  1. With those multiple arches, I feel like I would've remembered such a modular creation, as it vaguely seems like it should've been something in an Art Deco/Streamlined Moderne architectural style. While it's not as "bananas" as that one, he also build this other unusual-looking modular... Flickr - Contemporary Art Museum in the Modular Style
  2. Actually, it looks like Brick Fanatics had reported this would be the case three days ago: Brick Fanatics - 10267 Free Fall Tower rumoured for LEGO Creator Expert in 2019
  3. By the way, just as a shout-out to all followers of this discussion topic, @dimaks13 has just told us that Speed Champions will indeed be returning for 2019 over at this newly created topic:
  4. Looks like Brick Fanatics are reporting on this rumor too: Brick Fanatics - LEGO 4999 Vestas Wind Turbine may get a Creator Expert re-release
  5. The exterior of this health club modular by @Barrie Crossan is kinda cool; plus, check out many of his Amsterdam-styled half-width modulars too while you're there! Flickr - City Health Club. Lego Modular Building.
  6. According to @dimaks13, Speed Champions will indeed have life beyond Toys'R'Us here in the United States, continuing on for at least a fifth year. So, having said that, what would you wish or hope to see for the theme next year and potentially beyond?
  7. Those two newer starfighters are particularly cool looking if you ask me. The Olive Green X-Wing-like craft has a somewhat Sky-Fi/Crimson Skies vibe about it, while the Turquoise colored A-Wing-esque fighter looks rather Retrofuturistic/Raypunkish.
  8. Only numbers so far and no individual names of course, right?
  9. Exactly, as the Dark Turquoise seems to take away too much from the fact that she's supposed to be Red Riding Hood. Plus, the width of it just doesn't pair well with the cape.
  10. Oooh, really?! Do you at least know how many sets there will be, or is this the only number we have so far?
  11. Hmm, perhaps rather another male aviator archetype of some sort? Thanks! I'm pretty sure it definitely helps bring further attention to your work for all those who may be new here or haven't visited the forums in awhile.
  12. Apparently, @Legomister says that 10267 Free Fall Tower will instead be getting a 2019 release. Also, he said over on the 2018 Creator discussion topic that 4999 Vestas Wind Turbine from 2008 will be getting a rerelease at the end of this year.
  13. Wait, are you saying they'll be rereleasing this set, much like with the Taj Mahal last year? Brickset - 4999 Vestas Wind Turbine
  14. I must confess, some of the new starfighters seen in this teaser are kinda cool.
  15. Dang, all those newly recolored and/or printed parts do look pretty sweet; but, as a whole, I don't think that skirt in particular works very well on the figure. If you were to exclude that and reuse it elsewhere (as it is a pretty nice part by itself), I think she'd look a little better. I do wonder what other figures we may expect from this set?
  16. I just can't help but think of The Daily Planet when I see the ornamentation crowning this creation.
  17. Though I do somewhat have a personal bias towards these, a few particular archetypes I think should be covered soon by Series 19 or another near future CMS include an Aviatrix (to act as a female counterpart to the Series 3 Pilot), a generic Superhero and/or Superheroine, a Johnny Thunder-esque Archaeologist, and a Daniel Boone-like Frontersman.
  18. By the way @Robert8, do you perhaps have a female aviator (a.k.a an aviatrix) archetype in the pipeline for a future CMS, to act as a female counterpart to the Series 3 Pilot?
  19. Check out @cimddwc's latest architectural creation, which is based upon quite a novel concept... Eurobricks - [MOC] Gallery of Modern Art Apparently, it looks like he started constructing it at least back in September 2013. Before that, he did build and complete this other cathedral in late 2012 though...
  20. The question I should've asked is whether they've seen your Custom CMF design work or not. Seriously though, I personally wouldn't mind seeing a tenth anniversary Series 20 which would act as a redux of Series 1, but only if they'd update the archetypes' designs just to a degree, with perhaps added printing and dual-molding. Updated reduxes of the Series 1 Forestman and Spaceman would cool to see for instance.
  21. Just now we have yet another spam bomb over at the General LEGO Discussion subforum.
