Disney Properties 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Huigberts Builds's topic in LEGO Licensed
Right?? -
Honeslty, I’m glad I don’t spend my money to get that GWP set. Just no thanks, except for a tie-in modular GWP, like vintage taxi for Boutique Hotel and moving truck for Jazz Club. I got Forestmen’s Hideout and I don’t like the ugly build but I love minifigures.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
As a deafblind AFOL here, I do agree. I truly appreciate that there are small numbered bags. I built Police Station, Boutique Hotel, Jazz Club, Bookshop and Ddowntown Diner (all. In order that I built) this year. I found that Police Station, Boutique Hotel, Jazz Club and Bookshop such easier for me and my relatives who volunteer to assist me in building) and I did notice that Downtown Diner was unite overwhelming for my relatives as they had to look for certain pieces in a large amount of pieces in each bag. I would understand how inexperience that older Modular sets’ large numbered bags threw them off and get them overwhelmed. I do have unopened Parisian Restaurant and Corner Garage sets next year so we will deal with the large-bag challenges again. My relatives do agree that mall numbered bags are better! -

Exactly. Speaking of which…, don’t we have a rumored licensed space set in 2024? -
LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion
Lion King replied to Lyichir's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
You know what? I feel like they are trying to satisfy everyone but it’s really tough to do so . One group likesweird pace. Sets while other group doesn’t like unrealistic space sets when the same sets are put into City theme. I don’t like Stars Wars and NASA but I love unlicensed theems, such as DreamZzzz, Ninjajog, Monkie Kid, City (including its Space subtheme). Nexo Knights seem more mix of fantasy, historical and sci-fi while Ninjago has the same fashion from the former. DreamZzz and Hidden Side have similiar style. -
Very cool!!! I love that idea.

LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion
Lion King replied to Lyichir's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I don’t agree with you. City theme is not always realistic in 21st century - it’s no not 1990s anymore, sadly. In contrast, Friends theme is quite realistic. I actually don’t mind unrealistic City space sets. I don’t min”realistic” City space sets as well but City theme is still not always realistic as were speaking. -
What about cars from. Transformer franchises? I’m only talking about cars but not transforming robots themselves. There are some cool cars like Bumblebee’s car verison.

LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion
Lion King replied to Lyichir's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I am not into Star Wars but I’m so glad Lego is doing unlicensed space sci-fi subtheme, Space CMF Series, Blacktron Icons set and a few more things like exhibits in Natural History Museum set or Space Buggy set from DreamZzz (hopefully Mr. Oz’s non-dreaming uniform without hourglass symbol). 2024 is definitely Year of the Space. Spaceship, spaceship, SPACESHIP! - Benny -
What location/scene come to your mind when thinking about Pirates...
Lion King replied to zinnn's topic in LEGO Pirates
There is the movie, “Stardust”, and it has a flying pirate ship through the storms. The pirates collect lightnings and thunders and sore them into themo cup-shaped cylinders for trades later. It’s cool to see a pirate shi in that fantasy movie. And it’s also hilarious that a pirate captian has women’s dresses in his walk-in closet. I love that scene. Anyways, I think pirates in other location, such as East Asia sound pretty cool to me. (Not in Stardust, just to clarify). -
Agreed. I am not into Star Wars them but I’m glad Lego is doing a sci-fi space sets.

Lion King replied to zinnn's topic in LEGO Pirates
Pirates saing through an uncharted sea that is plagued with Kraken, sirens sea witch, etc. Beyond the sea, here would be Atlantis (not yet to sink). I like fantasy pirates and sci-fi pirates. -

Lion King replied to Lyichir's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Similiar to Galaxy Explorer? I thought it would be more similiar to Blacktron spaceship since there is a vague description. “Black spaceship” is what we know. However, we don’t know if it’s actually Blacktron spaceship at the moment. -

To anyone who already got Natural History Museum, are you planning to build it right away? If so, I’ll like to hear your opinion on this set. -
LEGO Videogame Tie-Ins - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
That’s valid but Lego still refuses to make new gun molds when it comes to shooting. Lego will recieve backlash for it. -
I know it’s impatient when it comes to waiting for offical reeal of several sets in and outside City theme. I’m eager to see sets from other themes, such as DreamZzz, Monkie Kid, Ninjago, and CMF. I’m also eager about the space sets.

Lion King replied to zinnn's topic in LEGO Pirates
Pirates in space… Solar-powdered pirate ship populated by pirate humans and aliens. Pirates hijack the blue oats’ fuel-generated ship. Treasures being found on alien planets. A space harbor or a spaceport. Okay,, okay, that’s not a pirate theme you want, I get it. I just like crazy ideas. -
Does your Lego ever get damaged by pest?
Lion King replied to ks6349's topic in General LEGO Discussion
If you are not concerned about your boxes, why you created a thread “does your lego boxes get damaged by pest?” . It does sound like you are very concerned about yoru boxes… Sure no one invites those flithy visitors. But all you do is to seal boxes in plastic gas (if you don’t want tapes leaving residues on boxes), report your neighbor to health service or move out. If pests live in your lego boxes, get rid of them. -
