You have a great foundation here for an amazing layout, but its just a little spread out. I think it needs some finishing touches to tie it all together, such as the landscaping in front of the town hall and something to fill the space between the road and train tracks. I'm curious though. What happened to the other layout you had planned? The one that had a couple of city blocks closer together, with the town hall at one end?

Love the building, especially the ground floor stone works and the windows on the first floor! I also like how you've incorporated the lions' heads into the front entrance and how you have used the hammers on the roof trims. I'm not a huge fan of the roof colours, but it still doesn't detract from the beauty of the building overall. Bonus points for using Friends bunnies in the gorgeous garden!

This is just stunning! You've captured St Paul's perfectly. Amazing photography, too. (I also thought it was a render when I first saw it.) Given the quality of this, I suspect there's a few of your MOCs that you haven't unleashed on us that we would probably like to see! I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!

Wow! This just looks amazing in real bricks. I love how you have done the roof, the facade and the signage. The effect of the sand green columns next to the offset dark orange columns is really nice. Beautifully detailed inside and out! What's the seating capacity?

Nice! I like the log brick / plate trim on the wall and also the effect of the recessed tan bricks. The posing of the statue is also very effective.

I really like the details on the facade of this building, particularly the clever use of the both the grey and brown crates. The top part of the building with the minifig legs is just stunning . The lion's head looks a little out of place to me, but that may be just because it is the older shade of shade. I think a lion head on each of the two outside corners would make a really nice transition from the crate columns to the roof part. The interior is nicely done as well. The lights and the shelving for the skateboard shop look fantastic!

I can do that for you. Just PM me the size of the sticker paper you're using and what format you'd like it in. Edit: I don't consider myself a sticker guru.

Wouldn't a "Like" button improve the forum
Kristel replied to Vindicare's topic in Forum Information and Help
Written comments (including constructive criticism) gives the builder something to work with. A "like" button just makes it a popularity contest. -
This looks really good. I like all the trims on the front facade and the little water feature looks fantastic!

Thanks for sharing, Damaximus. I struggled with this for ages for the lobby of my Lion Heart Hotel and ended giving up and doing an abstract art piece instead. The solution is so elegant!

Hi Stephen, welcome to EuroBricks! What's your favourite theme? -
This looks great! I'm curious how you transported something this big?

I don't think it's just the architect in you. My first thought was, "cool revolving door", followed very quickly by "in a bike store?". I think this town centre set has some nice features, like the bus, crane and statue. However, the set as a whole feels very disjointed. Town square and city corner felt a lot more cohesive.
