  1. I got caught up with Christmas related activities, but I should be posting my entry next week, after I film the video. Photos are done.
  2. Hi, I don't know exactly why the engine doesn't spin but from the picture it seems that you didn't join the two halves correctly. Maybe check the manual for that. I would also check of the engine had the gears correctly placed. Hope it helps.
  3. Wow, now this looks amazing! The details are just incredible!
  4. Wow that looks lovely! Beautiful sculpting on sides and that old school checkered pattern on the seats is just sublime, well done!
  5. It's line-up that makes sense for the Technic team to do, not something that I personally am interested into. But I do really appreciate the superb box design, we need more of those!
  6. Phenomenal build! I do agree with @Andman, they are lookalike. It is impressive that managed to make such a small model and to still manage to make it look prettyand perform really nicely for the scale. This must be the nicest and most realistic mini crawler that we have. Could you share the digital file of it please? The only thing I don't like is that you used custom parts, as I don't believe them to absolutely necessary and I believe that a 100% lego version would be possible. The mini angular motor could be used for steering also. Congratulations on the build!
  7. Hi, make sure you reconnect the motors, see if the app is updated in the playstore, relaunch the app, maybe restart phone. Hope it helps!
  8. I always have the same feeling when a new set comes out and I want just 1 part from it and it very expensive. Unfortunate, but I still need that part and I will buy it eventually :) It is kinda sad that pick a brick is not available in Romania, it would have made life so much easier...
  9. Wow, that's really cool! I would like to see it have some ribs and more aggressive eyes.
  10. Very cute build indeed. I do like, besides the looks, all of the small details, like the blue pedals, engine timing and carburator... And the suspension is just sublime!
  11. Yoo that's nice! I must admit, I have always thought the same, evey builder should build their car, or their family's car, especially if it's not exotic.
  12. Nice progress so far. I like just how detailed that orange blade is, and how you managed to cover up those track spokets.
  13. Wow, I like just how compact is that chassi, well done!
  14. You need social media presence or just rely on Rebrickable recommending it to people...
  15. This sliding concept alone can win the Lego Technic innovation of the year!
  16. Superb build J! It is definitely an improvement over the last version, with some very nice performance. I do think that the 3 speed gearbox is overkill, and I'm not big fan of the oscillating front shock mount, but overall I do really enjoy this model and I can't wait to see it at the Buwizz Camp *wink wink.
  17. I love this approach of making something unique! I would say that you should add some side "mechanisms" like how old locomotives have, so it has more of a mechanical feel. Other than that I would use the other 3 motors to motorize a the crane (hook, lift, turntable).
  18. I have noticed that too, and I am also using a sorting method like yours. But Rather than separating them like that, I have my good old pins in my main sorting trays, and all the cheap new pins in a separate box, all mixed up and I use them for shelf MOCs, turntables and such.
  19. The dual drive line looks very interesting and worth studying! I would however consider your setup inefficient, having quite so many gears. I can understand that you believe the 8 tooth gears to be necessary there, but I would consider an X set-up fot the joints. So front left connected to back right kind on thing. And connect them with a slight vertical offset somehow.
  20. I have seen some on Aliexpress, but nothing super cool. The vendor that I use is BrickVisions. I have bought a couple of sets and they just look awesome and feel like superb quality. To be noted that the rim is slightly bigger (maybe 2mm) in diameter than the official Lego ones, so the tire is streched a little. The connection pins are nice, but I could see them falling off if you make a super fast RC car. They are ever so slightly less grippy than the Lego counterpart.
  21. Superb build, it looks very accurate!
