international agency called SHADO (an acronym for Supreme Headquarters Alien Defence Organisation) established to defend Earth and humanity against the mysterious aliens. SHADO has a variety of high-tech hardware and vehicles at its disposal to implement a layered defence of Earth. Among these the ground units including the APC SHADO Mobile, fitted with caterpillar tracks, in the pic below the evo-lution version bruick-built. My LEGO SHADO mobile features extras: - a bubble canopy; - a front hook; - a radar antenna with auxiliar light; - a back entrance and other accessories. The crew is composed by three: commander, driver and radio operator (all of them well equipped). I recreated a detailed interior with many features, included on board computers and many weapons useful to prevent potential aliens' attacks. Here the gallery on flickr. Thanks for stopping by.

These are some mods to Exoforce set 7721-1, Combat crawler x2. This was a set almost no one bought, It was gappy, weird, hard to find, and expensive. I managed to get a sealed one for less than 30 dollars after the series was cancelled in 2009, and rather liked the idea of the model. All legs are now jointed, canopy added to the front for the main pilot. the cannon at the top has been adjusted to fit the gunner better, The middle pair of legs has been connected differently both to accomodate the joint an so they line up with the front and back pairs of legs. Extra armor has been added to the chasis as well, though its not too noticeable, this set was actually pretty beefy for an exoforce model Combat crawler now has a retractable frame on the front that covers the secondary cockpit. the connection between the 2 models has also been fixed so it doesn't fall apart from use. I love that it has stabilizers for its giant artillery piece. Added a roof to the prison so the pilot couldn't easily climb out The drone has a reasonably well defended seat up here. the controls were on the original set, but it only came with the 2 robots. Also, the original gun hinge caused it to smack the robot in the head if you decided to pivot it, and had an ugly connection with a bionicle piston The Viper x2 (as I so named it) recieved a lot of attention. It had a neat leg design, but the execution was really sloppy, Gaps have been filled in everywhere, and I added an actual cockpit. Feet were shortened I removed the technic plates on its legs to get rid of the holes, The connection on its back was heavily reinforced and can no longer slide off. All parts on the back have been swapped out for black, including the technic bushing. The Combat crawler showing off its rudimentary leg joints. Thanks for looking! any comments or feedback welcome.

Many People know the Science Fiction Movie "Blade Runner" and they all know and love the Police Spinner,that driving or hovering tricked out Police Cruiser. Yeah,so much Love for the Spinner,but what about all other "iconic" Cars from the Movie? For example the Metrokab. Sure,it`s boxy,ugly and not exactly the wet Dream of every Car Enthusiast.But we need Taxis then and now.And when we need one,a comfy reliable Metrokab is all yours....sort of. My LDD Version is still not completely finished,still need better Pictures of the Interior. So,what do you think of my newest Creation?

Hey Guys, i think my latest virtual MOC fits in best here in the Scifi Section. This Time,it`s an old and ordinary Delivery Truck some Cartoon Show Lovers might recognize.The Show sadly got only one Season but it`s Visuals are breathtaking and it more or less revolves around a dystopian Future,Cars and a Gang racing their beloved Rides in an Underground City that wasn`t Underground the whole Time. I used this Artwork as a Reference for the overall Design. There are still a few Things i`m not too happy about like the Grill (to be precisely,the Center Section).The Center Sections seems to be made of three Headlights stacked on top of each other and enclosed by an oval Structure. So,what do you Guys think?Any Ideas for the Grill? Also,who recognized the Van without looking at the Spoiler below? ....yep,i`m talking about Motorcity And here we have now the final Version made from real Bricks.As you can see i changed a few Things like the Taillights,the Grill and in inserted a colorful Panel on one Side.
