    I have noticed that you also combine 8 tooth gear with 28 tooth on red diffefential. My question is: how smooth does this combination work? Is it strong enough soulution (since it is not in line, but more some L shaped combination) when using coupled large motors for drive to have some 106Ncm torque after another red differential with 12 tooth gear on axles? Kind regards.

    Yes, new reduction hubs and tractor tires are game charger. New flip-flop liftarms help a lot. ...only my models use Powerfunctions because I want to use all Lego rc components without smart devices

    Rowtrac is really beautifull; you are tempting me to make motorized version (and sturdier and a bit smaller) of my Case IH Terratrac that I made over decade ago...

    That is probably why I had cable issue on all XL motors and some M motots, but all L motors ate fine...also some PF Servos are problematic as well...

    That could be an ofgicial set; such flawless model...the only problem that fitting truck should be huge

    My dear Volcanic friend,that could be very usefull because I know only how to open medium motor not to damage plastic (I have fixed 4 XL motors, but plastic on them is thick, sturdy and soft, so my plastic clippers got broken and flat screwdriver bore holes...). Afterall I need to fix anoth er couple of Servo motors and for next time (when they would need to be fixed) I had to prepare 3rd party wires...uf now I'm starting to ruin my image as purist and @jorgeopesi would stop liking ne. Who knows, nayve I stumble on right tires for my models and use another 3rd party product... Actually I noticed thise suggestions in ine post ovev10vyears old, byt I did't want to bump old toois just fir questions and cause @Milanadditional headachses. Thank you

    I saw that used by @Thirdwigg years ago on his blue truck; Mack 55 ir something...idea is great. I was using those to streagthen chassis when 5 x 3 with perpendicular holes was not in production...

    Or took it a part and damage plastic like I did... I have one buggy motor, but it refuses to work with PF Servo on same receiver...

    Honestly it looks super smooth and very clean build...but I follow more when you decide to build something else than busses.

    Usually the have cooperated (in the past). All Unimogs have portal axles, only there are two types inplement carriers called UGE that have link suspension like Lego made on Zetros only with portal axles (have 3 digits in model designation e.g. U530) and what they often call UGH that actually has axles exactly like 8110 set. The later has 4 digits in model designation like U5023. Unimog UGE Unimog UGH

    I had similar experience...just interrsting is that Medium motors ftom 8297 set and from 8110 have no wire problems, but from 42030 set all motors have it. Also XL motors from 2017 have wire issue, that I hope to solve today (if nothing unplanned happens). It could be production year (bad matherial from some cooperant) or place where it was manufactured. Because wire failures, I had to damage my XL motors housings and now I can not integrate them in model that I work on for few years...

    When I recovered from dizziness caused by intro in uploaded video; I must admit your model and yellow cabover 8 x 8 are my favorite looking; so smooth, somple and then again trial trucks.

    One of my PF XL motors and one of my PF remote control unit has turned yellow, but they work, or in case of XL I had to open it and shorten wires and then solder tnem back (but motor looks like it survived nuclear desaster. Interesting is that they belong to 42030 set... On Large motor from that set, wire isolation has cracked, so yesterday I had to clean wires and use oldfashioned method with isolations tape to make it work; also had to find time to open and to shorten wires on medium motor and PF servo from same set doesn't give signs of life, so there is some work to do...

    I saw it few hours ago (because I peek from time to time to see when Dominator will be released) and I must say that this tire/rim combination is ideal for Unimogs (because of portal axles) but also some machinery-like look would be nice (like only with 6 pinholes like on Harley...). I hope that you made portal axles like @M_longer Looks really nice; like a bit smaller brother to U400 by TLC and a bigger brother to one that @MajklSpajkl made few years ago... If @grohl could influence TLC to make 87.9 tractor tires, then I'll buy that set...

    Yes, not bad idea after all; this I suppose is rear axle.. ...or you have steering with links, so you attach link on red ball joint...

    Did you (and @eric trax) have any gear leftover when building alternative Unimogs?

    That one looks better than both Unimog U400 and G wagon, tires have perfect pattern for Unimog...today I was looking at 42178 set and my wife said that Unimog would look better in that color than in ordinary orange.
