Here are some more pics of it with the new suspension. I've also got a cool idea for custom decals. I also want to know what color you think the interior should be?
-
@DugaldIC Thank you, I think that actually was the problem. Anyway, I just ended up rebuilding it: I also am going to redo the interior.
-
I tested it with an IR reciever and it is good except for the steering, which has very bad toe-in. I will probably have to rebuild the steering again.
-
Okay, here are some more pics of the additions I talked about. Also, I changed the top of the front springs so they are LBG, but still hard. Sorry for the bad quality images.

Okay, I've fixed the suspension, it now works better, and I will post a picture later. It actually has good travel, and I made it sturdier. @Aventador2004 You could use a reciever, since this only requires 2 ports so far. I may add lights so it uses more ports, though. I still plan to add an interior, and front and rear lights. EDIT: It is later now, so enjoy!

@TechnicRCRacer Thanks! Yes on the video and Minizip. @Aventador2004 Thanks! This: to this: , and then a differential.

Hello all! Today I am presenting my newest project, an Ultra4 buggy. I know it isn't an exact copy, but I based it off one I saw and added my own details, like fake injector stacks. All that is left is an interior and working on the front suspension some more. I'm not very good at making them (suspensions), so it usually takes a while to finish them. Oh, and there's one more thing... I need to test it! I haven't been able to, because it is using broken motors as stand-ins, because my working ones are in something else. I will replace them with the real 2 L-motors and 1 Servo. I plan on using an SBrick. Tell me what you think of it so far, and what else I should add later. Thanks for taking a look! Edit: Here is the video of the completed model. I like how the functions work, and I like the design. That spinning weapon looks very dangerous! It looks very durable, but I wonder, can it be disabled if something like a hammer or grabber got into one of the wheels and trapped it?

@PKW The bucket moves down at the beginning of the video. Also, yes, it can pin the opponent. The only reason I didn't show it, was because in the Discussion Topic it said you couldn't specifically make a perfect opponent, because that isn't how it is in the real battle. Thank you both for the nice comments. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Here is the video: I also updated the original post with the info from my Entry Topic post. Evolution^^

10. The Reaper Cat A: SBrick The main weapon of this 'bot is called the War Scythe. Motors: Drive: 1 L-Motor Steering: 1 Servo Motor Moving Bucket: 1 XL-Motor War Scythe: 2 L-Motors The bucket moves up and down to fit inside of the 45x45x45 max size. It has steering and driving like a normal car to keep it simple and less likely to break. The bucket traps the opponent and pins it to the wall, while the scythe smashes it to bits while it is imprisoned. Evolution: Discussion Topic:

Wow, I really like the front. Great job getting all the functionality in such a small build. Also, I love those perfect photos you always do, they're amazing. Keep up the good work!
-
Thank you, I really appreciate that. Its possible, but the bucket could move out of the way.
-
Great news! It is complete! Here are the final changes: Red accents changed to LBG "Eurobricks Contest," "BATTLE BOT," AND "THE REAPER" stickers Small panels between the L-Motors Pics of final changes: Tell me what you think of it!
-
It looks very nice, I agree that the panels on the sides of the lights should be changed, All the orange is very impressive, and the steering works great. I like it a lot, great representation.

IMO the Telehandler is way overpriced. If it went by the 10 cent per piece rule, it should be around $25- $30 USD. The only reason the real price of $40 would be justified is the bucket and outrigger piece.

Well, it's almost done, all I need is to finalize the colors and make the video. I have made a diagram explaining why I used a bucket. I have made a comparison between the red and LBG decorations on the sides. So, should I have the side "things" red or LBG, and should I have the back stripe red or white? I for sure will be keeping the part of the blade red. Also, should I put anything more over the front wheels? The space seems a bit empty to me..... Edit: I added a little more over the wheels just now.
