  1. Thanks! Yes please, I would appriciate that, to see if it would work.
  2. Great, other than the front looks cool with the panels like that.
  3. I like the spoiler, but the front needs some lights.
  4. Great MOC, I'll have to build it sometime. You don't have to fear it, you can learn from it.
  5. Here's my newest WIP, the IVY Buggy. I started it after getting the idea for this suspension: use the A-arms backwards on hubs, and it worked. I immediately got to work on a full MOC, and this came out of it. Last night I made some stickers by using official Lego ones and combining and recoloring them. Today I worked on it some more and fixed some problems. I don't know what I will do with the fake engine, since it doesn't work. Please tell me what you think and have a great day!
  6. @PKWInteresting, I will look into trying this... Not much progress the past 2 days, but I have 3 questions to make this better: Do you like the back curved like this? How does the side look like this? And last, how can I made the bucket sturdier? It breaks the XL Motor bracing very easily. I can fix that, but how can I brace the bucket itself? Responces would be greatly appriciated.
  7. Haha, I was considering calling mine the Harvester of Sorrow, too! It looks menacing and dangerous, especially if it spins fast. Very nice...
  8. Looks pretty good so far, but I think it is either too wide or too short, but that just might be me. Otherwise it looks promising.
  9. When there is a MOC I've reverse engineered and I like it a lot, I tend to modify it and go over the top. So I've completely redone the suspension, chassis, changed the back of the body, and recolored the body. I tried to give it a bright color scheme like Baja 1000 racers of the 70's. I hope you like what I have done to it. 10. Not much, but I'm going to make it sturdier, and the main reason it goes up and down is to get it into the 45x45x45 limit.
  11. OK, so I have finished a working prototype, and made a video showing the functions. Keep in mind this is not complete, and this video is just to show how it will work when it is fully done.
  12. That's amazing on it's own, and the fact that it only uses one motor is even more astonishing! Great model, and I can't wait to see the complete tank and how it all works.
  13. I was planning on taking out the u-joints, and this further reinforced that.
  14. @PKW That video shows just how I want it to work, but have mine better. Thanks! Today's Progress: Bucket moves barely (if at all) into 45x45x45 limitation Colors are fixed
  15. It has normal steering, but I've tested it and it can go pretty fast. Thank you!
  16. Updated with final model^^ Hey everyone, here's my TC11 Entry Topic... The Reaper I started my work on my contest entry the day it began. I built a chassis using red rims and the wheels from 42039. It had a giant hammer (made in LDD). https://www.bricksafe.com/files/Offroadcreations/wrath-of-mjolnir/bad-ideas..../Wrath of Mjolnir.lxf It was called the "Wrath of Mjolnir." (Mjolnir is the name of the Norse God Thor's hammer.) The chassis was much too big, so I scrapped the entire chassis built IRL. I started thinking of Ideas in my mind, the first being a half-track of sorts. 107mm Tractor tires in the front, and tracks in the back. After thinking more, I decided it would be better to just make it simple, with 4 wheels, and I built up the bodywork. I decided that the hammer was way too big, so I made 2 smaller ones. After thinking even longer and looking at other bot hammers I thought they were still too large, so I opted for a non-brick-built one instead. I remembered I had this piece, and knew it would be perfect. I also bought a bucket, because it looked good and I knew it would be prefect for trapping opponents inside. Here is what I have now, and the name was changed to The Reaper, because the piece looks like part of a scythe. The scythe is not attached yet. Also, after seeing @agrof's topic, I realized the bucket was too big for the maximum size. But I've figured out a way to move it upward into the box limitation and swivel it back down for battle mode. I still have much to do, like, Attach the scythe put the PF back in (it is in something else right now) make the bucket move fix the colors complete the bodywork So, it is definitely a WIP, but I hope to do it right and do well in this competition. Please tell me your thoughts!
  17. Haha, it did for me. Thanks for sharing, this forum is the reason I have the Arocs (and soon) the crane. That is true, IMO there aren't very many sales for Technic.
  18. For a while it was the 8437 Future Car, but I got that and now there is nothing I really want. If I had to pick, it would probably be the 8865 Test Car and the 8858 Rebel Wrecker. Nothing super rare, but still sets I want. Also, interesting topic, I like it a lot.
  19. Sorry to bump my old topic, but I put a manual version on Rebrickable. LDD What do you think?
  20. I like it a lot, are you going to do instructions?
  21. Looks very cool, great presentation! Good thing I am not competing against this (I'm in the SBrick category), because yours is great!
  22. That happens with me, but I don't know what it is. It also buzzes, but louder, when I move the sliders a little bit.
  23. @Limga Thank you! I would appreciate that a lot. @agrof Thanks! @Myers Lego Technic Thanks! Like I said, I used the same one as Madoca1977's PF Buggy 2.
