Well, are we going to vote someone off or just stand around here acting like something is going to get done? Yes, it's stupid to vote someone off based on a speech impediment, but if I recall correctly, Shaun said that both King and White were claimed to be innocent by the late Ms. Price.

If we can put two and two together, Carrie might have said this to cover for her fellow goons. I have a feeling that she just threw Mr. White's name out there to confuse us, but the fact that she told Shaun privately that Mr. King was innocent seems a little more desperate. She was a mafia member at the time of that message, and I think it was before she started getting votes against her.

This leads me to believe that she was trying to get Shaun, who has now proven himself to be a leading figure, to believe that Mr. King was innocent (even though she apparently never investigated him).

This, ladies and gentlemen, is enough evidence for a vote. More "evidence" is not just going to fall into our laps, and the more we hesitate, the mafia is gaining the upper hand. It's time to take action.

I think, we should pay more attention to the name of Mr. White. As the Professor mentioned, Carrie mentioned King and White to be innoncent.

I forgot which one in public and which one first, I guess it was erik King first privately and then, after noone seemed to care for, she told us all, she would have investigated Mr. White innoncent. If I got this wrong, correct me.

That's right. She told me Erik King in the pm she sent the morning she tried to kill me (crazy bitch) and then publicly stated that she had investigated Mr. White during that next day. Since she clearly didn't investigate anyone while trying to kill me, I find both claims suspicious.

But I don´t remember Mr. White being charged to be scum, so a normal investigator would be far too busy to investigate randomly yet unmentioned people, so and investigator would investigate those charged people, and someone who pretends being an investigator would pretend to have investigated someone of them, like Mr. King.

Maybe she first decided to disguise as perfect as possible, but lateron got the idea to protect her boss like that, and then claimed Mr. White to be loyal.

This would explain perfectly why she claimed to different people to be investigated.

Thanks Jim for bringing this "new" insight to the table. I had remembered suspicious words about King, but if Carrie tried to cover King by telling Shaun he was innocent, then that could very well be an attempted cover up. I sincerely hope you're correct here.

After reading it through again, I have decided my vote based on what Jim had mentioned.

However, one thing I could not ascertain is the PMs communication between Professor and Carrie. We must note that, Carrie was a Townie at one point in time before she was converted, so she could or might be a Town Investigator in the early stage.

I trust the Professor at this stage but I just don't trust Carrie's words and I pray we are making the right conviction.

It is a tough call, but if we put it in order of occurrence, it at least raises some suspicions.

On night 1, she investigated our fruity fashion designer and found him to be impartial. We saw that happen, it's also when she was converted by the scum. On night 2, therefore, it seems reasonable to assume that she either lost her investigative skill in favour of something scummy, or was one but would have no reason to help us. By that logic, anything she said should be a lie designed to trick us, or the truth designed to trick us (that's the tricky part). Since she told me she investigated Eric King and found him innocent, but she was scum at the time, we either can believe or doubt her words. The next day, faced with the truth of her attempt to kill me, she got desperate and said she had investigated you. That means one of two things... she forgot her previous claim, or she was making a new one for a purpose. If she simply forgot, it means she was making the previous one up. If she was making the new one up (very likely), it could only be for the same reasons as her claim about King, either to trick us into trusting you, or trick us into not trusting you.

For some reason, I think that the results of today will tell us what to make of her other claim. Maybe you could offer some kind of evidence to help us figure this out?

Seriously? Are your ears painted on? Take a look at these handy transcripts I was kind enough to write down, here, here and here. Obviously you can only get hard proof if you're an investigator, otherwise you just have to take people's word for what it is, and see what happens.

I still say you´re all doing a big misktake.

I really think that Mr. king is unguilty and that this evidence is for not soild enough to kill him.

And I want to remember you what I said before, that I think, that the row was more like that:

-Shaun asks Carrie privately whom she investigated.

-Carrie needs a quick response and calls Erik´s name, ´cause he was a main suspect and yet very likely to be town. A real investigator would have investigated him and so Carrie said she did.

-Shaun doesn´t really reply to that.

-Carrie gets the idea to protect her boss public, just believing, that Shaun just skipped this saying.

Therefore I think, that Mr. White is much more likely to be scum that King!

I won´t vote for Mr. White, just because I think, that splitting the votes is no good idea at all, but I won´t vote for King either.

I ask you all just to think about this and then tell me what you think, and maybe voting for Mr. white in the end.
