  1. Congrats with your podium places @2GodBDGlory, @Samolot, @Jundis, really deserved! Also a big thank you for everyone taking the time for reviewing the entries and voting! Thanks @Jim and @Milan for organizing this contest! It is very motivating and fun to build and learn from others in this way.
  2. Really cool alternative build, well done!
  3. Thanks for sharing, cool! Another vote for a video of this marvellous creation.
  4. Same for me. This is not necessary I think because this contest is unique in the small number of participants and I think it is fun to vote also with this dilemma as participant. Everyone should make his/hers own choice. You also get strategic voting if we force participants to vote.
  5. Well done, all the functions work flawlessly! Thanks for sharing! Is this modelled after a specific type of bus? And the PU cables are visible/distracting, is it possible to make this more clean? If they are long enough...
  6. 7: 10 3: 6 5: 4 4: 3 6: 2 2: 1 Creative and impressive creations have been made again!
  7. This is neat @ord! The question if this motion could be modelled in LDD also popped up in my mind. This proofs that also more complex motions can be simulated in LDD! Wonder what exactly is limiting motions on real models as @Gumalca said…
  8. Good idea, should be easy to check with a photo of the MOC together with a simple box created from liftarms.
  9. Finish the project regardless of the competition deadline. It’s a fun project and I’m really curious!
  10. Really cool to see those mechanisms, are they all cardan straight line mechanisms? What's also really nice is the way you visualized it, very clear! Thanks for sharing! Last year I had lot's of fun recreating different straight line mechanisms. Good moment to share them, hope you don't mind. Hart's Second Inversor / Hart's A-frame (1875) Cardan straight line mechanism.
  11. Inspirational, it must be really nice to hear tik-tak for the first time when the escapement works, going to experiment with it.
  12. Yes I enjoyed the build details and pictures, thanks for sharing!
  13. Very cool, especially considering the limited types of parts that were available in that era. Those 4.5v motors are still going strong!! Studio is perfectly suitable to model this, use sub models to create the modules which then can be copied or mirrored. Some parts are more difficult like chains and hoses. There are some good YouTube tutorials to help you out. You won’t get rich on Rebrickable but it is fun sharing this MOC!
  14. Well done, cool that you finished this ambitious project!
  15. You can also generate a part list in the instructions, it’s also possible to import the parts of an official Lego model as palette. It all depends on what you want achieve…
  16. Nice Forklift, cool video! I also would like to know which battery box/receiver you used… If I remember correctly the forks tilt with the boom in reality, just like this model.. it’s some time ago that I worked with real forklifts.
  17. Well done, thanks for the way you're handling this. This also ensures that the discussion about money is resolved. It's almost impossible not to be inspired by other people's constructions, the whole idea is that we inspire each other and have fun with this hobby. Isn't it? Let's not limit each other! You clearly put a lot of time into this MOC and gave credit to the people who inspired you. Well done!
  18. On your first question, I'm more interested in trucks and construction equipment compared to cars. My bucket list is very long and the possibilities are endless. I really enjoyed the 42043 and 8043 B-models and also some fantastic B-models on RB, and you can do endless MOCing... So my bucketlist is endless...
  19. Really impressive, well done!! Hopefully you’ve some time left to fix the skipping gears, then this entry would be close to perfect…
  20. Nice idea, thanks for sharing!
  21. Wow, I think this is pushing the boundaries of what can be expressed with Lego Technic in terms of design.
  22. Cool model Viktor, again a high quality alternative.
  23. @Jurss does these instructions solve your problem?
