  1. Front part of hood is to flat for my taste and to flat in comparisson to modern tractors that I saw IRL. Looking forward since I get constantly distracted from building...
  2. And I thought there are some news about Claas Dominator...well (perhaps) it would be outumn release... Nice that you pointed about new Shell sets
  3. Uf now I have to dig out this old buddy to see if connectors #2 have same color... ...and I thought it is shock absorber in light bluish gray...
  4. I know buddy; that is giving me headachse for some time for my Syntrac...if you remember that I made 21 stufs wide Tatra axle inclooding Unimog tires ...now 17 or 19 studs wide inclooding Zetros tires is my challenge If you asked me, I'll be satisfied with that kind of gear arangement...
  5. @HorcikDesigns I wpuld be glad if there would be possibility to have 20 tooth double bevel gear for differentoal housing to incorporate smaller differential in Tatra type suspension
  6. Yes, he constructed small block engines and Aurelio Lampredi made big block engines (usually for La Carrera PanAmericana)
  7. V8? This will be a kind of restomod (since it had V12 engine)?
  8. Today I was praying for exactly that part...
  9. I like using barrels inside wheel; very cool idea
  10. Well, perhaps uou needed challemge, but one thing is certain - you have style
  11. Yes, it tured from green to yellow in shrinked itself Anyway all those series of 1:8 cars are for display, so except suspension, transmission, steering, key is actiually to replicate the look as good as possible
  12. The only real problem in my eyes is how to replicate elegant lines of this Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera barchetta bodywork. (Front radiator grille is relativelly simple - very boxy solution in comparisson to later Touring and specially Vignale masterpieces)
  13. Here you can scroll all his creations (and there are several models based od Arocs like crane, drill truck, street carrier...) https://rebrickable.com/users/BrickbyBrickTechnic/mocs/
  14. And I tuought duck hunter is Elmer Fudd, silly me...
  15. ...and size; perhaps he got an idea during his (alphabetical) alternatives... It is nice small and (basic) functional model
  16. Yes, reduction hubs use 5,4:1 reduction. There are some axles with reduction or inverted portal axles made by Metitor for busses, but I don't know if there is the case with 4500 model.
  17. Perhaps you can use planetary hub reduction but have to upgear directly from motors...
  18. First of all your model looks extraordinary good; level of details, smooth lines, all great and wheels from 8285 set are perfect on your bus. Looking at your video, you should use hubs on wheels because they are much stronger. To use 2 motors for drive would be better if you need more torque, or to have a bit less reduction (for similar torque); easiest way is to use 20 to 28 gear gray differential instead of red (or 28 tooyh double bevel gear with red differential) or differential from Ferrari Daytona. For my mocs torque / speed calculation I often use this
  19. But, it has a different bodywork color than Daytona
  20. That makes more sense knowing Lego philosophy (hint: Volvo bucket solution)
  21. Try not tempting @grohl with that... I could not agree more; if there were only smaller (and robust) Lego technic portal axle hubs so I could make 1:18 Unomogs... Kyle great work again (and again, and again...)
  22. I would be very happy if new tractor tires would be available as replacement parts...
