  1. I hope TLG will release a regular technic set with those front tires somewhere in 2015 - otherwise they will be crazy expensive on BL.
  2. But those are Unimog tires... http://htmlimg3.scribdassets.com/kac4d2m9s3yaa1i/images/4-aa2bf9f85b.jpg
  3. Backed. I wish it was already november :)
  4. Lego Store's calendar for August 2014 claims that Mini polybag will be available between 1st and 31st of August. I am not quite sure if it is available before that in "VIP period". EDIT: I have just ordered 10242 from S@H - I can confirm that polybag is already available.
  5. But 41999 was limited - and 10242 will be available for the next 3 years :)
  6. Creator is too far from what MT used to be. I think they should start adding steering to Creator Expert vehicles and sell them as Model Team - leaving Creator Expert label for non-vehicle models. Tada!
  7. Do you possibly know if it will be available in every region?
  8. At least they could have made the stickers in the same dark green tone...
  9. I have all of the 1x1 slopes cracked in my 10220. I think it is a matter of poor design...
  10. This table saw is so awesome! :)
  11. So, where did you get this beauty from? S@H? If so - in which country?
  12. Woah! Is it already available for purchase?
  13. Offtopic! Yes yes! Please make a separate topic with details and pics!
  14. Very interesting project. I love the quality of your photos!
  15. If you get it in good condition for about 150 Euro - you should treat it as a good deal. It is a playable set with some rare elements (XL motors, pneumatic brackets) Bricklink, lowest prices of used parts: 2 XL motors - 2x 10 Euro 2 M motors - 2x 7.50 Euro 1 remote - ~8 Euro 2 IR - 2x ~20 Euro 4 Pneumatic brackets - 4x 10 Euro = ~123 Euro Everything you pay above calculated price is the actual price of the rest 1373 parts. Give some love to the old 8275 :)
  16. This is very weird - here we were able to buy e.g. 42025 in mid-February. And Poland - as far as I know - is not strategically important market.
  17. <offtopic alert> dikkie klijn, I love your mini unimog! any chance to get more pictures and/or instruction? :>      </offtopic alert>
  18. Ahh! Another great model! Any chance to see what's under the hood? :)
  19. I will take a look at those, thanks! But I guess 9392's chassis is too wide. Good stuff! But I would love to keep the body unchanged (doors e.g.) Oh, I might try the rubbers - but I am afraid that it the body is too heavy :). Also - even without lowering the body I may not be able to add the steering without serious modifications, because there is not much space for the wheels :( Thanks everyone for the answers!
  20. 10220 is my favorite Lego model of all time (yes - it wins with every Technic set ;) ) - but it definitely needs some love to be something more than just a beautiful sculpture. I would like to add suspension and steering - but I do not have any bulletproof solution for such a small space (picture of bare "base" - http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-c2sdXPLjFxw/TpfWQGZQUmI/AAAAAAAACO8/ARmir6mTTow/s1600/H88-Lego-10220-T1-Chassis.jpg - thanks to The Car Blog) Has anyone ever made a Lego car in similar space with working suspension? I need some inspiration :)
  21. Best news since the release of 10220!
  22. Very nice review! To me this is the biggest drawback - my shelves are too narrow so it stands on the table in the dinning room - what does not make my fiance happy ;). Also - what I would like to point out - center of gravity of this plane is exactly under the wings. While standing only on the double wheels - the set will keep perfect balance. To me this kind of things make the set even more awesome.
