  1. Very impressive, it looks very nice. The blue suits very well.
  2. I wish you the best of luck. It is a really nice project. Surprise us!
  3. I really like the design. Very cool.
  4. I allways thought the extra parts in Lego sets in general are totally random. That is not the case?
  5. Looks great! Nice tires. Like to see the winter equipment!
  6. Very well done. Looking forward to the finished tractor version too!
  7. I suggest a voting for closing day using à 20 points voting system .... ;-)
  8. You are selling yorself short Lasse! Your models look great which for me will be an important criterium! And hè, we can't have à model team contest without Mister Model Team himself! :-)
  9. I prefer a pictorial review. Especially since English is not my first language, I like to take the time to read and understand it better.
  10. Well, I think my dark ages it almost lasted 20 years. I guess the Model Team Highway Rig was the last set I bought. When my son was born, I picked up my old crates of Lego and rebuilt and sorted all my City sets. ( and bought some new ones, for my son, sure). Then I started doing some mocs, when I have time. And now and then I pick up a set I really like, like the Unimog and now probably the Tumbler)
  11. I think you have to place the original Model Team set in it's timeframe. Back then, I think, the sets were not matched in detail by any other set. Todays line-up does not feature a comparable set. Eather they lack detail or funtionality. The campervan and mini look like model team, but are not. Simply because the steering is missing, same fot the Tumbler. You can compare those sets probably better to those very old sets, I don't know the themes name, but it consisted of a ship, some motorbikes and old fashioned cars( late 70's). I think that for example Lasse D' s creations are a great example of modern day Model Team Oh, and I would count my avatar as Model Team...... Edit: I think those really old sets were 'expert' sets, like 394 and 398.
