  1. Really looking forward to the wildlife rescue sets - hoping for some interesting and possibly new animal moulds....
  2. Awesome - true perfection! What radius are those curves?
  3. My Crocodile finally came yesterday and having had a very enjoyable evening, I really want more! But steam next, we're overdue a steam locomotive.
  4. Yes. it's not going to stop many people from buying it though..... I'll be honest, I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't say 'vehicle collection' or 'car collection' on it. I like that sort of thing in the new 18+ branding - and we've got 'botanical' - 'modular buildings' - why not this too?
  5. Wanted to post about this earlier but had technical difficulties.... Very impressed and the Turbo/Targa planning is brilliant. I also love the dark orange leather choice - I’ve always liked cars with that colour leather. It will look excellent next to the others!
  6. Finally got mine today. It looks excellent next to previous vehicles in the Modular Buildings series. I get people's problems with the surfboards but if I'm being honest I expected them to be way worse than they are from reading this thread. It's hardly been a problem for me. The teal really works extremely well and certainly suits the 50s look. Particularly glad to have this one as I thought at one point that I wouldn't get it....
  7. No . However, it's thought to be released in the second half of 2021, so probably either a July or September release, as there's often one round then.
  8. Looking at jjp's site, the release date on there has moved from July to April, and there are no question marks so it's almost certainly true.
  9. Titanic and Stadium have both been added to jjp's site.
  10. Discussion of the Space Shuttle Colombia (10283) is here. As an Expert type set, it has its own thread. Also, I haven't seen you in the Special LEGO Themes forum before, so welcome!
  11. 13 projects have already reached the 10k. This is getting seriously out of hand! Noticed a couple which have been rising pretty fast are the Polar Express and a new one from KevinTreeHouse.....
  12. Well greetings @Stefanisimo! Though this has not yet been confirmed, the source of this particular rumour has a 100% track record, on sets such as the Colosseum, Elf Clubhouse, and Ghostbusters Ecto-1. It normally can't be confirmed until far later (particularly as we've been told it will come out in the latter half of 2021), but leaked pictures usually start appearing 1-2 months before hand. I've also never seen this site wrong, so as soon as the set number is known it will almost certainly appear there and stay there. Vilhelm22
  13. I also share the opinion that it should not be able to break apart, or come with an iceberg. 10276 didn't come with gladiators, the cause of death there - so why would the Titanic come with an iceberg? I also think that it will be displayed in much the same way as that Roman warship on IDEAS recently, I think in the review stage right now. On stilts as a display piece, rather than simply on a base. I think that if there's a gift with purchase it could either be a miniature of the Titanic, or something related to White Star Line...
  14. What about a passenger ferry for great vehicles? Similar size to the car one a few years back, of the type you see on city rivers, e.g. the Thames in London (to give my local example!)
  15. Hahaha. Absolutely unsinkable! It'll probably be pretty large so I can't wait to see it!
  16. (Putting this together rather hastily) There has been very brief mention in the Creator thread of a new 18+ Titanic model for 2021, rumours having been leaked in the last 24 hours. Considering that the last ship LEGO made in an expert style was the Maersk one, which I missed, I'm particularly excited about this one. Thanks to @VanIslandLego for this one. No other info is known. Discuss below.
  17. For the stadium, that's the landmark buildings thread. For the Titanic, I'm starting a new thread immediately.
  18. I think a couple of other pretty iconic steam locomotives to add to the list are Stephenson's Rocket, and the Daylight. Honestly though, I just want anything steam - I missed the Emerald Night all those years back, and don't have the money or time to MOC at the moment.
  19. Very nice! Having spent quite a lot of time in both these places I know them very well - good job!
  20. Only just come across this thread but very impressed! It's clearly enormous in size! I'd love to see it next to a modular for size comparison.... I can't wait to see the final product!
  21. Awesome. Definitely one of the best crocodiles I've seen in LEGO. Looking forward to seeing more from you in the future!
  22. I’d like to add to this list: Space Shuttle Colombia, as well as being the first to be launched, was also one of those to explode. It killed all 7 crew members. With Old Trafford, we got a gift with purchase of the United Trinity. Do you think we could get the 7 crew members who died immortalised either in the set or as a gift with purchase? It’s a fitting tribute to the crew members in my opinion.
  23. TRAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Voted. I pray it’s not Bionicle that wins.
