  1. Beautiful! Nicely built, especially the waves, lush terrain, shipwrecked boats and minifig posing! Also very well written. I could feel the despair of the marines and the hopelessness of the whole operation. It nearly made me sad weren't it for the Greens. Instead, it made me feel angry for the loss of those marines. For let it be heard that in Oleon, we DO care for our boys!
  2. Couldn't comment better than ΤΗΑΤ!!!
  3. I am very happy to see that awesome MOC completed (and even happier for the earlier WIP photos as well) and I have only one thing to say: You totally nailed it! The monster size is adequate, the ship is well built, the action is frantic and all in all, a great entry for cat C. I would like to see it rendered some day, if possible, so as to see it in its full glory! muhahahahaha!
  4. As always an excellent (and gory) build and a nice idea behind it. Throwing the explosives down was a very inventive way to be done with those pesky greens. I will keep that in mind And what I would like to see, is for those "yellowcoats" (and "tancoats") to appear in TLG repertory or in any other 3rd party seller someday...
  5. Nice vessel! I missed this earlier. I especially like the rooster-like masthead and as always the rigging! Now let's teach those indigenous people the virtue of gunpowder and cannons on board ships!
  6. Thanks! I wanted to build something 1700s but with a zombie twist, so bubonic plague turning people into zombie was the "right" thing to do Regarding the base, the "brick profile" bricks attached to the slopes and some hidden 2x16 plates under the baseplate does the trick. The baseplate is standing freely though on those 2x16 plates so not that stable indeed. Too much stuff to do, too little time to do them
  7. Like father, like son! hehehehehe! You are both evolving into seriously good shipbuilders! All hail Oleon and his majestic and venerable King!
  8. Death at shallow waters! I like how you incorporated all that action! Oh, and those viciously nice boats and sailor outfits...
  9. Nice one! The paddle wheel could use some color variation (mix some black with green for example for metal parts) but the rest is nice! Oh, and If you have the bricks for it, go bigger as Kabel said
  10. great roof, nice trees, nice building size!
  11. Nice one. It gives a feeling of tranquility
  12. Cant say much other than You did especially great job on the trunk of the tree
  13. This is great and especially realistic, as in most occasions, castles were build in a higher ground and often followed their pattern. So no flat inner yard for most of them. And do know that we value classic as much as modern building techniques! Great job once again! What I would add (but not necessarily, seeing you are an old school builder) is some more details on the walls, like "brick profile" bricks, some round bricks, maybe a crack or two etc. But I repeat, old school didn't use much of these details, so to me it still looks great!
  14. I love the semi-derelict house!
  15. Nice minifig part selection!
  16. Nice idea! That happens when you find Atlantis and guess what? It is tainted and corrupted!
  17. Thanks! I wanted to do something "piratical" and "plague-like" so as far as zombies are concerned, anything goes Thanks PB! I went with the "What if Black Plague during 1700s turned people into zombies instead of just boringly killing them" hypothetical question but sadly my inadequate zombie numbers prevented me from adding one or two for flavor
  18. Nah, I was merely joking and in no mood to rip off a prominent member of our community But since you DO have money to spare...
  19. Oleander craftsmanship is exquisite and is to be paid dearly! Did I hear 600? 600 DB anyone??
  20. So cute and adequately curvy!!
  21. Beautiful dinosaur models! Great work!
  22. Now that is a really hard to build ship! So many curves !!!
