  1. I was wondering if you knew a motor with good specs that can run off of the Lego PF system?
  2. Would you recommend a motor that work well with the Lego PF(it doesn't need to be the same size) that has good performance.
  3. Yup, each piece is useful just not all at the same time. Unless you want to give the buggy motor to me for free! :classic:
  4. Well here's a short clip of the gearbox:
  5. If anyone linked my mini 4x4, the instructions for the rear suspension are now on Rebrickable: http://rebrickable.com/mocs/theepicbuilder/small-tatra-leaf-spring-suspension
  6. Yes supercars are meant to be fun on roads and on the tracks but many supercars are not practical for every day use. If you look at the porsche 911 gt3 rs 4.0 any normal person would realize that it is not a practical car. Hard suspension, large Gs, hard to get into, not very comfortable racing bucket seat, and either no or extremely small seats. Top Gear even has said that the Lancer Evo is more practical than the Lamborghini Murcialago almost every way even performance. The Koenigsegg Agera R is not an evolution of the CC series, it uses a large amount of knowledge they gain from the CC series. But the main reason they both look the same is that they were designed by the same designer. Now when did I say any thing abour Supercars not having a wow factor. Now hypercars must not just be extreme in just one factor but it must be extreme in all of these.
  7. Sorry but there are a lot of mistakes with what you have said. First, supercars aren't all about horsepower, top speed, looks, they are also about handling, driving experience and other aspects. The Alfa Romeo 4C is basically a supercar or the cheapest Ferrari ever. The Viper has the same top speed as the LFA (202 mph) but the vette only has a top speed of 190 mph. Just because the one77 uses expensive materials does not mean it is a hypercar. Hypercars are the best performing supercars read more here: http://www.zeroto60times.com/2013/01/supercars-vs-hypercars-definition/ The agera r costs more than 1 million pounds, and the laferrari cost almost double that. You did get the fact that Hypercars can be based on another car but the konigsegg agera r is not a hyped up version of the CC, it is from the agera. The huyra is a new car, if you want a hyped zonda check out the Zonda Revolucion. Any ways where's the Lego?
  8. Well you could also consider the Ferrari F12 a GT car, but performance screams otherwise.
  9. Technically the viper is more of a GT car, front engine, rwd. Also that was from a non american point of view. Who else is waiting for Top Gear season 22!
  10. They might of been muscle car before but now they are not supercars. They sports cars, they may have large horsepower but You do not need high horsepower to get a supercar such as the Alfa Romeo 4C and it is only one aspect. If you look at the weight of those cars, gearboxes, handling, weight distribution, aerodynamics, drag, suspension, traction, friction, and many more aspects this is really how you define which is which. The viper and vette are simply more sports cars than supercars.
  11. Could be but Fast Lane Daily calls it a super muscle car. P.S. you should check out FLD on youtube https://www.youtube.com/user/FastLaneDaily If you want the funnest car news everyday its perfect for you.
  12. A similar linear to this one by slfroden: And this 90° drum rotation device thing by the wonderful Piterx: to switch the gears with a large gear rack.
  13. Well the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat should be called a Super Muscle Car
  14. Okay I see your point, Vettes and Vipers are not exotics, You win But anyways what about the GT muscle or Super?
  15. Right now I only have one aaa battery box and some aa battery boxes but not all the batteries for the aa (I use rechargeable Duracells) Well the front suspension is going to be lower that the rear so on really the front needs to be raised. I think its more supercar'ish. Well here is the thing, I'm going to see which MOC gets more love and enter that one.
  16. That is a well supported argument but they still have some good old american muscle in them.
  17. Trust me being partially American I know that these cars were originally muscle cars and they still are. Their bulky shapes and sometimes heavy weight add that with a healthy amount of Horsepower means thy they are muscle cars.
  18. Did you forget the Ford GT 40? Hate to burst your bubble but the viper and corvette are muscle cars!
  19. So I know that I have already made a model for the TC6 contest (my dragline which is awesome) I feel as if supercars are doing better in this contest. I will make this car and see which model will get more love, and i'll enter that one. So I am making the Radical RXC V8 which is a street legal supercar which has real LMP1 blood in it. here is the real one: So for the functions is has: -1 Servo for 4+reverse gearbox -1 Servo for steering -2 Xl motors or 4 L motors for propulsion -1 M motor or L motor(s) for raising front suspension The gearbox is already built and it works great. Pushrod suspension and double wishbone. Oh ya and its gonna be RED!!! So what do you guys think I should use 2 XLs or 4 Ls ? Pics coming soon  !!!!!!!!!
  20. Pneumatics rule, they actually have a soul unlike linear actuator!
