  1. Well, I think you should be a little more specific! There are literally thousands of different figures, for about a hundred different genres and from a few different decades, but I think I can provide a little foothold: - http://brickset.com/minifigs - http://minifigpriceguide.com/wordpress/ - http://www.minifigure.org/ - Star Wars, Castle (the genre), Collectable Minifigures Series and Ninjago are (among many others) themes with a lot of interesting minifigs, in my opinion. Have fun
  2. Speaking of tags: I'd like to remind that the winners of the Frozen Beyond contest are still waiting to receive them. Of course this is not a pressing issue or anything, but it's been almost four months since the winners were announced, so it's about time, right?
  3. The lore is outstanding!!! Intriguing plot and excellent writing! The build is nicely detailed build, I like the furniture and the crates with stacked bottles. Bronos is cool as well. I'm really looking forward to the next part!
  4. I'm also yet to buy my first Dimensions set, because of the same reason. Anyway, easy win, enjoy your Portal pack!
  5. hprrr...aww...dwulidu* *lost his ability to speak properly due to cuteness overload
  6. That seems plausible. I don't know what I prefer: nemesis vs nemesis or strongest combo duo for a team pack, probably the latter. If we get Eggman, I hope we would get a new mold for that crazy moustache. But, if we are not getting Tails, whose plane is that?!
  7. First of all: welcome to Eurobricks, m_dejong_lr! I am very impressed with your representation of the Euromast, I think you did a perfect job!
  8. You continue to impress with your very distinct architectural style! I really like the sushi bar with those parking lots underneath and the monorail locomotive is really neat as well. The fern in the black plant pot looks great and the street lantern with security cameras is another cool detail!
  9. All those rows of cotton... their slight irregularity and that of the channels gives it a very realistic look! Also, I really like the cobble road, great balance between studs and tiles. Nice cart, too!
  10. I like the irrigation system, still a rarity in the world of MOCs. Another notable part is the oddly angled, studs-to-the-side bridge, nicely done! The shed is beautiful and the minifig activity (and how you photographed it) is great!
  11. That's an adorable storehouse, I like the woodwork and the broadly angled roof. The hatch and door on the front (with technic pin keyhole!) are nicely done and the balance between SNOT and studs is great! Fine details around the house as well and I like your sigfig. Great work!
  12. Lovely use of (printed) parts and colours on each one of these! The one with the brown hues is probably my favorite, with the stained glass and decorated little windows, the warm colour scheme and the overall proportions. Great use of the compass piece and the ticket intake (I think? I'm not familiar with the source material). Sand green, Bright light blue and Pearl gold look splendid together on the pirate-themed one! Great builds!
  13. Nice entry, I especially like the way you angled and connected the two large suspension pillars.
  14. That is quite a collection, Yooha! A lot of desirable figures like the Dark Elf, Explorer, Fire Breather, Horror Movie Assistant and Saracen warrior.
  15. Curtis has a nice comparison of the exclusive Cyren from the promotional pack with her regular version: The styling is kind of plain, but the legs have a great re-usable print.
  16. AC does it again! Great figs, I'm guessing that more are to come?
  17. Oh man, you all have such great ideas: desert elves, ocean elves, star elves...
  18. A yes to all of that! Ava the as a powerful purple mage would be cool. I really hope to see knights armor and visors in black, gold, gunmetal and other useful colours. Edit: Found this in the Brickset database, hadn't seen it being posted here: http://brickset.com/sets/NEX271605-1/Lava-Warrior
  19. I think I agree most with Blondy-Wan here: if it is designed with minifigures in mind, then it is minifig scale. I would consider this an exception to that, as the figure is clearly meant to be monster that is way to oversized for its environment (which is built in microscale). Also, there is this build of mine that is in a grey zone right now. The original was a minifig of Samukai, but due to heavy modifications, it towers over a figure now. So, if I were to build an interior around him that completely fits his body proportions, it would lean towards bigfig scale, if I would place it in a diorama among minifig samurai for example, then it would be a minifig scale diorama with a bigfig/giant in it. Current Lego themes that are non-minifig scale: Technic, Bionicle, Mindstorms, Architecture, Classic and Duplo. Arguably Mixels and Angry Birds too. The majority of both sets and MOCs is minifig scale. None of those have scales*, you silly! *These
  20. I agree with the priest, those lead-glass windows are very beautiful! The interior of the church/chapel, is great! The outside, well.. I'm not really sure. Especially the tower looks off to me, it might have looked better if you had another 'block' of stone architecture under the spire of the tower (in which you could have placed the statue, maybe). Anyway, I like the priest minifig and good job overall!
  21. Oh, now I see! Thanks!
  22. Thanks a lot, Umbra, Jacob! I'm happy my contributions to the lore are so appreciated!
  23. Jup, all the good stuff at once! Really attractive offer... annnd my wallet ran away!
  24. Yes, back on track! Do you guys think think the Ultimates will continue next wave? For the knights side I can only think of the remaining members of the Halbert family or Merlok, which would be very nice of course. On the other hand, now that I have built five Ultimate sets, it's starting to get boring. Also, I wonder for how long we will be seeing the robot knights, it could be just me but they seem unpopular. Changing the bright blues to earth blue would make them a lot cooler, imo, like space marines.
  25. Oh... that's a nice question! Only one though... you're not making it easy for me, are you? It would probably be something minifigure-related, like samurai armour with multiple connection points for customization. Or a decorated blade.. or a magic circle piece... or.... You know what? I think I'll come back to this thread with drawings, sometime!
