14 is good for such a heavy beast! For measuring speed I use a cycplus g1, available on aliexpress for quite a reasonable price. Sometimes it takes a minute to connect to a satellite if you're standing still, but overall its a really good product, especially for the price.

Why do you prefer buwizz 2.0 over buwizz 3.0? I know buwizz 2.0 is cheaper but 3 of them is roughly the same as two buwizz 3.0s, but with IMO reduced performance and functionality.

And you cant use C+ motors. With such a large model the buwizz 2 would really be struggling, buwizz 3 is really the only good option imo. Or maybe two MK 6 ports, but I dont know how good they are from personal experience.

My general rule and what most people seem to follow is a buwizz 3 can run 2 buggy motors at full power and a buwizz 2 can run 1 at full power reliably and 2 if youre super duper careful. With buwizz 3 you would also have to swap to a C+ L motor for steering. In my experience, after the firmware update, a buwizz 3 runs 2 buwizz motors completely fine and never cuts out. You just need to be a bit grown up with your driving, which took me a little bit. Gentle throttle and such. Hope this helps :)

Nice work! Out of curiosity, do you know how much a MK 4 port unit weighs? Perhaps you could go faster with more power to weight. Regardless, 13km/h is still pretty quick and not to be scoffed at.

That looks like it was handling really well. Did you encounter any issues? And, a side note, do you think it could fit 6 buwizz motors without too much modding?

Building on 2GodBDGlory's post. I have a bambu lab P1S and if the A1 mini is anything like it, its definitely more of an appliance than another hobby. If you want something that "just works" then I think bambu lab might be the way to go. -
As I see it, a company getting licenses shows a commitment to quality and appealing to a wider audience, and a big company having time to license to a smaller one speaks volumes of their quality, to me. When CADA eventually gets big enough that you see their stuff in store shelves, licenses sell way better than unlicensed things. The technic line is living proof of this. Lego wouldnt pay all that money for licenses if it didn't pay itself back... right? I can confirm this is the first time hearing this, and it does sound weirder. Also not actually possible to do, unlike (I think) the other phrase.

Smartphone steering
Aurorasaurus replied to MTBRICKS's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
The app is called brickcontroller 2, and you need to set the motor function to "center steer" then click the red button with the gear and click "auto calibrate" or something like that. Hope you can get this working. -
A thought, something that can be built with just about all technic sets is cars. since most of them are just that :/ Another thing, digital submissions for those who prefer it or have limited collectios. You could record and time-lapse your build. Another potential challenge could just be "A B-model" for any set, since theres no prizes, it wouldnt matter much if someone used the 42100 or 42164 And finally, time limits. I think a weekend makes more sense because everyone will get at least one day. Could be one GMT weekend since all time zones are GMT + or - offset, hinting that GMT is 0. Though one NZT weekend would obviously favor me :))
