  1. You’re right. I made to many assumptions ..
  2. Wow, this is really cool! Didn’t know your work until now, thanks for sharing! From what I see and read: - one for driving and walking - one for the transformation - one for steering
  3. Congrats @kbalage well deserved Balasz! Your channel is the best Lego channel!! Thanks for all the effort you and your family put in these positive, informative and interesting videos!
  4. Cool alternate, looks good and packed with realistic and playable functions. I spotted one error in the parts list on RB, the differential should be number 62821c instead of 62821b. It could puzzle some people…
  5. Thanks for sharing, cool to also see some new nautic projects on this forum! Impressive scale to parts ratio
  6. Cool competition, thanks for sharing, didn't know these kind of competitions exists.
  7. Thanks for sharing these Volvo's! Nostalgia...
  8. Very impressive ! Congrats on publishing the first alternate for the 42126.
  9. Cool, speechless... The lateral forces on the wheels will be strong I'm afraid.
  10. As a coincidence Sariel just reviewed stackable display cases:
  11. Brilliant, I learned something new: diagonal AWD. Is such a drive train used in real world cars? Is this patented? The video proofs that it works really well! I only found the Diagonal Spin Test when searching for more information about this subject..
  12. Maybe the setup of @Berthil shown in this thread can be a solution for you?
  13. Really cool, realistic and playable !
  14. These are my bargains: 42043 Arocs for € 150, incomplete, ordered the missing pieces on bricklink € 5 8043 Excavator for €120, complete, some stickers missing. I bought it from a guy who likes to make incomplete sets complete and then sells them. 42105 Catamaran for € 15 (I like sailing so this one I had to have) 42110 Defender for € 80 including box and spares, as new These supercars I bought for my brothers in law: 42115 Sian for € 200 including box, inner boxes and spares 42083 Chiron for € 210 including box, inner boxes and spares I really like to hunt for bargains and there is really a lot for sale, often people build a set one time and don't know what todo with it afterwards.
  15. Yes, that's a nice deal for this set.
  16. Thanks for the review Jim, really like to read them and as a newbie I’m still catching up reading the older reviews. The set is not interesting enough for me, but I think my son (9) would really like to build and play with such a car.
  17. background fixed, nice. Maybe we can expect another review....
  18. Cool, sounds like a challenging contest, no idea what to build, but inspiration will hopefully come along the way..
  19. Project update, first version of the bodywork and axles finished: added LBG bed (not enough red pieces, also tried a black one, but I didn't like it) added mudguards and front bumper added pendular front axle, steered and driven, based on the 42082 axle (thus with reversed Ackermann geometry) simple driven fixed axle at the back Considerations: I wonder if the proportions are alright, doubt to rise the roof of the cabin with one stud. Is it recognizable enough? The axles could be more realistic, alternatively I could create rigid portal axles with a torsion bar and use Lego axles as shock absorber... Next is: HOG-steering Create the powertrain and a straight-six fake engine Detail of the pendular front axle, the gray axle is the pivot point.
  20. Maybe implement this by adding a weight limit proven by a photo with a kitchen scale..
  21. Thanks for sharing and describing the design proces Viktor. Very valuable for me and a nice read!
  22. Well done @Rebel_Lego, you seem to easily switch from system to technic and combine both, nice! Wonder how much time these projects took.
