  1. I just cracked open "Dark Matter" by Blake Crouch. It sounded pretty good. One chapter in & we're already off to an interesting start.
  2. I loved it. I thought the story was great & the glimpses of the past were a nice bit of nostalgia. I didn't think I'd like the script layout of the book, but it wasn't bad at all. Kind of a refreshing change of pace from the usual.
  3. I think the biggest problem with extra floor sets, would be the viable market. I would really wonder how many people would a tally buy extra floors. Although with a skyscraper, it would likely work better than with other Modulars. For me, I wouldn't have bought any extra floors for my Modulars up to this point, and I own them all.
  4. Grr...just when I think I have my mind set, I lean the other way. Limiting myslwf to roughly $100...deciding between 76057 Ultimate Bridge Battle or a lot of 60134 Fun in the Park, 60117 Van & Caravan, 76053 Gotham City Chase, & 76067 Truck Takedown. I'm mostly leaning towards 76057, simply because it'll be easier to chip away at the others. But, saying no to 60134 is getting harder & harder to do.
  5. That's awesome! It's the best minifig display out there.
  6. I'm always in awe of your buildings. They're amazingly detailed. You capture the feel of the era beautifully.
  7. Finally saw it today. I thought it was pretty great. I felt the introductions were handled fairly well, especially for those who are causal fans. the fight scenes were cool. The first trip out was a good one. I don't understand why Ayer switched Deadshots eyepiece...stupid change. I thought Harley was played brilliantly. Joker as well. Wardrobe was a little odd at times, but I thought the delivery was spot on. Oh, I didn't care for Lawton being comic relief either...that was strange. I know that's sort of Smith's thing, but it's not Lawtons thing.. Davis...oh my, she handled Waller fantastically.
  8. I guess Nexo Knights isn't doing well. I got an email this morning from TRU about another 20% sale. They had one about a month ago too.
  9. As someone suggested earlier, LEGO could be equating the detective portion to the police, without having an actual police station. The same could be said for a medical clinic. Back a page, maybe two, a picture was posted of an inverted brown townhouse portion from 10218.
  10. This would be quite an interesting move for sure. It would, first & foremost, break the release pattern. If the hospital rumor is true, I just can't picture it being an inverted corner either. I could see a residence, much like the 10218 Pet Shop townhouse side that was previously posted. I'm not sure the bare side walls would be concern, but the back wall being the largest surface area, it would be strange. Someone mentioned 10182 Cafe Corner as inverted. I can't see such a large plain surface being appealing.
  11. This is fantastic! All the necessary details are there. I like the addition of Brickley segmented throughout. I really like the 1x1 trans clear rounds on the PaB wall. A small, yet sorely missed detail in 60097 City Square's LEGO store. I think I have enough spares to change that...
  12. 71233 Stay Puft
  13. That is quite fantastic really. Nice work. As I'm about to embark & purchase his Dimensions pack, this has me extra intrigued.
  14. 76060 Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum...after going to 4 different Targets...
  15. Nerve. Pretty cool movie. Definitely gave me a bit of a PokemonGo vibe, in the sense of people, more than usual, staring & concentrating on their screens. It also showed why I hate the Internet so much, anonymity & a lack of consequence & responsibility for ones actions. The concept & story was really quite good though.
  16. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Just have Act Four left to read. I'm loving the book. I wasn't sure how the script format would play out, but I really like it. It's a nice change of pace from the usual books. The story is great. That twist!
  17. 76058 Spider-Man: Ghost Rider Team-Up
  18. Nope, it's too late. I already wrote in my diary that you & you alone are responsible if it's not a hospital.
  19. Wow! That is amazingly accurate. Fantastic job.
  20. I can say with almost 100% certainty that it is not a corner building. Unless they stray from the pattern. Oh my stars & garters! I hope it's not. That'll be WAY too expensive.
  21. Looking at pictures of the Hall, you could go the route of collectible figures & simply arrange the minifigs. Something a bit more, take the platform/console bit from 76007 Malibu Mansion Attack then arrange the modules around that. There's, what...11 figs officially? You could put 5 side by side behind it, then 3 on the sides to balance it out.
  22. Gotta see more, full trailerwise, of Justice League... Still don't like the Roman Reigns(for those WWE fans) Aquaman... Cyborg, from what I could see looks alright. Not sure what's up with The Flash & armor... Overall though, the tease was intriguing. I did like the initial interaction between Wayne & Allen.
  23. 71241 Slimer Got another one. Working my way up to spending money on the Fantatsic Beasts Story Pack & the money lost on wasted content.
  24. Yes, that would've been so much better, albeit grossly undersized, than the life preserver. Really liking all this 80's love! But where's Sloth?! He better have a 1x2 Baby Ruth tile! I just started getting into these guys finally. The Fantastic Beasts packs are cool.
  25. It was $19.95. It's a really great little set, the beasts are...fantatsic. The Grindylow is especially so.
