  1. Nice to cram all those RC-functions in such small model! It's going to be a nice contest !
  2. Thanks guys, I forgot the Zetros tires, for some reason I can't find then in @Sariels wheels chart. Going to order them. Just like the picture below, you mean? That would be nice, have to search for some LEGO-wheels that replicate these smooth front wheels. Nice, yes, to big. It will already be a challenge for me to fit the front loader into the 10000 cubic studs!
  3. Making a studless version of the 8849 Tractor was on my wish list for some time now. So I decided to make this an entry for the TC22 contest with some modifications. The idea: a generic Loader Tractor Features: pendular front axle HOG-steering and working steering wheel Power Take Of (PTO) shaft at the rear Raising/lowering hitch Front loader Dimensions: just below 10000 Prototype On my TODO list now: • creating a nice linkage for the bucket lifting and tilting • wheel-choice: the original had 82mm back (3740) and 63 mm front (4266c02). I’m thinking of the 81.6 mm balloon tires for the back and the recent tractor tires for the front or alternatively the smaller balloons. • determine how much space is left for the hitch There are a lot of activities next month (expanding the top floor) to create my own office / Lego room 😊 so just as most of you, time will be precious.
  4. Really interesting project and a nice scale, not to big, but big enough to fit all those interesting functions!
  5. Nice comparison, really cool that your creation is getting more attention in this way!
  6. I'm going to miss those nicely written reviews with outstanding pictures! It's an incredible collection of reviews you've built up over the years (and an incredible lego collection )
  7. learned something new about "Number 2" in the bathroom context
  8. need some time to see the whole video, but the idea is very funny!
  9. Really cool, well done! Notice that there are more pictures available when sliding through the Flickr album when clicking on the first picture…
  10. Cool, thanks for the review! This can be very inspiring for kids and adults… indeed something to keep in mind! Writing such a book is an impressive achievement @DannyLAB!
  11. The on/off switch solves this. I don’t know they reason for the initial spin, maybe an initial value before the slider widget is connected… You can do a deceleration with the slider , the switch is convenient to completely shutdown the motors. @kbalage made a great manual explaining all the coding blocks: https://racingbrick.com/powered-up-code-block-guide/
  12. Since I've just bought my frist PU-set (42100), I think I can help: There could be a lot improved like an on/off switch and gradually increase/decrease speed, but it should work as a starting point.
  13. Nice work!! Also really like your cargo trains, I live within walking distance of the railways in Amersfoort, so it was a trip down memory lane !
  14. Thanks for sharing! It all starts with a good idea!
  15. Just published the instructions for the manual version on RB! Really like this manual version because it's more compact, for some reason it also makes it more playable. For this occasion I made a Ukraine flag for obvious reasons we should not discuss on this forum.... The front wheels should be the other way around to cover the bushes, just spotted this
  16. Thanks for sharing, I love this old coaster and all the details ! Incredible job!
  17. Thanks for the review, I like the functions and goodthat they also added the gear-shift, I thinks it's a nice educational feature. Agreed with the 6 for the design, apart from what have been said I don't like the busy stickers.
  18. Really cool to squish these functions into such a small model. The model seems pretty solid tough. The illegal connection is within acceptable tolerances (with a 0,07 stud offset), however I understand that you would aim for a perfect solution.
  19. Cool project, looks very promising! Looking forward to the next update
