    One question, and I think I can see the answer but I'm not entirely sure, have you made it so the floors separate, or does it open up as the original does? I've tried keeping g mine so it opens up but making it larger has presented it's problems on that front so I'm thinking of making removable floors instead...

    I really like it! I was a bit worried at first because I have started something similar with 2 haunted houses to make one big one, but they're so different from each other! I really like your take on a larger one, the conservatory on the side (I think haunted houses need an eery conservatory!). I look forward to seeing this complete on the exterior and to see what stuff goes on with the interior :D

    So Im going to be getting the PC, Do, and the BB in one go (and Simpson qwik e mart), I remember seeing somewhere there might be double vip points in October. Is this true across all themes, or just for star wars stuff? (pretty sure it was there I saw it).

    Incorrect. More that it bears no difference on them doing the same or not, in the future, not that it simply won't ever happen again.

    When the Rogue One sets get released, which sets will get discontinued? The wave that had Kylo Ren's shuttle? Also, will they get discontinued instantly, or at a later date?

    Thanks guys, yeah, SD's engine mod is what I'll be doing as I actually prefer it than the rigging. Thanks for the heads up about the counterfeit stuff too!

    I'm thinking of Brick linking a 10179, but I won't be able to build it for over a year, so I was thinking of just getting parts that are likely to be more and more difficult to get. I dont mind mixing old gray with lbg, and doing the rear engines a different way than using rigging, and making the radar dish so those expensive parts aren't an issue. But what about others?

    That's fair enough, but there is no need for it to take up a UCS release slot as it isn't as such. They've had to invest nowhere near enough time into it as a completely new set. It'd be a cop out toilet this sit in one of them slots considering the Hoth set disappointment...

    Judging from the recent trend of rehashed, I literally think it is just a matter of *when*, not *if* the 10179 Mf gets done again. And while I agree it would be nice to uave a totally new set next year, I wouldn't be upset if it was a falcon, but I'm guessing *if* it gets done, it'll either be for 40th anniversary, or the Han solo spin off film.

    Wow, that really is micro scale! And pretty nifty for a small diorama for a desktop! You've definitely achieved what TLG didn't with their version I'd say pretty much everything is there that needs to be there for it. Just wondering, how would white 1x1 round cone shaped bricks with a 1x1 round white plate look as one of the laser turrets? I do t have access to LDD at the moment so I can't look or think of something better for the turret top... But just wondered if it would still look close enough in scale...?     I'm just miffed that they've wasted 2 UCS slots this year on things that shouldn't have been done/sub par sets. Ds should have just been released as an additional, not as a new one as it isn't new at all. AoH was just soo... Meh... after this DS, they literally have NO excuse not to bring out another UCS falcon for the standalone Han solo film...

    I'm sorry if it appears I'm picking on you, I don't intend to. I just lack the ability to be tactile with certain things. In this situation, if I was tactile, Id have said exactly what Poe Dameron above this post just said. I like looking at peoples creations and enjoying what new ideas they bring, I just don't like being part of the 'like' culture, and from the lack of everything else, but the mention of amount of downloads, that is how it came across to me.

    I'm confused... are you posting mocs in order to try and gain a high number of downloads in order to satisfy some sort of 'online social status'? Or because you have spent time trying to design something...? I'm unsure what your 'AT-TE' moc brought new from the set other than being digitally rendered...? There wasn't a clear explanation, and as for this one, with your apparent 'disappointment at having the last post not going so well due to 17 downloads', I am seriously hesitant on clicking your download link which has no pictures purely because I feel you are trying to increase your downloads by making people have to click it in order to see what it is you have done. I don't like people essentially 'fishing for likes/internet status through numbers'. But I do like people creating lego things for their love of it and truly appreciating others enjoyment at your creations. Which do you fall under?

    I haven't been bothering with the DC sets as they haven't interested me. But after seeing these 2 sets and the minifigs that come with them! I'll definitely be getting those 2 sets for sure!

    I think with battle packs, you have to look at it this way... You pay (UK Rrp) £12 for 4 minifigure, and get a small bundle of free Lego pieces do do what you want with. I almost guarantee, hardly anyone would bat an eyelid if it was purely 4 minifigure that was sold for £12 with no pieces for a minifigure build (sure, after the initial outcry, which would probably die down)... Because £3 per minifigure isn't really bad at all, considering its star wars. However, I do think the recent mini turret was a pretty good mini build, as well as the little mini speeder in the 75079 pack.

    I simply pointed out the issue. I didn't make any judgement on the guy for it. If he wants it enough for the Ahsoka fig, by all means, it's his money, just as I spend my money on what I want. But his exact words spell out exactly why TLG can get away with being sloppy with such an expensive set where more should be expected on an interior. FYI, I really want a captain phasma and Kylo Ren minifigure, but I struggle to justify *myself* (not necessarily for others) spending that much on sets I find simply 'ok'.

    An interesting and different approach using snot bricks for the overall top/bottom. Looks good to me! It definitely helps that you have done a slightly textured look to it too. Lights are a bonus!

    Im actually quite interested to know what the frame on the inside is like and how the outside panels connect to the frame. This is something that I am not very good at/am inexperienced in and have yet to learn how to do it properly :( I'm in awe of how you've achieved the angles!

    I really like it! Being a fan of bikes, I don't know why this sort of thing hadn't ever crossed my mind! Looks really good! Love it! Slightly too compact width ways for my personal preference though...
