I hope my Feb 17th order (currently labeled "in warehouse") doesn't get held up by out-of-stock parts (with the exception of part 6400117 and maybe part 6407767 there is nothing in the order I absolutely can't live without although I absolutely need the 6400117 to show up before the show in early May...)

I think the problem with some of the missing Looney Tunes characters is that the various "think of the children" type pressure groups mean that those characters are no longer seen as "appropriate". Elmer Fudd is inappropriate (in the eyes of these groups) because of his hunting rifle, Yosemite Sam is inappropriate (in the eyes of these groups) because of his six-shooters. Pepe Le Pew is inappropriate (in the eyes of these groups) because he is essentially sexually harassing an innocent female.

I suspect the next train we will get will be the Orient Express (rumored for late 2023 I think)

I have an order placed on the 17th February. Bestseller says its shipped but the tracking information just says "no tracking, check back later" and standard just says "in warehouse". I just hope the Bestseller part gets here soon since that's got most of the parts I need to continue working on my current project (including over $100 worth of rocks for my massive canyon wall :)

When I placed my order (standard and bestseller) LEGO initially placed a hold on the funds on my card which went away after a while. When the bestseller shipped, I then got an actual charge for that and when the standard ships (which I hope is soon) I will get a second charge for that. Never had any problem with the way LEGO charges my card for orders.

Managed to acquire the windscreen today from my favorite local parts seller and I had all the rest of the parts except the dark bley 1 x 1 down pointing brackets (which I swapped to black, couldn't find any at said local seller) and the 1 x 1 tile with cross pattern (which I substituted with a second copy of the 1 x 1 tile with buttons pattern, also couldn't find any at said local seller). Its a very nice plane but its a little on the large side compared to the F/A-18 Hornets (which are loosely based off the twin-tail airplane from set 60103) but maybe I can do something with it in my MOC...

Seems that the parts from the Eiffel Tower are there, as are most of the parts (e.g. gold bits) from the UC's hulkbuster.

The cobra was (I believe) only a CMF part which would explain why they couldn't use it in the Indy sets. As for the big snake from the wildlife sets, that's larger and more expensive and presumably they wanted to go for quantity over size.

The spirited away bathhouse would be cool.

Thanks for the instructions, I will have to see if I can acquire all the parts or not (I know I am missing the windscreen for one thing) and maybe build one and then see how it looks alongside my F/A-18 hornets (and how it compares to mine). If I do end up building it (or a modified version), I will try and remember to post photos in here :)

I collect City sets and I do build things that qualify as City sometimes.

Just finished building the ambulance GWP. A decent little set with a few nice parts in it. Glad I was able to snag one (thanks to a parts order from LEGO online)

I bought that set (and in fact own every City police station except for the new 2023 4+ police station which I will probably buy at some point and the 2 versions of 7237 Police Station which are too expensive on the used market to justify a purchase) and I actually don't mind it.

In this case I have bestseller parts in my order as well as standard so that would explain it.

Instructions would be good, I have built one but I like that one better.

My ambulance GWP has shipped so that at least is good (means that any rumors that PaB no longer counts towards GWPs are not true, or at least if it is true its only for certain GWPs and not all of them)

Decided to place the order for all the stuff I need for my next display rather than waiting and hoping the castle parts etc become available. I can't believe I just spent $106.2 on BURPs... :) Managed to spend exactly $170 which (according to my order page) means I get the ambulance GWP and also free shipping.

Not if you are trying to build something that is a modern version of the old sets along the lines of the blacktron gwp...

Those are not the right shape for Space Police MOCs.

There are a LOT of BTS fans who will happily pay this much for BTS merch and LEGO knows it.

I want the windscreen from the Lightyear spaceship (and the Blactron GWP) in trans-red. Would be perfect for Space Police MOCs.

The red phone booth looks interesting, its an iconic symbol of the UK and its almost as well known around the world as that other famous red British object, the Routemaster bus. I wouldn't say no to it if the final design looks good and I can afford one. Plus its also got the famous red post box of the Royal Mail in the design as well.
