  1. Sweet mech. The colors work well together and the details are good. I like the removable/lifting head feature.
  2. To whoever Front Paged this MOC, thank you.
  3. I too have a few of the old large bricks and use them for similar purposes. The rock face you built is great. Funny, and not a skull. Makes me think of a laughing gorilla. Perfect.
  4. Human nature. I've seen this happen too often. As @Bainter-ban said, it has almost happened already. Add in the Ideas program decisions and I see a track record of chasing the profits.
  5. Great consist of passenger and baggage cars. While @LEGO Train 12 Volts said some locomotives need the cars to complete them, your Daylight is good with or without the accompanying cars. They do increase the impression and I like seeing the entire collection. Well done.
  6. Your car hauling truck is fitting for the collection of vehicles you've built. Every on looks perfect on the back of this truck. Great work.
  7. Nice design and colors. The sleekness of the cruiser and refined lines are excellent.
  8. Superb scene. The wall and building are well constructed and detailed, but the men fighting cap off the MOC. I love your choice of faces with appropriate expressions.
  9. The results of the vote and the actual decision of which set to make probably won't be the same. I voted for the Viking village because it looks wonderful and would be a great add-on to my scenery. That said, LEGO and Target marketing people have probably already ordered the mini-golf set into production based on the "cute" factor and appeal to a broader audience.
  10. @Ondra Your comments about weird pricing hit close to home. The differences between nations in Europe that are on the Euro is even crazy. I lived near the German and Belgian border for some time and often checked prices in both nations. Now that I live in the United States, I see the Euro to dollar to Pound numbers and scratch my head. They don't make sense given the exchange rates or logistics costs. I dare not even ask what the Australians think.
  11. Sweet space/submarine vehicle. The shape definitely evokes a manta ray. Good work on all the detailing.
  12. Studgate sold out in less than 3 hours.
  13. From the way this is going, it will sell out soon enough. If you dislike it, skip it and MOC yourself a station you enjoy. The instructions will be online eventually and you can copy from that to create the train later.
  14. Gorgeous cars to attach to your consist. The colors are great, along with the level of detail. Does it have an interior?
  15. Pre-orders are now open. I've already got mine on order. UPDATE! Studgate Funded in 13 minutes! If that doesn't say there's a demand for trains out there, I don't know what does.
  16. @TheBeeze Thank you. This is about my usual size for a heavy aircraft. Trying to get everything in becomes harder at this scale, so compromises must be made. Still fun to design and build.
  17. Northrop B-2 Spirit, also known as the Stealth Bomber, is an American heavy strategic bomber, featuring low observable stealth technology designed for penetrating dense anti-aircraft defenses. Designed during the Cold War, it is a flying wing design with a crew of two. (Copied straight from Wikipedia) I created an anti-stud version first because of the troubles connecting the fuselage to the wings, but it didn't look right. This took more time to figure out, but I like how it appears now.
  18. Well done. This is a shining example of the Hall class locomotives. The dark red really works better than any of the official LEGO models in regular red. Your solution for coupling the locomotive to the tender is interesting and ingenious.
  19. Astounding. This is everything M-Tron was. Great work on keeping the style and feel of M-Tron equipment while adding in a ton of trans-neon yellow. Is that part of a rock raiders monster I spy behind the comm dish?
  20. Good looking ship. The red and gold colours work well with the dark tan. The black cannon port covers are a nice touch. You know they are there, but still, surprise. Your custom sails really finish this ship and give it a model quality. Kudos.
  21. Nicely done. Your A-Wing looks good and has the right level of details.
  22. This is what a UCS model should be. Superb work creating a flowing design that mimics the real suit of armour.
  23. Extending 60197 to the 28-stud long baseplate really makes this power car the proper dimensions.
  24. Lovely inter-city set. Expanding to 8-wide really does fill it out.
  25. I'm with this opinion. I have my preference to playing with LEGO, I will not begrudge others that partake of the hobby, however they play. Back then, computers didn't even have screens. Heck, Star Trek didn't have computer screens, only lights for readouts. Spock looked into a device to represent such a screen. What we do today is almost magical if we brought it back 50 years. For better or worse, LEGO is trying to live with the times. The old wooden toys have little interest for me, same with LDD and Stud.io. Other people will have their own ways of playing and what they believe is important to them. As long as it doesn't harm others, Brick ON!
