  1. Great illustrations to the story, I especially like the Algus figs and the water
  2. Nice build with a very suitable atmosphere Good story also, looking forward to reading more!
  3. Nice tree and little landscape Thanks for the explanation! I was puzzled by how the 100 I had ordered had ended up on BL way before the set they are in has been released. It was only German stores which had them as far as I could see.
  4. Nice "special effect" to create that alligator! I also like the irregular shape a lot, although the border is a tad too pronounced for my taste.
  5. Great idea for a challenge! Might be a reason to get back into building for GoH again
  6. Awesome! I really like both the exterior and interior builds, and all the nice details you've put in there. It's also nice to see the Nocturnus civil war continue, I'm suspecting that we now are seeing events which will set the stage for the next challenge?
  7. Excellent tower as usual, but it's the caravan which is the real star of this build! I especially like the shot with the figure in front in focus.
  8. Excellent rockwork! I need to borrow some of those techniques to another setting
  9. Nice minifigs and innovative photo edit/presentation!
  10. Nice landscaping and ruins! I also think the photography is also great, only nitpick is that I would encourage you to make sure the whole build is in focus in the overview shots. For the closeups however I love how you are using short depth of field to emphasize selected figures
  11. Nice to see a "brick-built WIP" with scaffolding! I like the concept a lot and have thought of doing it myself some time (My only nitpick is that I'm not very fond of "evenly studded" surfaces in highly detailed builds like this one, I would have preferred tiled boards on the scaffolding and table, and maybe at least some tiles on the roof and in the courtyard)
  12. Very nice build with many nice details! I like the Avalonian setting with architecture seeming to show Kaliphlin influence. I assume that the architect had studied at one of the great Kaliphlin centers of learning? Or maybe higher learning in Historica generally is so influenced by its Kaliphlin heritage that this kind of architecture is what everyone prefers to give a sense of deep knowledge? (In the same way as many universities in North America are influenced by the architecture of Oxford/Cambridge)
  13. Lovely castle, I like both the general layout/design and the architectural details Great to see you back here again also!
  14. Nice build with some interesting geometry
  15. Nice scene with some excellent details, love the boots
  16. Nice boat and foliage! UoP +1.
  17. Great to see more GoH builds from you, this tower has such a nice shape! Can't wait to see the Kaliphlin tower you are hinting about
  18. Nice landscaping with realistic interior Good photography also.
  19. Nice tower, especially the roof! I also like the road quite a lot. A photography nitpick is that I think you have a too short depth of field (i.e. to large aperture resulting in that the part closest to the camera is blurry) in the overview shots. A short depth of field works great in the closeup shots but in overview shots I think it is better to aim for that the whole build should be tack sharp.
  20. Nice group of figs! Stragglers like this are welcome since it was too hard too keep up with all the goodness during the last weeks of the challenge These did not disappoint!
  21. Nice scenes! My single favorite detail is the lantern in the first build
  22. Looking forward to the upcoming builds and stories I'm reading into this announcement
  23. Wow! There is so much good in every corner of this MOC that I don't know where to start You've definitely managed to maintain a high level of detail which I enjoy and despite that scale it to a build of a massive scale. Keep up the good work!
