  1. I think the AT TE should surface soon, we had on in 2003, 2008 and 2013 (with Rebels AT TE in 2016), so its now at least two years overdue, and it is has now returned to current media with BB. I think we would be lucky to get more than two or even one P1 clones, the last only had one trooper (a commander) (and only one regular B1), while the 2008 set only had one P1 as well (in addition to Rex). It seems to be a recent trend, a reduction from generally two or three of each trooper, to just one (the Turbo tank being a good example).

  3. Very nice and sleek, it looks great and the shaping is very accurate.
  4. The equivalent US price of $941.25 is what the Australian price of $1300 equates to. (edit: actually it is only US$940.95, its nice to know we are saving 30 whole cents compared to the British price!)
  5. I pledge my allegiance to the CorSec Faction. Below are my figure templates. Figbarf for the Corellian Security Intelligence Organisation. From left to right: special agent, two regular operatives, CSIO soldier, technician, guardsman. Dubbed the 'Park Rangers' due to their expeditionary nature, the CorSec Frontier Force is the spearhead of many assaults. From left to right: two regular infantry, officer and technician. Responsible for maintaining Corellia's external territories and offworld reserves, as well as the defence of these assets, is the Ecological management Division. From left to right: EMD technician, officer, ranger, wilderness assault trooper, speeder-bike operator and shock-trooper.
  6. Mercedes Burleigh (the actor in the link @Kdapt-Preacher shared), Brigitte Kahn (Torryn Farr) and Stephanie English are the three actors who had roles as female rebel Hoth officers (according to IMDb), since the figure is an officer there is no reason for it to be innaccurate. We've had stormtroopers with unusable and inaccurate clone heads for years so I see no reason to complain about heads now.
  7. The Hoth trooper wears the officer uniform (I think its the same torso as assault on Hoth) (or TLG just want to keep ruining the perfect snowtrooper uniform they had in 2016), and there were female officers and soldiers in the film, while the AT ST driver isn't canonical either. I agree Chewbacca doesn't really look snowy as the snow pattern should be on the upper and lower parts of the figure, not randomly distributed.
  8. Looking forward to seeing what they look like.
  9. There are a lot of great figures in this series, especially the wheelchair racer and the figure with the foal (for the foal, the hat/hair in new colour and midi-legs), as well as useful parts for fantasy figures or SW in the raccoon figure and bird watcher, and potentially the snow-guy and guitar? player, but the rest of the series in somewhat underwhelming, as it feels as if it has been done before.
  10. I don’t see what difference a male or female figure makes, the majority are male figures anyway and as has long been established, figures are not the purpose of a UCS set, and from the other perspective for a US$800 set some exclusive prints are expected. The only sort of defined character is the snow trooper commander, while he has a new face print, the new torso print was bound to see the value of the figure rise regardless. With the other snow trooper figures, the only new print is one of the new female faces, but the snow trooper is easily accessible as are the other face prints, the same goes for the ATAT driver. Though I admit a plain black head would be best for those as the neck is visible. For me the worse part about the figures is the inaccurate Luke figure, not faces that cannot be seen.
  11. The diversity in snowtroopers is good in my opinion, as I hope it continues with smaller sets, I don't think there has every been a generic SW female figure in reddish-brown before and two of the other face prints I haven't seen in a generic figure before either. While different face prints can increase the resale price of generic figures the snowtrooper is easily available in the cheaper playset AT AT, two previous sets and it will be in a battle pack, the same goes for the stormtrooper. The snowtrooper commander will be expensive anyway (unless it comes in a BP) so I see no issue there. Is the Australian price revealed yet? I assume it will be the same as the MF as the US price is, but knowing TLG it will probably cost more. Brickset normally include the Australian price but haven't this time and its not on our online store.
  12. I think only Cloud City and Mos Eisley are officially MBS sets. https://brickset.com/sets/theme-Star-Wars/subtheme-Master-Builder-Series While the Endor Village, Assault on Hoth and Death star were all location based, they are classed as UCS sets. https://brickset.com/sets/theme-Star-Wars/subtheme-Ultimate-Collector-Series
  13. Very nice, I haven’t seen this shop done at this scale before, and i’d say that you’ve nailed it, very neat and the proportions are great.
  14. South Australians say L’ay’GO, so I am told Edit: that point has already been made, I should read these forums properly first.
  15. I guess many would want to acquire one or more snowspeeders too, the most recent would probably set you back$75 at the least
  16. The AT-AT looks very nice, the interior is spectacular and I like the inclusion of the speeder bikes which are seemingly the same as the playset AT AT (is this a thing now: the BARCs appearing twice and now the speeder bikes making another appearance). While the interior is nice and the addition of a snowtrooper commander is welcome, as well as a Veers with dual-moulded boots, I find the exterior impressive though a bit underwhelming. The leg sections at least have some detail on the inside, but all the studs on the body take away from the sets aesthetics, in that it seems no more advanced than the playset. Considering the monumental price difference and only one new figure (and one update), and only two extra snowtroopers I wonder whether this set would be worth it.
  17. Great MOC, clean and simple but with a great composition and lots of nice details. Have you joined the EB Factions game, cross-posting builds with other RPGs like The Uprising is fine.
  18. I only received a BL order from the Netherlands only a week or two ago, it only took about two-ish weeks (great since three Australian postage and delivery companies were going on strike at the time), which seemed spectacularly fast considering the time I was expecting.
  19. Your builds were always brilliant, but the new base with crosswalks and SNOT construction takes it to a whole new level, looking forward to seeing more designs with this technique.
  20. Absolutely stunning, the hubs on the wings are brilliant, and the level of detail around the cockpit is spectacular.
  21. Nice review, regrettably I never got any of these sets, I was a fan of the more accurate planets series and originally didn’t like these sets, however there are some retrospectively great and valuable figures. Some of the sets like the SD are actually quite well done. After this review, will there be a S2-9 review(s)?
  22. Absolutely brilliant build, the speed achieved is incredible, but the design and aesthetics itself, regardless of performance is brilliant. The video is excellent, I haven't watched all of it, but amazing work.
  23. Depends how much effort they put into it, I don’t like how 18+ sets like the cantina included a moulded drawback when the micro fighter version was already quite good and would have been excellent with a bit of extra effort a larger set could enable, some brick built animals can be very good, and I assume it will (hopefully) have a moulded head or jaw piece. It could be terrible though especially if the joints aren’t done overly well.
  24. Looks great, the curvature is very well done, as are all the details like the deck guns and smokestacks. Do you have any pictures from front on, would be great to see the forward details and bow shaping?
  25. Hmmm, it does seem plausible, but other leak-reviews come well before the other direct leaks. A fighter tank could be possible, perhaps one of the unused set numbers, or another altogether, but I would say that the original figure selection is highly unlikely in any case.
