  1. I have 14 wheels from 5571, which are pretty rare.
  2. In case of old topics Guidelines refer to http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=19004&st=25#entry776009 "LEGO reviews don't date", so I thought it would be good to put this question here, as in my opinion it did not deserve a separate topic. Also it was addressed to everyone, not to anyone in particular (e.g. original poster).
  3. *sighs* I have bought it :). Sorry for offtopic.
  4. Guys, do you think it is worth to spend $220 on (new, in sealed bags) locomotive and tender (pretty much everything except for the coach). Thanks in advance for the advice!
  5. Gosh, I was sure you used them on your Tow Truck... Stupid me :)
  6. @sariel - I agree that there is too much room between the wheels and the body. I would say that those wheels are a bit too small. Any chance for a photo with 5571 (Black Cat) wheels for a comparison?
  7. 5571 - 68.8 x 24 42043 - 62.4 x 20 (like 8241, 8258, 8285) This Merc begs for 68.8 x 24
  8. Those wheels are too small :(. We need 5571's wheels.
  9. Wow, just wow. I love your infographics and pictures!
  10. I think it is like that 'by design'. I also have a different problem with TH - 2nd floor does not align well with 1st floor.
  11. Why, oh why aren't the inner walls of the groundfloor going all the way up? :( To me that is the biggest drawback od this set
  12. Why isn't the inner wall of pool bar going all the way up to the ceiling? :(
  13. According to some semi-reliable messages from Bricklink forum - we have 1h30m to go.
  14. It appeared for the first time in Toy Workshop, October's Lego Store freebie
  15. Edit: wow I was late :). But still - i think it is a great modular :)
  16. On friday I have been in Lego store in Donauzentrum in Vienna. They have had all of the modulars there.
  17. It is now available in Poland. Should be in Portugal too.
  18. Looks like PS is Out of Stock in European S@H. This is surprising...
  19. Grand Emporium is a good example - it has been "Sold Out" few times but kept coming back. @nesquik - kind sir, could you please share any details regarding detective agency with us? :>
  20. Let's hope there will be any announcement ;)
  21. To me PR is done more than correctly - but that is a matter of personal taste. If you do not like particular set - you do not have to buy it - like I did with the cinema :) I just do not know who do you mean by "we" :). We-AFOLs? We-PR opponents?
  22. It is 4:30 AM in Seattle - too early for that, unfortunately :) - and Mr. nesquik remained silent :)
  23. "An alley or alleyway is a narrow lane, path, or passage way, often for pedestrians only, which usually runs between, behind, or within buildings in the older parts of towns and cities. It is also a rear access or service road (back lane), or a path or walk in a park or garden. A covered alley or passageway, often with shops, may be called an arcade. The origin of the word alley is late Middle English: from Old French alee ‘walking or passage,’ from aler ‘go,’ from Latin ambulare ‘to walk’." Very broad notion it is :)
  24. I was also imagining it like that - but on two 16x32 baseplates.
