LEGO Ambassador Project: Design a NEW Pirate Sub-Theme
Mutant Orc replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
Well I am certainly interested. I missed both the 2009 reboot and the classic pirate waves and very recently I was hoping for a new lot to come out! I wouldn't mind a slightly supernatural theme. Skeleton pirates and pirates would be a fun series. I wouldn't want anything too crazy like Ninjago though- nothing unrealistic in technology i.e. keep to just normal boats! -
Hi! Welcome.

Great! Love this! Very funny, It's a shame it didn't go on for longer!

I am a big fan of this time zone too as a result of the BBC series! Great vig!

[Moc] Chima - Leonidas's death.
Mutant Orc replied to Mikuri's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Chima with more blood..! Funny in an unique way! -
Cool train! I like the detailing along the sides, the Constitution was a bit smooth there. The red looks far too bright- I'd recommend removing it and just sticking to dark red.

This is my favorite MOC of Helms Deep. I've seen some others, mainly huge and all that, but this has to be my favorite. I like the fact that it includes all at a sensible scale, and that means I'd love to try copying this!! I think it's great the way it's been done. Congratulations on the model!

I am painfully jealous of those! I was either- (a) being stupid (b) in my dark evil pit of non-Lego or © skint when these came out, so I don't have them!! Regret overload!!!!

[Hero Factory 2014 MOC] Battle Mecha Breeze
Mutant Orc replied to IcedCOffee's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Isn't she a light metallic silver Hero? Maybe lighter grey would make the model look a bit more Breeze-y. Maybe this bulkiness would better for one of the gents if you swap the colours around, then build another for Breez? Or keep this one and build another? Or possibly the best thing would be to ignore me 'cause I'm not that good at mechs myself! Don't get me wrong though- It's a good mech!- 7 replies

Mutant Orc replied to WARHEAD's topic in LEGO Action Figures

(Invasion From Below MOC) Vulture Beast
Mutant Orc replied to Sir Brickalot's topic in LEGO Action Figures
I haven't been here for ages! Months..! To the point though, cool model, I only just got jaw kaiju beast the other day. I quite like him but I think I'll give him a blue head from splitter beast instead -
Love the little spikes!
-
You're welcome. It is a bit small though for Smaug. Maybe a red hero-factory Kaiju head piece could be used, that could be printed nicely and would be big enough to eat someone. the only problem would be lack of teeth. Ah, was that me? I think it was, sorry about that.

Don't worry! New link to a different website with them (still there at this point)!!! Follow this- https://imageshack.com/a/srBq/1

I think it was off some retail magazine thing. I followed a link off Brick Heroes I think (one of those ones) and it took me to some unintelligible website with blurry pictures of some future sets. I've just found the link from my history, here it is- http://www.pockyland...hread&tid=59473 EDIT- It doesn't work anymore. It gives me an error message. Sorry!

Only four??!! Shame. I hope they change their mind and add another two... Still, at least we're getting some sets!
-
WHAT!!?? I have nothing (other than the drugged looking figs.) to complain about, other than what seems to be mini legs PRINTING!! Yes it's great to have the printing, but I suffered FOUR WHOLE WAVES of LOTR and Hobbit, with thousands of PLAIN mini legs... ... the pain...

The fort, the Indian Camp and the Mine
Mutant Orc replied to kinggregus's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Wow, cool! I've wanted to do something like this for a while! I'm definitely keeping this in my 'inspiration' box. -
My friend and I thought the same thing when we played the bonus level.

I bought a cheap Black Gate off ebay with no figs to combine. I can't give tips really, other than the way that I had it combined meant that it was rather heavy and sagged; it wouldn't go back onto its plate (closed position) because it caught on the rim when pushed back. Sorry if that made no sense whatsoever.

Which is Your Favorite Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug Set?
Mutant Orc replied to Deathleech's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Hard to choose, the all have a few flaws. By the way the title says- desolation of Smaug sets- so shouldn't the Barrel Escape and Mirkwood Spiders be here as well? They belong with this film. If so I'd go with Mirkwood spiders possibly...- 54 replies

Cool! I really like this, I read the books recently and it's nice to see a MOC from them. Will you do any more?
