  1. Definitely some good figs there. Some that aren't as good as they could be (due to the discontinuation of trans-fluro-green and trans-fluro-orange) but there is nothing here that I consider truly awful or crap.
  2. If its defined as "Jungle" its not going to be Australian since we have no jungles here. It would almost certainly be Amazon Jungle, Congo Jungle or South East Asian as those are the 3 main parts of the world that are generally thought of as "jungles". If they go to Asia, they could bring back the tiger (and maybe the leopard), bring back the bear (mold used as a polar bear in 2023), new bear cub (re-color of polar bear cub), Asian Elephant (maybe new head on existing body), bring back the large snake and bring back the monkey from the Wildlife Rescue theme (new color maybe?). For new molds they could do a Komodo Dragon or Orangutan. If they go to the Amazon, they have the big snake (recolored as an Anaconda), the Toucan, the frog (in various colors), the big cat (recolored as a Jaguar), the bald eagle (recolored as an Andean Condor maybe) , spiders, the monkey (again possible new color) and the parrot (in some sort of bright color). For new molds they could do a sloth, maybe a Piranha (definitely one of the animals that comes to mind when I think of the Amazon Jungle), and maybe a Llama or Alpaca. Oh yeah that Blue Morpho butterfly could return as well, that's another animal that fits that part of the world. If they go to the Congo, there are so many animals they could do. Gorilla. Chimpanzee. Cheetah. Hippo. Rhino. Antelope. Zebra. Giraffe. Hyena. Or at the smaller end things like wild dogs, meerkats or warthogs. #1 wish for African Jungle would be a gorilla followed by a hippo. #1 wish for Asian Jungle would be an Komodo Dragon or an Orangutan. #1 wish for Amazon Jungle would be a Piranha.
  3. Looks like B&P Standard is being shut down over the holidays.
  4. A space police station would be something I would love (I am kicking myself that I didn't buy the one from the Space Police 3 line)
  5. My #1 wish would be for City to go to the land down under. Kangaroos. Emus. Koalas (re-use of the CMF mold). Saltwater crocodiles (existing mould). Outback style hats (the existing fedora might work but a new hat that looks more like the iconic Aussie outback hat would be better). Snakes and spiders (existing molds). Dingo (maybe they have an existing dog mold that could work for one). Birds (could turn the existing bald eagle part into a wedge-tailed eagle with the right color/print). And the sets could include a ute (which is what us Aussies call a pickup truck). And you could make the boomerang in reddish brown.
  6. They recently did a Haunted House set (its only retiring this year) so I can't see a new one happening. City also generally doesn't get theme park rides as sets (those tend to end up in Creator or other themes)
  7. Do we know which of the friends is in the Mars base? IIRC there was something out there about why Ninjago wont go into space.
  8. If the Space theme includes tributes to any of the early 90s Space themes (M:Tron, Space Police 2, Blacktron 2, Ice Planet) then "shut up and take my money". (Ice Planet in particular is my favorite LEGO theme of all time)
  9. It will never happen but something else that would fall immediately into "shut up and take my money" territory would be the Chevy Lumina NASCAR from Days of Thunder.
  10. After how poorly the last F&F movie did I don't think we will see another one anytime soon.
  11. So many they could do that I would buy: (although I suspect some of these might not be such a good "brand fit") Kitt from Knight Rider. The black Lamborghini Countach from the opening scene of the first Canonball Run. The Bluesmobile from the Blues Brothers The XB Falcon GT from Mad Max (about the only way LEGO could get me to buy anything with the blue oval on it) Or how about some famous movie trucks like the 1977 Mack R Series from Convoy...
  12. Given how well known some of these Australian animals (Kangaroo, Koala, Emu, Platypus etc) are (including in media of various sorts), I could absolutely see an Outback Explorers theme being quite popular. And animals that get made and used once and never again aren't unheard of (the Mammoth was a one-and-done animal for example)
  13. Is there any good software out there these days for designing and laying out the baseplates and tracks for a train layout?
  14. Its not a new part but the 2 x 2 radar dish in trans-yellow is now for sale on PaB as ID 6462604 (its out of stock right now but keep an eye on it and it will return) Dreamzzz parts are all up for sale as well.
  15. The new friends hospital doesn't look quite as good in terms of parts selection as the previous ones IMO.
  16. Unfortunately several pieces don't exist in the needed colors for that. The whip antenna had unfortunately never come in trans yellow for example (that one is high on my wishlist)
  17. It's been confirmed to be normal green and not bright green.
  18. I hope they do it right for cyclops and give him regular yellow hips (which is cartoon accurate) and not the bright light yellow hips we got last time.
  19. And also 1 x 4 x 3 panels in trans-yellow (not seen for a long time)
  20. I just wish Monkie Kid sets were easier to get here in Australia (the only way to get them is to buy from Shop @ Home which basically means no chance of getting any kind of discount)
  21. I am glad I got my purple helmets and airtanks in my last order.
  22. My guess is that the modular is launching in December to make way for a different set (maybe the Ideas Orient Express) that got delayed somehow and needs to take up the spot the modular would normally have been released in. As for other themes getting modular-type sets, we know we are getting a big Avengers Tower (AFAIK basically everything has been leaked at this point except the actual date when the set will be officially revealed or released) so there's that.
  23. If they thought there was profit in making a Deadpool figure they would find a way to make one based off a non-adult-rated version of the character and get it out there without having the association to the adult-rated version.
  24. Workers in a museum wearing a badge (that is also an access card) absolutely makes sense. The security guy in "night at the museum" has a set of keys (that both open secure areas and close/lock things at night) so it's logical to assume that a real museum could have the same thing but with swipe card badges and that someone like a curator would have such a badge.
  25. 2023 delivered new animals in sets with names that didn't necessarily suggest new animals including seals, police puppy, whale and bear cub.
