Use Sariel's diff lock solution. It is strong and quite compact.- 5 replies

Master of crazy angles! I like the doors, actually. Please tell me you can build red supercar without a single #3 connector?!

EB s not a hosting website. There is very tiny limit you still can upload, but this doesn't fit most people's needs. You should upload your profile image to some other picture hosting site, like Flickr, and use "Import from URL" option. Please remember you have to scale your picture down too. Signature setting can be found here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/settings/signature/

Ask your LUG Ambassador. He should have all the details. -
I wonder what price did this shop asked for the parts?

Well, it is quite the opposite - LEDs DO emit some UV.

Technic 2017 Set Discussion

Yes, the only hope. I would forget TLG introducing one of two useless shades of blue into Technic. It wouldn't be enough o forget two -
Literally nothing. I had to check my request online (you get the reference code if I remember correctly) only to find it was "Cancelled". No further explanations. Another request to replace same piece got cancelled as well. And I don't know the actual reason behind this. While it is the best thing to do in case of any questions it is not always possible. Basically you can call if you live in a country where Official TLG shops are present. Here in Lithuania you have to "drop them a message" and hope they are going to read it.
-
If your brick replacement isn't cancelled (happened to me twice) parts should be delivered in somewhat 2 weeks. Depends on your location probably.

Question about these bags has been explained here.
-
You can confirm antp is right searching for "Outer cable 64" on Brickset. Brickset is good at keeping official parts name, once found the piece you can then easily find BL ID.

Copyright status of models built in LDD
zux replied to BrokenEye's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Since LDraw has possibility to use license compatible with your needs and the fact you can open LDD file open in LDCad (LDraw software) you can cheat, sort of. Create model in LDD, import it in LDCad (fix if needed) and use it to export into Maya. Don't mention you've used LDD.- 8 replies

[WIP] Single RC buggy car
zux replied to Samer's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
True, there is graphical mistake (other two pictures are correct), but it doesn't affect the implementation. -
That's where your problem is. There's no point of having high resolution since EB doesn't use large areas for avatars anyway (I suspect EB forum might even resize larger images automatically, but this needs to be confirmed). So to fix your issue you could simply make a copy of existing file (just to make sure not to destroy original file) and resize/scale it down to 200x200 pixels. Save as *.jpg and you'll be within a limit for sure.
-
Again, what is the resolution of your new picture? And what is the file extension - *.bmp, *.png, *.jpg, *.gif, other? It looks like EB is using pictures no larger than 200x200, so my avatar is a PNG file. Its size is 69.5kB. Now if I save it as uncompressed *.BMP file it will increase up to a little over 120kB, while saving as compressed JPG will decrease it size to 8kB. The size of JPG file is variable and depends on compression level and picture quality requirements, but at such small size it is barely noticeable. PNG is somewhre in the middle between BMP and JPG. So I could suggest checking the dimensions (resolution) of your picture first and if that is still not enough do a little test saving picture in different file formats.
-
Your current avatar in account profile is just 7.9kb. 600kb sounds to much for a small picture. What is the resolution for your new avatar?

I'd place headlights much closer to each other and move a bit to sides thus making grill wider. Something like (there's also the "eyebrow" Jeroen mentions above):
-
If you are looking for much smaller headlights, similar to those Alfa Romeo has, you might want to consider these printed tiles.

Thanks for that, looking forward for updated app. I assume using buttons I can assign, say button A, to control acceleration forward, and for button B - acceleration backwards for the same output?- 1,316 replies
