  1. Applied this solution to the 42147 on my desk and it works flawlessly, better then the original. Maybe this solution doesn't meed TLG's standards, or they need some extra parts for the B-model. I don't understand for example why they've added the 5L liftarm to limit the steering range. This range is already limited by the steering linkage....
  2. What a cool little set, fun to build and play with. Below my version without some newer parts. The use of that panel (71682 ) with three axle holes is very good, I couldn't come up with a solution so quick with exactly the same result:
  3. Very cool, I really like the scale and with a reasonable 1100 pieces it remains manageable to build this tank for your RB-customers. Well done!
  4. Yes, the 42101, I've had quite some fun making alternatives of that set. The Bright Light Orange 2x4 liftarm is also pretty rare, only used in one Bionicle set (8755).
  5. All parts in bright light orange in this set are already available. The 7L beam is used in the 75533-1 We'll see what the color will be, but I think bright light orange has a good chance...
  6. Thanks @R0Sch for the 360, spotted one error in your Render, the LBG frictionless pin should be an black friction pin in the dumping linkage. Updated the stud.io file and this should be the part list, there are some remarks though: 176 pieces total, expected 177 (not yet found what the last part should be...) not all 'bestseller' parts seems to be on the pick-a-brick list, for example the 4L axle for the steering new part: used the old 48989 (that will be a new part without pins at one side) new part: used the 32039 axle connector instead of the new micro panels (the new panel has two axle holes as already shown in the render of @R0Sch recolor: the panel curved 11*3 in dark blue is a new color of 62531
  7. and a Render from the other side, I'm not completely sure about the dumping linkage. I think my version above works better, but suspect that this is the official version:
  8. I just finished it, maybe you want to check my version: https://bricksafe.com/files/GerritvdG/sets/42147-1---dump-truck/42147 Dump Truck.io
  9. I've build this little truck with the parts listed on (and the colors I had available): https://www.lego.com/nl-nl/pick-and-build/pick-a-brick?query=&page=2&filters.i0.key=variants.attributes.appearsIn&filters.i0.ranges.i0.from="42147%3A"&filters.i0.ranges.i0.to="42147%3A9999"&sku=42147 and I can confirm it won't run without the variant of the 48989... Anyone interested in a studio file, or is someone already working on this?
  10. Cool, looks like an nice worm driven linkage for lifting and maybe tilting..
  11. Yes, that must be very close! I’m not sure about the middle pin hole though. I think the middle pin hole is perpendicular….
  12. I think this is how the new part is applied. - the black liftarm is used to connect everything to the chasis - the 3L liftarm is for limiting the range - the connector is used for steering I think the new part is 65489 without the downward facing pins
  13. No, I think it's a 65489 but with only 2 pins instead of 4, just like @SNIPE was thinking
  14. This image should make this more clear, looks like three vertical pins:
  15. Indeed, that will be the case. According to this site 177 pieces: https://bouwsteentjes.info/geruchten-lego-technic-winter-2023-sets/
  16. Not bad, reminds me of the 8065, nice project to replicate the 42147 from the picture and start with stud.io. New / recolored parts 62531 in dark blue new micro-panel in dark blue ...
  17. I think you mean the share icon in the header of each post, not? That’s also a perfect option! cheers Gerrit
  18. I'm using the bookmark functionality of my browser for interesting topics that I want to keep. Another option is the 'Follow' button, but I don't use it. Also I use Google to search specific items on the forum.
  19. That are a lot of alternates! I especially like the 42133 forklift and telehandler!
  20. Nice project! Keep the function would be really nice, but they can be manual if needed. - Spinning propellers is number one priority to be motorized. - The landing gear and the cargo door are good candidates as manual function, a linkage will do the job, so you don't need those large actuators. - Tilting the engines would also be nice as a motorized feature because you get the locking of those engines in a certain position for free
  21. Really nice MOC, packed with functions and very good looking. Always impressive those advanced machines, in my region the EC-135 and AW139 are used by police and the EC-135 T2+ as lifeliner (they also landed a couple of times in the kids playing ground between some trees, no problem for those guys, really impressive). The H145 is used in the northern part of Netherlands were they also have to cover the islands. Do you plan to create instructions for this model? Just ordered 6 used Technic Rotor Blade, they could be of good use in this model What I also didn't know is that the 5 blade-version is an upgrade of the earlier 4 blade version: https://www.airbus.com/en/newsroom/press-releases/2020-06-five-bladed-h145-receives-type-certification-by-easa
