Does anyone know if Lego allow anyone on there stand at the toy fair next week or is it by invite/appointment only? I have legitimate access to the exhibition.

If I can get on - according to the website I will be treated with a showcase of the 2016 range..... Let's hope that's a typo or copy and paste from last year!

The event is not publically accessible to consumers. You have to apply for a ticket. It's a fair for tradesmen, journalists, etc.

If you do have access, it's all stands etc, so I reckon the LEGO stand is accessible to anyone

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. Something else came up that weekend :hmpf_bad:

Anyone interested in using my login for the tickets (two tickets available), let me know.
(send me a PM or further discussion in the Pub)

I'm confused, I thought is was only....

  • Buyers
  • Merchandisers
  • Licensors
  • The media
  • Play specialists
  • Inventors
  • Marketeers
  • Designers
  • Suppliers to the trade
  • Distributors
  • Importers
  • Agents
  • Educational specialists
  • and others affiliated with the trade

....with the appropriate trade card or whatever that could attend.

Well, I have waited since August, I can wait another week for Nuremburg.

We actually have to wait less no time at all for London, where we should get full descriptions of all the sets.

Unless we have a March release, for a single set, the 2H sets are released in August. Everything for 1H should be in the wild by now.

I visited London Toy Fair today. But was not allowed inside Lego stall as it was appointment only*

They also raised walls along all sides of their stalls which prevented from peeking

Most other toy stalls were open for all.

If you live/work nearby, worth a visit (entry free if you register online prior to visit).

* = allegedly only registered retailers can get appointments.
