  1. Suspension with the Cv joint parts is same as in 8070. I tried and rack doesnt get stuck with my bricks, REMEBER THERE IS A CV JOINT IN THE INTERNAL SIDE NOT U JOINT. That allows a narrower design.
  2. Very easy to do... Built this in 5 mins now: Didnt had time to align the springs, but all else should work! You can use a diff or a 36 tooth gears for no diff. Also it might be wise to reinforce suspension arms with 3L beams. Steering angle should be somewhere arround 30 degrees
  3. You should put more effort in your topic, not just dumping picture links... It does looks really good, i like the Pp wheels and the cabin's reiforcments.
  4. Got the email too! But why 2 more months of wait, if all the stuff is there *needs to be patient*
  5. It certainly is big, but at that scale you could at least put some suspension.
  6. i did, but wasnt sure :) I wonder how much do the bricks lone cost?
  7. 8 tooth gears arent good for chainlinks, i suggest you to use 16 tooth gears.
  8. Wont you be passing near Holland soon? As other said, you have a really unique and massive style of building! Will you sell this one too? Is it a build for a costumer?
  9. Cute, but you forgot the main picture. UNDERSIDE :) Mine is faster though
  10. Reminds me of my ollllldddd trial truck which had simillar setup. Normal battery box at front and XL motor in back. Back in those days there were no frames or ball joints, so i had to use live axles. So these days the parts are better and trucks are stronger, lighter and faster. Good work!
  11. Looks really good and thanks to those NXT motors you only ahve few gears. One thing, maybe you could lower suspension a bit, seems rather too hight ATM. Video please!
  12. Its a good start, but i'm affraid your U joints and CV joints wont held for long... Try removing one CV joint, only to see they are flattened. I do like the video though!
  13. I would have used the mini pneumatic cylinders. They can be used as springs, and they can be extended quite fast, like real hydraulics.
  14. In your logic adding those parts will make ANY fan happy? And what about Duplo or Technic fans? And I agree with previous post, we need pneumatics
  15. Looks like the formula offroad with those wheels:
  16. I think its rope to reinfoce the joints.
  17. You know the motor is fixed at an angle?
  18. Good work! Compared to the defender, most of the functions and internals are simillar?
  19. All looks good, BUT the steering links are way too angled, the wheels will steer the first obstacle they meet.
