  1. I it. Hopefully instructions will be made.
  2. Look forward to building it later this year!
  3. Great idea! And I look forward to the results but I believe there are some areas of concern. Amount of people with buwizz (unless of course you are using this contest as a method for people to buy them) is limited. Amount of people with buwizz v1 vs v2 which makes a difference. Not really a fast car competition. Maybe rename the title to something more appropriate.
  4. You have captured the overall shape of the car beautifully! Some of the subtle lines showing a height increase in the body work looks spot on. If I had to critique anything it would be the use of connectors (which may be required) on the body panels. I think it would have looked even better if it was mostly liftarms used.
  5. This thing looks awesome! Unique, interesting and eye appealing. Well done and thanks for sharing!
  6. I have been waiting a very long time for a super car using buggy motors! I ? it except for one thing. The hood. @nerdsforprez mentioned the A pillar looked incarurate but I believe that is an illusion because of the windscreen which in the real car is curved and adds shape to the car. Since there is no windscreen it looks like the A pillar is too sharp of of a drop and hood too long. That may be part of the problem but I also think the hood swoops up from the front and then slightly back down before going straight. To me that is what makes the shape look odd. Very recognizable from any angle! Excellent idea having so many options to build it. You continue to amaze me.
  7. Excellent torque and speed! I am quite surprised at the performance thus far; hopefully the additional weight of a body won't impede its excellent performance. Having built the Deadly nightshade and class1 by agrof, this actually may be the best one yet in terms of overall performance. I haven't had time to change the class1 to buggy motors yet, so I don't know how that one performs.
  8. That's awesome but for me it is way overdue and not enough by adding to just one profile.
  9. @Jim @Milan maybe time for pro tag?
  10. Amazing job again! Glad to see the manual transmission turned out well on your first attempt. Pity no instructions as there seems to be many interested. I know many lessons have been learned with this build! I very much look forward to the joint venture with your brother again.
  11. Your attention to minute details and finding perfect solutions is admirable; however, with L motors you won't get to see the fruits of your labour. They are just too slow IMO and you won't really "test" the ruggedness thoroughly. Now if you used Buggy motors......
  12. That or even dark azure and black would look very nice.
  13. Adding parts to bricklink is actually pretty easy if he has or can get the XML file from rebrickable. The massive time consuming part is taking them apart when orders start rolling in. Then having everything organized so you can find parts quickly. IMO having a bricklink store with 500k parts is ALOT of work. If it were me, I would sell the models assembled (assuming it's assembled) as that's the least amount of work.
  14. Hopefully you will be able to continue to contribute to the Technic community with your time and knowledge.
  15. The wheels are gorgeous. it will be interesting to see how they handle the very curvy body of the Chiron and how it compares (esthetically) to @Lox Lego's version.
  16. @Lox Lego what is included in the sticker package?
  17. Very nice collection! I have looked into building my two favorite (top left corner) but all the rare pieces put it on hold. My personal favorite older F1 car is actually the Honda by Nico. Have you seen that one?
  18. Amazing job even more so being a "C" model. Overall shaping is excellent....the angle of the back of the wings turned out amazing, was that difficult to maintain along the entire length of the wing?
  19. The gap looks much less now! I flipped between the pictures and can't really see the different look between them.
  20. I would a closed supercar in medium blue or dark azure. I have made a spreadsheet of all Technic parts in both colours and it will be a challenge. Both colours are lacking in certain areas. Dark azure has more panels. Medium blue has more connectors. I look forward to the final results.
  21. @Didumos69 you seem frustrated which is ok but I believe using the word "showing off" is not the terminology I would use. Let me first say that your contribution on improvement on 42056 was absolutely invaluable. I believe many people praised you for your work on that. I personally followed that thread very closely and my Porsche stayed sealed until you released the errata. So thank-you again for all of the time and effort you spent on the 42056. I don't hide the fact that I display my models and esthetics are the most important factor for me. I am in the engineering field, yet while I appreciate the mechanics of models, that is not as impressive for me. I am amazed with some of the things people create but it is short lived. It doesn't matter if people agree or not with me. I will build what I like and praise what I like. If mechanical functions are most important for you, continue with that! Do what you enjoy and love. If you are looking more exposure, you may need to analyze what the masses want. Hopefully you can find what you are looking for and still build with enjoyment. I also agree with @Sariel that we should not separate the forum any further.
  22. I look forward to your progress and what kind of supercar you dream up!
