    Superbly done. The details are excellent all around. The stack of treasure makes a great eye catcher. I like your use of trans-clear bricks on the sides to keep the loose plates in that represent the water.

    The glorious premier of the PDSRE, Field Marshal Baran Igor Galkin, has travelled to Soalon to congratulate the KLR forces for their efforts in the beleaguered nation. Addressing them from near a hardened aircraft shelter at the Brokal International Airport, the field marshal praises Koszmar, Vislania, Romgaria, Tosul, Erotema, and the other KLR nations for their efforts to bring glorious socialism to the proletariat of Soalon. After publicly acknowledging the accomplishment of the KLR allies, Field Marshal Galkin awards the Hero of the Glorious Revolution medal upon Major Brickinov. Additionally, the major, freshly promoted Lieutenant Rodin, and Sergeant Major Gurkin are all awarded the Glorious Flying Cross for their valiant improvised attack that halted a final BoS push. Meritoriously promoted Sergeant Melnikova is awarded the Order of the Glorious Revolution along with Lieutenant Rodin. Furthermore, all members of the PDSRE team are awarded the Banner of the Revolution. Most were awarded a bronze clasp, but a few received a silver clasp in recognition of their rank and/or efforts.     Welcome @firearmsfan. Regretfully, this chapter of The Great Brick War is coming to a close at the end of the month. Don't worry, we'll be starting a new one shortly after. Everybody will start from zero, so it's a great time to get involved.

    The funny thing is, the old metal axle bogies, wheels, and axles are still in the Pick-A-Brick catalog, even in the new site. So are the magnetic couplers. With that, TLG might actually be going back to the metal version. Time will tell.

    This looks to be a decent offering. The locomotive, as others have noted, has the Siemens Taurus look. If they can get it to play the scales like the ÖBB locomotives on startup, I'd be in heaven.

    Wonderful tower. Really fits the area and is well detailed. Do I spy a Hidden Side torso in there? Never even saw that batch released where I live. It looks perfect though.

    Thank you. It's a MOAB inspired idea, just with what's available in the field. My intent was for the landscape to be about 10,000 feet below. That's why I had the less detail work on it. Even when I fly a Cessna at 3,500 AGL, a lot of stuff becomes much less detailed. Vehicles move, but they're so tiny, even the semi-trucks. Roller skates seemed to be the best sized option for them.

    Sitting in the pilot's lounge at the Brokal International Airport, word reaches the glorious aircrew of the PDSRE that trouble is coming their way. PSIC recently took grid square F05, and in conjunction with allied BoS forces, are advancing on the airport. "We've got only a few hours to get out!" Sub-Lieutenant Dmitri Rodin cries. With a mischievous grin, Major Brickinov tells him to sit down. Once Rodin complies, Brickinov says, “Do not worry, we will stop them.” “How?” an incredulous Rodin asks. “We ferried the Soalon attack aircraft and weapons to our country. We have nothing!” Standing behind Rodin, Sergeant Major Gurkin laughs. “Yeah, we know. We were expecting this and have planned accordingly.” Quickly, the major outlines the plan to Rodin’s horror. “There are three outcomes to this. First, we succeed and are recognized as Glorious Heroes of the Proletariat. Second, we fail. Third, well…” he trails off, “they say flight rules are written in blood. Maybe they’ll name it after you.” Flying in the early morning, the cargo aircraft takes off and turns northwest, following the road. The loadmaster, Sergeant Major Gurkin, opens the cargo door. Gurkin pulls the ripcord, deploying the drogue chute to pull the 10,000-liter propane cylinder out the back of the aircraft. The cylinder floats down on a cargo chute, heading towards the forces driving below. A skydiving safety altimeter fires at a low altitude, cracking the cylinder open, letting the heavy gas descend on the enemy. “Holy monkey nuts!” Rodin yells as the shockwave hits their aircraft. “How?” “Field expedient thermobaric weapon,” Brickinov tells him. “We went big enough, we created a non-nuclear mushroom cloud. These make excellent quick landing zones for airmobile attack.” I promised a mushroom cloud, and have delivered. Non-nuclear even.
