Just one thing. I see you used knob gears. Why not use bewel gears? They run much smoother and are more efficient.

One top. Gear up Xl 20:12 and than gear it 12:20 with half bewel gears. This way the bewel 12 tooth gears wont slip -

Really cute! Too bad you cant?? make real music box with just lego??? hmm.... -
Suspension uses 3 links, yes with one of them an A arm on top Axles ahve 1:6 gear ratio, 12:12:24, 8:24 All axles lock when transmission is in low gear Tranmission uses 2 old styled diff casings, one for 1:3 gear and other for central diff. It also has a 16z clutch gear, 16z gear and a 8z gear, totalling 6 gears for 2 speeds, which means there are only 3 gears from motor to axles including central diff. No part breakage so far, but the central diff did slip once due to used gears. New ones dont slip. It should perform better in 4x4, but i really love the 6x6

Same, but odd.... I ran LDD yesterday and there was nothing.... Is it possible the update was delayed for so long? -
Limited Slip Differential
Zerobricks replied to Doc_Brown's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I tried that, but the rubber tends to jam the gears. Try 14 tooth gears instead!- 66 replies

Limited Slip Differential
Zerobricks replied to Doc_Brown's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
There's just one issue. The rubber brick can only be inerted in older differential, the newer ones without slot have a closed square.- 66 replies

Today I finished the interrior and tried it out. Its not an extremem crawler as my Panther, or the Titan, buts its capable enough for some outdoor fun. Its also much faster in the high gear. I will make a video soon. So far its performance good considreing the weight and number of gears. I am thinking, that the next time i make a simillar truck, there should be no locking diffs, because they add more gears and dont help too much in cornering.

Your parts wishlist
Zerobricks replied to skppo's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
You can do that with older 14 tooth gears.
