  1. Its actually really soft and I had to make it stiffer by adding 5 rubber bands. 13l flex axles from a Bionicle set (they are more rubbery and not really plastic) and yes those balloon tires were the most efficient.
  2. Hello all, here is my new topic for all of my next creations. I think that making a topic for all of my creations is better than having to keep making another topic ans 'flooding' the front page. Enough of that and lest get on with Lego. Here is my latest creation. It uses a leaf spring suspension tatra axle suspension, instructions are available for the rear axle. pictures (only the underside): video will come soon. :oh:
  3. Thanks for the advice, but sadly the model is in pieces.
  4. I was wondering if my building style is a good style to get a MOC in the HOF and what I must change. (not change the MOC but the building style) Example of my best creation: and yes I know its a bit 'cuby' but its rather similar to the really car. Thanks, please answer me.
  5. Maybe there could be a cylinder to move the rainbow.
  6. I shall share my smaller scale axle. It has tatra suspension but the 'wishbones' don't rotate around the center. It uses a rubbery 11 stud long flex axle for the 'spring' on each side. It does not have a diff. Here is the LDD link
  7. Hello people, here is my WIP of the TC5 competition. It is made with the 42001 set and parts of the 8066 set. I have the 42001 set but I don't have the 8066 set so I gathered its parts from my collection. All of the pieces to recreated the 8066 are the same color and model. This is not finished and I will update this post. Here it is: I used my small camera reflector background to make a teaser/confusing effect. more updates soon
  8. I think this is a good idea, and we could collaborate together to design and build this. I'm going straight to LDD. :classic:
  9. Can you give us more pics/renders of the steered hubs for the jeep hurricane, it could really help my on going project.
  10. Probably would but it seems too complex and it was specially made.
  11. On Friday I want to make a very small LPE powered rally car. So I started to think how I could fit my small(ish) LPE in the most compact way, soon realising that it was way too big. I made up my mind and thought that it would be better to make one with the small cylinders, but I do not have them. That did not stop me from designing a small inline 3 cylinder in LDD. I would be very happy to see someone else build it. The LDD/.lxf file is here: https://drive.google...cFVad2FBWWtyVVk And some pics: Please build it!!!!! :classic: thanks, Epic Technic
  12. If anyone was wondering, here are some pictures of the front and back axles.
  13. I always wondered about this, can't wait to see in snow.
  14. It uses 2 L motors, a large battery box, and a servo for steering.
  15. Back in August I was inspired by gsia17's Citroen Saxo preview to build a rally car.Sadly I don't have a buggy motor so I made the next best thing, a large scale model of the best rally car in the history of man kind, the Audi 80 Quattro Rally. This was my hardest build yet; it had many firsts for me. I used the 42000 Grand Prix's hubs for the double wishbone independent suspension on all wheels. I had trouble making the front suspension, steering, and power transfer with a differential so I made it hard coupled. I used CV joints with the 42000 steered hubs for the front which makes it have a terrible steering angle. Some pictures: A preview video is on my YouTube channel but I am editing the main video right now. I will update this post tomorrow and/or in days to come. Thank You, Epic Technic Please give comments, I want to know how to improve and what did well! :)
  16. You got my support, it looks a lot like TLG would make, but better.
  17. Thanks. :classic: I just posted a preview of my newest creation on my youtube channel.
  18. My first fully bodied model.
  19. This is my first topic so sorry if it is not perfect. Sorry for the pics but I don't know how to post them directly. Back in March (I think) I made this red red super car. I made the chassis first but it was not extremely strong, but I ignored that and built the body on top of it. I started with the front hood first and I managed to make it detachable, then I made the rest of the body but making it detachable was too big of a hassle. The front was not inspired by anything in particular but the angle reminds me of a Lamborghini Countach, and the rear was inspired by a Gallardo. Of course in Lego tradition it was mainly red. It has HOG steering and a working model V8 mounted at the front of the car. It has full double wishbone independent suspension and RWD. The front: https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing Front, side view: https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing Side view: https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing Front without cover: https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing Inside: https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing This car has been destroyed, so no video. Thanks, Epic Technic
  20. I really want to see Sariel's ahead of release reviews.
  21. ooh I can't wait till it's finished. I like the bodies on your vehicles; they remind me of mine.
  22. Looks really promising. I like the realistic angles angles and geometry.
  23. You better hurry up, I wanna see more.
  24. Well that is the biggest Lego tank I have ever seen. Great job.
