Modular Building 10243 Parisian Restaurant (2014 Modular Building)
The Dutch Guy replied to GRogall's topic in LEGO Town
A French (Parisian) building. Sounds great. Thanks Grogal for sharing. Can't wait (like all the rest of us) for more information and pictures. But i like it already. I like the way TLG surfs all over the world with the modulars. FB, GE and TH definitly American (or very infuencend), CC look French to me and GG could easely be found in Germany. Although PT can be found in America (LA), the style is Asian. What's next, a Bavarian Beerhal? Would that be great. An Oktoberfest in Legotown.- 198 replies

The ultra cool 325 Shell Service Station Set
The Dutch Guy replied to LEGO Historian's topic in LEGO Town
Wow, this brings back memories. 307 was my very first set i got when i was about vijf or six years old. Because of my "young" age, my mother and grandmother (the later bought me the set) thought the had to build it for me, but after a few atempts, the let me build it. I fixed it in a few minutes and a lifelong passion had started. Later i got 211, 213 en 236 as wel and that was followed by 310. I was a happy little man. (stil am although not so little anymore). Now i can teach my two grandsons how to enjoy Lego. Thanks for these memories guys. -
What a great piece of work. Some realy lovely colors and the design. Beïng of my age, i have known these cars when they wer so populair and you made the almost perfectly. I will surtenly download those building instruction Hoexbroe, because my town needs a 2CV. Thanks my friend

Absolutely stunning. What a monster job. Great attention to details. I realy am impressed. Thanks for all these pictures en some insights on how you build it. Makes great study material for a try of ones own. (perhaps in the very farrrrrr future, still strugling with the collection of bricks for my own projects.)

A great looking building. Some very nice details there. Love the choise of colors. I realy like the outside of the buidling, but the interior looks great too. Brick on (I hope you make some spare time for lego in the future, because i would love to see more buildings like this)

Congratulations Papercla withe these three fine looking houses. The dark red and white is my personal favourite, but the reddish brown one works very well too. The streetview kinda makes wonder about the rest. I love the pergola on top of the brouwn building. Nice touch there.

Wow, Just recovered from looking at your whole town and now this. Now this is a policestation i would love to see in any town, including my own. I am not a fan of all those police an fire themes TLG puts on the market, but i can see why the do that. I am 57 en the majority legobuyers are within the 6 to 12 range and they love police and firemen. But this one is sensational. Great work Castor-Troy.

I have said it once and i say it again "what a wonderful city you have there Caster-Troy. Your creativity seems to have no bounds. I realy am a fan of your work my French friend. I hoop you keep surprising us with your work.
