    Had an idea for a large tudor style building in LDD yesterday. Might use it for a Avalonian Embassy in the Nestlands someday. Right now it's 64x64, but will probably get bigger with roof overhang.

    @ Mandalorian Architect: Also be sure to include the guild standard (read flag). Since Nocturnus is in a civil war right now, you have a choice of red and gold (traditional Nocturnus) or white and black (Black Spire).

    Here's what I have to say on the issue of 'Cavalry': In the US, the army tank divisions began as armored cavalry. If my interpretation of what I am seeing is correct, this is a Castle themed hover-tank. To me this English translation makes sense.

    I buy for parts anyway, so it doesn't matter to me what TLG designs. Building TLG's idea of a castle doesn't appeal to me, but the parts to build something realistic does.

    I have two questions regarding the limits of customizing. Are we allowed to remove printing from or paint for our minifigs? This goes to creating custom figs that might be used elsewhere later. Are we allowed to paint or modify non-LEGO aftermarket pieces, ie weapons?

    My point was that the piece has no printing on it. The only one that TLG makes without the printing is medium dark flesh. If we might be allowed to remove printing from or paint our minifigs only, I have a couple of figs I might be able to use. I also have some custom (non-LEGO) weapons that before I use will require paint, but I don't plan to use them for the Challenge.
