Did you make digital plans of the project before building it?

What the heck man. That is very neatly done. Why are you not a professional Lego designer?

Welcome to the forum, Marc. Glad to see the Lego hype got the best of you ;-) I'm from Belgium as well, by the way.

Hi Lego enthusiasts, I recently noticed that the seagull from the collectible minifigure series 10 (Sea Captain) does not have the Lego logo mark on it. Is it because it's a soft piece? I think other Lego animals like goats do not have a Lego mark either, if I'm not mistaken. However, this is a hard piece. Is it possible to make a list with (modern) Lego pieces that do not have the Lego logo on them? It would help alot to see if a piece is not really Lego and therefore fake/counterfeit or not. The reason for why the logo is missing, remains unclear to me. It can be dangerous because you often see Chinese BrickLink stores (a country known for its factory facilities) with a massive amount of pieces you would assume are rare or hard to get. No Lego logo on piece - Seagull (col min series 10) - ... - ... Thanks a lot R.

Hi Love this software but could anyone update it with the newest modular and other sets and all of the pirates sets? Maybe use top down vue on LDD models? Would be much appreciated!

Brickstore Database
Retroshift replied to Blakbird's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
My lego inventory database shows in the bottom of the screen that there are two errors in my database, yet Brickstock doesn't seem to give me a way to find and solve this errors ... The errors aren't even mentioned when I restart Brickstock so I can't correct them. Anybody knows a way to solve these errors? Thanks -
"The Dark Ages" - How long were you away from Lego?
Retroshift replied to Duck's topic in General LEGO Discussion
My story: born in 1985, started getting Lego in 1989, lasted until 1997, started again at regular intervals from 2006 until 2011 and from 2015 onwards. I did not like Lego from around 2000 - 2001 but the last couple of years Lego sets have become very beautiful, yet expensive. Internet also helped quite a lot in evolving my hunger for Lego. -
Nice club car design, however I don't think high speed trains need club cars

Determine exact piece count of your own collection

I used to use Brickstore, but since it isn't updated anymore, I now use Brickstock which is a project fork of Brickstore. It is used offline and is very handy and easy to use. You can also import Bricklink orders. -
No, it should be curved actually. I mean the full version of part 6060 . I really thought to have seen it somewhere. Or is it duplo or something?

Hi, I am looking for a brick that is the bigger brother of this one (brick 33243 - Brick, Modified 1 x 3 x 2 with Curved Top). I thought there was one in the format of 1 x 6 x 5, but I can't find it anywhere. Does it exist?

I add a screenshot to make it more clear. This is extended mode. As you can see, there is no "filter bricks by boxes" button and no "remove filter" button in the color pallette. All parts to pick from are in a red color. In normal mode, I do have these buttons and all colors seem to be fine and working. I have Windows 8.1.

Sometimes, I load a lxf-model but in normal or extended mode it only shows the pieces (on the left to pick from) automatically in one color. I have Windows 8.1. If I close and reopen LDD, it stays the same, one color to pick from. I do not have the "remove filter" option, not in normal mode and not in extended mode. How can I remove this annoying autocolor filter? Thanks!

If the Lego Company will continue to increase its set prices and keep the set variation limited, I'm afraid people will soon buy themselves a 3D-printer and mold their own bricks... Price is everything for the average toy customer.
